I have ordered from Temu 3 times. The first shipment arrived before the window they provided. The second one, in the middle of their window. I'm currently waiting on an order from 3/23. It has just cleared customs in the shipping location. It might make it by the end of the window, but they have been extending their projections due to high volume. This is one area that needs drastic improvement.

Just bought some Lenovo headphones from Temu. Was definitely a bit apprehensive about it but it made me feel much safer seeing that not only do they get their products directly from Lenovo but that they're also sold by verified sellers with amazing reviews! They're surprisingly great headphones especially with the super low price that I paid, but now I have to buy a few more because my kids want their own now!

Ive always been curvier than regular women so buying clothes was always kinda hard for me because nothing ever really fit properly. Saw this coat and bought it expecting that I'd have to have it altered to fit BUT I DIDNT. I was so surprised when i first tried it on, it fit perfectly and that it was super identical to the photo on the website. IM SO HAPPY WITH THIS DRESS its so nice and i'll definitel be coming back to buy more ;) I got it from their Curve+Plus store btw.

I have heard about this company but was hesitate to look into it until I saw one of my FB friends who placed an order and received it. I have not yet received my order, it's been about 10 days today. So between them and LaserShip, the time that you get your order is SLOW.

This is my 2d time shopping with Temu. With my first order I was not happy because the coat I ordered for my grandson was too small. I recently placed another order with them, using the one-click purchase for an order I had just paid for. Only one additional item was added, causing me to place a different order. Now I'm being given a $5 on each order because the delivery dates keep changing. It's frustrating. I'm hoping the quality of the products I've ordered will make up for how long I'm waiting to receive them.

Warning make sure you are check the price at the end carefully otherwise they ll over charge you. Do not order a lot from them at once or they ll get confused and send you random items that happened to me I returned some they did not pay me back for the wrong item. I recently ordered 5 things they sent 3 of the same thing.when I checked the pay I noticed they charged me for 3 while they QTY for that item is one. My total said 5 items total so i received 8.I did not think they sent me extra I went and did the math that when I saw the charge me for 3 already while I order 1.Horrible place I am gonna stop buying they got me once and again. My first order was 26 boy it was a mess some ok some just garbage. So I decide to order little they still messed up

Opinion on TEMU

I'm very sorry to hear that some of you are having trouble with this company. I believe they have great products & after comparing similar items on other sites, I'm very happy with their prices. I was kind of curious about where this company is located after receiving my first order. If I had anything bad to say about this company, it would be that they need to disclose their location. I don't think that would keep people from ordering from them. As for customer service, I have no complaints. I received my second order from them today (4/1/23) only to find that they sent me the wrong order. I was initially upset but after spending over as half hour in the chat room, the issue was resolved and my account was credited immediately. The chat room person was very patient and once I told her I wanted to know exactly how was and when issue was going to get resolved she offered a refund and told me she mark my refund urgent and like I said it truly was. I did find the the chat room evasive at first but once she realized I wanted my specific questions answered meaning exactly how what and when she was more than helpful. Mistakes are made all the time but I truly believe that this company will resolve issues and I am very satisfied with how they handle my issue." I believe this company is reputable with good customer service and great products and prices.

I have got the warmest pajamas (blanket items and pajama sets) ever from TEMU, very important in the Upper Midwest U.S. I have also got a shawl that wasn't as depicted and accidentally ordered some items that weren't what I thought they were, but I was able to cancel the latter after discovering the Shop Reviews. If you click on the Shop icon (seller) under "Reviews," you can read many more reviews than are displayed under the item description. There is more time to cancel items on this site than usual, though there are sometimes limited refund options. Sometimes they will only give a partial refund and partial store credit, but if you do receive the item, one item per order can be returned for a full refund. Now, I always read the Shop Reviews before making a purchase, and I am generally satisfied with what I receive. I love that I can purchase a pet toy at an affordable price every time I make an order. My pampered cats are used to receiving treats and food in the mail, and are disappointed when I order clothes or other items and there is nothing in the package for them. When I had children at home, it was the same story. I have not bought cat toys in a while because most sites charge $7-15 for them, which is ridiculous! I wish every store had pet items for.40-$1.70 I could add to every order, like I do at TEMU. It doesn't take much to make them happy, but they even have pet tunnels, activity and mechanical toys for well under $10. Pets are family!

I have placed many orders. You can't compare this company to Amazon (I've been an Amazon customer for years.) Temu's products come from China. The delivery time of course is longer.You get what you pay for. I am pleased with the products I've received. I had to do a little research about the UPS carrier. It is UPS innovations. I live in the mountains and only UPS, traditional and FedEx deliver to my front door. USPS deliveries go to my PO Box. Shopping with Temu is a fun inexpensive shopping experience.

On and on with Temu

On and on we go with TEMU, once again Temu sent my order PO**************045 to an additional I NEVER used with them And the last chat person assured me that the address issue was all taken care of, yet it was delivered to the wrong address again and they are refusing to refund me for it BUT Crediting me on their site to which they don't understand I Have No Intention of Ordering from them again and that I have evidence to corroborate Everything I'm saying about how incompetent this business actually is. Just got the generic I'm sorry note from Temu: No Temu IS NOT Sorry for the inconvenience, they have done this 4 times and as I stated I have proof Temu is Not sorry and proof they are incompetent Beware of what looks like a too good to be true deal…. I have found better deals elsewhere

I ordered my granddaughter dresses, outfits and shirts. This was my first order so I was a little nervous especially because of the low costs of the product. I ordered it on the 13th and just received the order today, I was credited $5.00 because it was to be here by the 30th. I am absolutely impressed with the quality and the sizes are correct. I would recommend this company to everyone! I actually just placed another order. It's not a scam.

So Far So Good

I have placed 5 orders with TEMU and 3 have been delivered so far with 2 en route. All 3 deliveries came within the estimated time and in general the deliveries have been quicker than my orders from Aliexpress. 2 of the orders were not shipped immediately and TEMU gave me a $5.00 credit for each for slow shipping. I'm very happy with the quality of the products and there was no damage to any of the items. So far my experience has been very positive with price, quality, speed of delivery and customer service.

I ordered for the first time on 3/12. Order shows being packed since 3/24. The shipment should have arrived by now (3/31) according to their dates when ordered and it still hasn't shipped. They seem to think issuing refunds is the way to go, I want what I ordered! I tried multiple times to contact them via chat and after waiting I never got below 42 in the que. I can't think of a worse order experience than this one.

I never heard of an electric garlic masher until i saw it on Temu and I can't go back to regularly chopping garlic ever again! It saves me time and I also use it for other things like onions because it doesn't have to just be used on garlic :) Safe to say that this has changed my life so HAHAAHAHA!
