I bought only 13 dollars worth of stuff from them but it was for mother's day and I kept getting the updated delivery progress emails but today's said it was delivered at my mail box which it definitely was not I checked all day long & I have no neighbors so no1 took it. I've tried customer support but it wnt even work and so I tried contacting USPS which the tracking number worked at 1st & it also said it was delivered but then I couldn't get it to find it again so I could report it because it then said it doesn't exist now. So I can't even get it fixed and what's said is it was only 13 dollars! But the saddest part was it was for MOTHERS DAY!

I ordered about 10 x from them in the last 6 weeks. App and merchandise are great. But stay away from the games! You waste your phone memory and time. GAMES ARE UNWINNABLE! Always a dollar or a few cents short. Fish game: I wasted a whole week on 3 cents short, even though I PLACED A BIGGER ORDER TO BOOST. Free gift game: A dollar short, even though I shared the link and got 2 NEW USERS, WHO DOWNLOADED THE APP AND ORDERED FROM THEM! Stuck on a dollar. See below pic. That is absolutely unacceptable! They gain 2 new good customers,who order from them and I get 0 in return. STAY AWAY FROM THEIR GAMES: UNWINNABLE! Unless you are a big time influencer. A regular person gets used up for doing all the work with free referrals and get absolutely nothing in return. Maybe tell people about the app, but do not waste your time sending links and 100's of shares. App is legit, games: scam.

Garbage website with non-existent support. Do not shop here.

Keeps asking to verify payment details when the EXACT SAME CARD was used for an order prior.

They keep denying my verification when it follows the exact same format that they request.

Phone support doesn't exist, keeps ringing. Chat support is over two hours wait. If you go away for a little bit, you get prompted to confirm you're still there, and has to be done within 300 seconds. If you don't then you're back at the begging of the queue for chat. It's designed that way on purpose so you don't receive support.

Have already taken the necessary steps and contacted the company regarding my purchase of $200 worth of items. However, the products I received were of poor quality and seemed cheaply made. The pictures displayed on their website were misleading as the items looked bigger and better than in reality. Some of the products were so small that they couldn't even be seen in a yard. Despite my efforts, the company has refused to provide any refunds, which leads me to believe that they are acting unethically. It's disappointing that such a company is allowed to operate and sell products to the public, and I believe they should be investigated and held accountable for their deceitful practices. The pictures below indicate how small the mushrooms are that go in your yard, which are ridiculous and made out of cheap plastic and the leash that sitting next to my wallet, is supposed to be a collar that lights up for my extra small dog that is an extra small collar not an extra small collar. It is large, and it will never fit my little tiny dog so I bought three of them thinking they would be great to have and now I have all three and I'm stuck with them. Their extra small is a large.

Sizing issues

I have had to return many of my grandchildren's orders because they are too small. Not sure why regular sizing is not used. A 5 year old little girl is usually a 7 regular- using ages does not work. You could have a little petite 5 year old or a little chubby one. This makes it very difficult.

Everything in one bag. Collapsable fishing rod sticking out of bag. Hat with brim was creased permanently. The drone camera app does not work even though connected to drone wifi. Absolutely fraud and don't even think of falling into their trap at all. It's such a bunch of fraudsters who either sell defective non functional products or even to make it more worse they even don't have any customer service. Also these days to "cut the cost" they have eliminated customer service person and started a method where you are compelled to CREATE A TICKET and then after few follow ups the ticket gets closed without any sort of resolution with some predrafted messages. In short it's such a total fraud platform where you'll surely be running into troubles and hassles and Ofcourse your hard earned money is at a stake. Be aware buyers don't fall in trap of any flaw looking discounts or spinning wheels or any other foolish concepts they have on their marketplace. It's all basically a trap to get your money in lieu of their crappy defective stuffs and to make it worse they even won't sent them/meaning you even won't receive it. If you read all the complaints here most of them are for non receipt of goods. So stay away and never even think of visiting or buying anything from here.

I just don't understand the post from some of these buyers. What would you expect for the price. I have purchased a lot of items and been happy with my purchases so far. Most of my items were the same item sold by Amazon but at a greater discount. One customer complained about the packaging. Some people need a life. Temu you got a loyal customer. I even told my family about it.
