I like that these razors come with a lot of extra heads so that you don't constantly have to buy a new one every time….before I realized that they probs include a lot of extra heads bc of how quickly the blades get dull. Not too mad about it especially with the bargain prices these were sold at but don't expect them to last too long.
Waddled on over to Temu because I was in need of a new lamp for my study desk and I didn't wanna spend a lot for a light. Finally got it delivered and was about to install it but the adhesive strip literally gave up on me. Idk if it was the material of my desk or if it was really the adhesive strip but I ended up having to get some new adhesive from the store just to stick it on. The light 10/10 works tho so no complaints!

My friend kept talking about Temu and how the products are super good and super cheap so I decided to buy a sports bra just to see if she was right. I mean….it's okay but certainly not the b e s t. She was right when she said everything is hella cheap here and its certainly not the worst thing I've ever tried on but I've definitely had better from them more expensive brands. Was overall a pretty good purchase but make sure that you don't expect luxury quality especially with the prices:>

Quality is just below average and most importantly all the reviews are fake. I bought more than 10 products. None of the product quality met the reviews specified in the app. So probably those reviews are paid. You will only get to know the quality after you use. The products descriptions are also pretty much fake.

How does their actual sales site show basically nothing less than a 4 star review…and mostly 5 stars? That was not my experience at all. Now I'm upset that I have another order on the way…because I thought all the sale site reviews couldn't be that far off! I definitely could get better quality at the dollar store.

Temu is a great website. You can find some of everything, like women's tops, sneakers, jewelry, household items, silicone molds. They have some nice quality items. This is better than Wish, they keep you updated on your order. They actually credit you $5 if they pass their estimated time to ship and if your delivery is past the date they estimated delivery. This company has no problem in refunding your money if that ever happens. Everything I brought was just as described. Don't get me wrong there are some items that looks cheap but are worth the money to try them out. I recommend this site, I love Temu, It's hard not to buy at least 10 items an order. It can be addictive.

I got a little desk fan because its almost summer and im just really happy with it! Everytime I order there is a delivery issue. Yes they issue a refund but if I wanted my money I wouldn't order. Needs to do better with shipping.

Multiple shipping delays...yes, they give you $5 when they missing their shipping dates but you have to spend a total of $20 in order to utilize the credit. I will not order from Temu again.

Take forever to ship cheap no quality rubbish and when you get tired of waiting they refuse to refund and make you wait more. They give you tracking numbers that never ship.

I started purchasing from Temu just before Christmas 2022. I was pleasantly impressed with their product, prices, and service. I live in Hawaii and I normally get my orders in less than 3 weeks. The quality of their products are very good, but when it's not, the Service Dept steps in to rectify the problem quickly. I usually just purchase 1 or 2 of an item that I like, receive my order, then decide if I want more. It's now April 2023 and I'm still shopping on Temu.

Temu's products are fun to scroll through and the prices are amazing I was extremely satisfied with my purchases. Plus, they arrived very quickly and I sure appreciated the free shipping! My only problem is with their "free offers." They seem to be usable only to customers who have cell phones. Not everybody does. I scanned through the negative reviews here and these "free offers" seem to be problematic for a number of unhappy customers. Maybe they should just eliminate these offers that seem to discriminate against folks who don't have cell phones or ones who choose not to put the Temu app on their phones. Their prices and their fun merchandise ought to be enough.

Recieved the orders 3 days ago.Our maltipoo was playing the toy as I taking out some items from the bag and the EYE WAS A METAL SCREW AND IT FELL OFF FROM THE DOG'S MOUTH.

Haven't really had any reason to shop at any other place than Temu since finding it. You really do have everything that you need all in one website but you also get affordable prices that get lower with the many sales, promos and discounts that you can get on Temu. TBH I wasn't expecting all that much when I bought this sweater off of Temu because of how low the price was but it's now my favorite sweater! I was really surprised by how good the quality of the fabric was like it's really soft and I can't stop wearing it at home. HX******* makes for example. Looks like its a foot tall in the photos but its brittle plastic and body is only about 2.7 inches! Yet presented as yard decoration. Compare the actual one i post here to the photos they posted. Unfortunately this is common on most ALL there items. Look for the specs you say. They are missing on many!. So if you don't have the dimensions, often best not to buy!
What maybe worse is that so so many of the items that look great and bring you in, are not in stock, rather the less desirable versions of them are there- whether its the ugly color of the tiny non useful one - thats the one available. So you can spend long time shopping only to have 15 of the cool stuff not there and the few things you didn't care about viable in the cart.
Customer service takes awhile about 45 min-1.5 hrs for the chat. And if you not right there you wait again the hours. Return was good though-at least for this item. I took pics sent them and refund appears to be processing though says takes 2 weeks to go through.

Answer: When there ready. Maybe never. They are sending me robot answers with the same response. I have to take a account with temu to act as my refund. Y would I do that? They not only sent me garbage, but left me with a $25 dry cleaner bill from the dye on the PKG that came of on my pants and shirt.
