I've always been hesitant to try out online shopping, but it's nice to know that temu is reliable and legitimate because its really made life much more convenient for me. Temu really offers a wide range of different products but all i care about is the fashion and clothing category. Its just so crazy that they really have everything for every style and aesthetic out there and Ive found sm great pieces there! It's definitely still a work in progress but Temu has really let me realize the kitchen of my d r e a m s <3 I've been looking at those super aesthetic kitchen tiktoks and wishing that I could make my kitchen look that good before i realized that WITH TEMU I COULD! One of the best things about temu is that their customer service is open 24/7 so i can shop day or night without worrying about having unanswered questions or concerns. I usually work nightshift so its really hard for me to catch the usual hours when customer services are open so temu having a 24/7 customer service chat is really helpful! Maybe the stuff is good, I really wouldn't know as I haven't gotten any of it. It's been just under a month, half the stuff was " high demand" and cancelled on me after two weeks and it's been showing as. "shipped" for a week now but it hasn't been at all. The label was created, nothing more. If you can get the stuff actually delivered the cheap products are probably a good deal :(

3 months ago, I loved this site. I bought more baby clothes here than in any other store for much less. Then it happened. They became very popular and over worked and out of stock. You place things in your cart, pay for it then 2 weeks later get an email they you're being credited $5 because they are put of stock. It takes up to 3 weeks to get your order which I didn't mind. Now almost all the things I really wanted are out of stock. I'm happy they are popular but for me it's disappointing as the things I ordered I was looking forward to getting.
Pros: their items are from China but they are great quality plus they do credit you quickly
Cons: whatever you order expect 3-4 weeks delivery and never buy anything as a gift as though your life depends on this item. You could recieve a text 2 weeks later that is out of stock

Idk about other online shopping places but temu is probs the only one that has been v vocal abt their commitment to the environment. I wasn't planning on buying anything to begin with because I try to avoid online shopping as much as possible (the pollution produced by logistics alone makes me feel bad) but the moment I saw that Temu offsets their carbon emissions I was immediately on board. I don't bother online shopping anywhere else anymore <3

I got this for my kitchen a while back but then I got alerted that shipping would be delayed. I didn't even have time to be sad about it because I ended up getting like $5 credit and I was just really shocked because no other online platform does that. I had a problem with one of my orders but that's not really the issue here. I was helped by their CS rep named Anna (tho I think it's just a nickname for their reps?) and she was so helpful! She even updated the status of my order and helped me out with my problem. Their CS was really coordinated too cause I talked to another rep after and they were able to help me with the same problem since they had the query from before. Super impressed with their friendly CS!

The quality is so bad, beyond what you can imagine bad. I ordered the storage bags advertised for comforters etc. They are paper thin and about the same quality and strength. When I lifted a first bag with only one queen conforter to put in in the closet, the handles just ripped. Every other one was like that.
I contacted their 'customer service' and this is where true abuse and harassment started. The person I spoke to was just repeating the same thing 'I give you 1 dollar refund' for about 30 minutes, made me livid.
I reported them to the bank and got a refund. Save yourself aggravation.

I now know why their stuff is so cheap to buy. They sell your information to third parties. Since I joined their site I have been flooded in my inbox with unwanted spam with NO unsubscribe options on them. All but one of my orders are all way behind. I have a few with them. They will offer you a refund,but only in Temu credit. Was not worth it. I will say that the items I actually got were okay for the most part.

Price of my order is very cheap, I havent received my actual order just yet... Its delayed AGAIN... a $5.00 credit for late shipment will not do any good, because I dont plan on ordering from this site again. They not only sent me garbage, but left me with a $25 dry cleaner bill from the dye on the PKG that came of on my pants and shirt.
