Spoke to customer care they say talk to UPS and UPS says they don't have the package yet. I did this exercise for like 3 times and all the time same response. They dont even help to cancel the order...
Very pathetic on understanding on customer's urgent even if you want to pay extra for early shipment.

Have made many orders from Temu. I love to go through the website and look at different things. If you have the app, it's $10 minimum order. If you do not have the app, it's $15 minimum order. I'll be sure all of my orders are $15 and I get free shipping. This last time I ordered I ordered a 98 cent pencil box. In the small print that I missed it said $18 shipping for this one little pencil box. When I checked out it was separated from the rest of the order but I didn't think much of it because I was able to pay for it all at the same time. There was no big print. That said, this was a $18 shipping.!
When I contacted the company to cancel this to cancel this. I was informed that that was the shipping policy for this particular ABDirect.
I feel like this is unfair to the consumer. TEMU as a very busy and active website to offer one product at this price without mentioning the $18 shipping when you put it in your cart is unfair. I will be done ordering from Temu. It seems like lately they're adding more and more things to confuse their consumers. I am a highly educated person and yes I did miss the small print. But I do feel like this was done on purpose to confuse consumers. I am being forced to take the pencil case and eat the shipping cost of $18 for a pencil case that cost 98 cents!
All I'm saying is read the small print. Don't let them do this to you. They're refusing my refund. I did nothing but brag about this company to others and how much I love purchasing from them. I've even maxed out a credit card with this company. But I'm going to be buyer. Beware and I'm going to stop purchasing from them. Just be careful folks

Temu's tracking system is a scam. My order never arrived.

Latest Date For Delivery - Mar 9
Tried to Request a Refund on March 11, but their website and their postal service, makes it impossible to speak to a person, and sends the customers in circles by Temu instructing the customer to contact OnTrac with their phone number, and the bot maintained Ontrac system instructs the customer to contact the seller if a notification of "delivered" has been received, but in reality there is not package sent or received.
Side Note: Odd that a company would have, "If you received notification for delivery, but did not receive your package" as a FIRST "help" for customers. As though they KNOW that this is going to happen repeatedly to their customers.
On Mar 9 OnTrac stated that the package was at the initial airport and yet to be shipped, and a $5 credit for future Temu products ONLY has been added to my account.
Problem: I will NEVER use Temu again. The credit is useless to me.
On Mar 11 I tried to request a refund as a response to the "delivered" email notification, but the protocol between Temu and OnTrac (that Temu hides behind) gives their customers the run around.
Mar 12, the notification of "delivery" was received by email, but no my items.
I submitted a dispute for Temu charges using my cc company. It is in the works as I Type, and the money credited back to my account.
Temu needs to be shut down for poor business ethics and fraudulent messages that they know are not true.
DO NOT USE THEM. You have been warned by a Temu customer that has been duped. I wish I had read all of the many similar reviews on BBB, Google, etc.
Today is Mar 16 - No package has ever been delivered. If so, they would/should take a pic of the delivered package for proof like other companies do.

Disappointing platform, they know how to be nice until a problem arises, then as a customer you'll discover that reliability is not an adequate criterion to them, as the customer start purchasing by reasonable amount so that it is possible to checkout then from one purchase to another, the checkout amount starts to increase, for exactly the same category of products,it's simply it shows what they are dedicated to, much more respectable to demand shipping fees, than to use a transparent ploy, this despicable technique makes you feel disgusted
Their local delivery company sends messages, and does not meet the specified time (day), this false technique repeats again and again,the client's schedule is marginalized component for them,not in their priority,when I complained to Temu, they wrote apologies and other nice and "sticky" words, at the same time they reminding me (by the way) that there is still time for the deadline, it is a cheap and vile response, because they turning the case so that it appears to be a customer problem, "who is in a hurry and urgent to receive the products", when it's NOT the case, the problem is the false and misleading information provided by them, through the local delivery company, they know it is illegal act.
This is a defective organizational culture, an indicator how they are tending to relate to complex issues with the customer.
There are many positive alternatives without unnecessary distress.

I will give temu 10 stars for everything! Quality worth money, return /refund options always there as chat with customer service if problem arise love everything about TEMU except delivery people who are very bad not bring package or leave that who knows where.Delivery people sucks. Even now you cant leave message you can't reach them the worst delivery company!

I had a situation recently that required customer support from TEMU. In addition to keeping me waiting for long periods of time, they offered no solution and no empathy or assistance of any kind. I was transferred to a supposedly escalate my concerns but the 2nd employee only gave me token cut/paste refusals and even tried to disconnect me. I had to request to "continue the chat." I have no recourse other than to lose my money because they will not honor their return policy.

I had a very very bad experience with Temu Spain. They couldn't fix the problem. Just apologize. And apologize doesn't really help.
At the end the refund money. And the amount was less.

Remember this once you buy you own it or will go through hell to return it! Terrible customer service, first you go round and round with a chat bot which after an hour had me in tears so frustrated. I was finally able to maneuver how to actually get an agent (very tricky process), who then isn't actually reading my concern, this agent keeps sending generic "policy" messages. Had no care to my issues or problems. Absolutely got NO RESOLVE. Agent refused to allow me to chat with supervisor or manager kept sending generic messages. Temu sent me a package of items that was totally damaged, repackaged and taped with packing tape totally dirty. I couldn't use the original packaging so asked if they could send me a new package/box whatever. I also said I needed UPS to come pick up the package due to inability to get to the UPS store they said no. I ended up having to pay someone to bring it to UPS and then have to wait god knows how long for a 48 dollar refund. They have NO CARE for customers NO customer service what so ever, Temu only cares about selling. Awful. Zero stars if it would let me.

A great shopping experience. Learn to find the bargains,some are a good buy, some are rubbish but this site is good on refunds & returns with credit quickly organised. Out of the many items I have bought, disappointments are easily addressed with Temu's policy of customer satisfaction.

As a US customer, I have now used Temu 6 times. Their shipping operation is slow. Orders seem to promptly be ready for shipping. After that one or two-day delays between the stages: awaiting shipment, order shipped, package at airport, flight departure, customs clearance, arrived at a US airport, American shipping agency picks up the package, that shipper may then transfer to another agency (e.g, USPS), then you start getting notices from the American shipping agent.
You aren't told what airport was the arrival port, shipping time can be short or long before you get a notice that the package is out-for-delivery. I had one package waiting at the airport for three days before the shipper picked up my package.
ONE GREAT THING YOU CAN SAY about TEMU.COM: They don't pepper you for feedback about their customer service.

I bought two lunch boxes for my kids. I thought the lunch boxes on temu.com looked really neat with small parts for fruit or vegetables.
Unfortunately, the quality was terrible. The lid of the first box did was loose after a few days. But the second box was still good so we decided not to return the item. The second box broke after three months when I tried to close it.
The company declined to offer me a refund because it was more than 90 days (I was 15 days over the limit). I think a lunch box should last longer than three months. So what can I say? Design and shiping was nice and good. But the quality...

You are only allowed to return ONE item for free postage from each order, so if you are putting in a big order, you should buy each one individually, so you are able to return it if you don't want it. Otherwise, you have to pay for all the items you return, after the first one. I ordered over 40 items in one order, and can only return one for free. If I had made 40 separate orders, I would be able to return all of them So I am stuck giving it all to charity because it is all junk.

I ordered four squirrel baffles for my bird feeders. They came after a considerable period of time in two boxes with no directions on how to assemble them. Just two packages with metal parts, screws, and zip ties! In addition, the product seemed to be very poor quality. It consists of four items of rolled up black plastic with a series of holes for fastening them. Based on my experience here, I will never buy anything from TEMU again.

Temu offers quite a variety of items for sale. After browsing the website, I placed an order for 6 items. 5 of the 6 items were under $1.50 except for 1 item, which was $4.88. My order arrived on time without any issues. The items seem to be of good quality. Overall, I am pleased with my order. My only recommendation is that Temu should scale back these "coupons" with a time limit.

Answer: When there ready. Maybe never. They are sending me robot answers with the same response. I have to take a account with temu to act as my refund. Y would I do that? They not only sent me garbage, but left me with a $25 dry cleaner bill from the dye on the PKG that came of on my pants and shirt.
