Temu.com took my order, promptly charged my card, and 3 weeks later sent me an email that my order was delivered.
Except they did not deliver. The picture on the site shows some door with the same number as my street address, with some package on the street close to that door. That picture has exactly nothing to do with delivering packages to my address. Number of a street address is not unique. I live in an apartment building with a mail room, where mail is normally dropped off. My order has correct address, with apartment number on it. Mailroom is the first room upon entering the building lobby. Every legitimate delivery service operating in my area manages to deliver packages with no problem.
I've contacted Temu.com about non-delivery, but online support tells me to call, and phone message tells me to hang up. Not exactly promising for getting anything for my money.
CaNT afford to buy Bod** in sets so went to temu to buy these nice double boil glasses to look good for my guest. Ended up buying them from temu, was worried at first they will break cos of the overseas shipping but they survived, tested them out this morning before guests coming over this weekend and PERFECT. Looking good for fraction of the price! Worth it, good quality and affordable.

I have no items to review because I am still waiting on my order. 2 wks after placing my order, I just received tracking number 2 days ago. However, tracking details show only label received and courier still waiting to receive order from seller. I wanted to place another large order but the shipping is a drag. Customer service is a joke. I needed my items for a trip that I will be taking in 6 days. I will do an update with a review on products received when I return from my trip. That is, if they are delivered by then. I am a 1st time customer but will not be ordering again.

Don't trust this company...placed my order got tracking number and after 2 weeks it says order returned as wrong address. And my address is perfectly all ok. When I asked to re ship they said can't ship again...so don't get for low prices as if never arrives..

Places order on 3/11 with promise of delivery by 3/25. Still no order. They actually attempted deliver on 3/23 but couldn't gain access to the building so rather than these morons calling to say they were there they left. Am ordering something I need before Wednesday and no one has responded. Someone named Naomi sent 1 email, and since then have not responded, even tho I have attempted numerous times to reach out to get and answer or redelivery and tell them to call when they get here. Right now I am pissed off because they did a piss poor delivery job, not even an attempt to contact the purchaser. But they have 3 days to get it here before I really blast them. Depends on service from here whether the next review is a step up or blast...their choice

Totally legit, but not perfect. First off my first order was super fast. About a week then my orders seem to take a little longer. So far 3 weeks is the longest. Although late issued a $5 credit immediately. Some products superb while others subpar. Very fast on refund. Prices have gone up since first purchase. Has a little bit of everything.

I'm 98% of the time a small. I am 5'9, slender, and the shirts are too wide and too short. More boxy than fitted. Better quality than Shien and some vendors on Amazon.

I was skeptical about Temu at first, and based on reviews, seems to be hit or miss. Based on my experience, it is a definite hit. My order, despite including a few back-ordered products, arrived by the earlier delivery window. Regarding the "long" delivery time (12 days from the date of purchase for me), considering that the products were coming from China, and shipping was FREE, I was quite pleased! The communication about the order status was excellent, and my order was easy to track. All items in my order were correct and arrived in good shape. The value is great for the quality. The coupon offer and free gift were honored. One feature I liked was the ability to add on additional items for several hours after the order has been placed. Based on my experience, I will continue to use Temu in the future (especially for my daughter's dorm supplies), and have already recommended Temu to family and friends.

I had stumbled across Temu and decided to check it out. I researched and read reviews to make sure I was getting quality at a low price. They are completely on the up & up. Returns are no problem. They have everything you can think of and men's, kids & pet items. It's so easy to shop there & there is so much. Whatever you put in your cart stays in your cart for however long you keep it there. I have bought clothes shoes makeup etccc.at extremely low unbelievable prices.
If something is out of stock you can press 'notify me' and they will put it in your cart. It will also say 'see similar' press the button and it takes you to clothes like the one not in stock. It doesn't take long. Temu will add 5.00 credit to your acct if they are one day over the shipping date.

If you never try Temu before, lucky for you! Please don't try it. This company is treating their customers by providing free gifts to you and asking you inviting new users to download their app. Once your friends signed it up, the company doesn't give you any free gifts by saying that " your friend isn't qualified for the new users, please invite another new friends!" Secondly, the quality of products are not good! I had a really bad customer experience from this company!

I ordered 12 items from this joke of a company I only received 1 and it was broken. I keep getting credits but everything is always out of stock, after it's ordered. First order received but it was delivered to the wrong unit in my building. Checked the address label and it's correct. Had a kind neighbour not taken the time to bring the package delivered to their unit, it would have been lost.
I've confirmed with our video doorbell the package was not delivered to my door and have footage of the neighbour placing the package at our door.
I'm not happy with how the delivery has been poorly executed.

Answer: When there ready. Maybe never. They are sending me robot answers with the same response. I have to take a account with temu to act as my refund. Y would I do that? They not only sent me garbage, but left me with a $25 dry cleaner bill from the dye on the PKG that came of on my pants and shirt.
