If the pricing seems too good to pass up, that is because the items are the same knock off items you get at a flea market. Some items aren't even worth the advertised price. This is definitely not the site for quality products

I placed an order and it says delivered to me personally. It was not. They claim an easy refund. It is not abd customer service is not accessible. Avoid them at all costs.

I'm so disappointed that Temu doubled their minimum order from $10 to $20. I was ready to check out and noticed the increase. Unfortunately, many items I want are out of stock and when they do come back, other items in my cart are out of stock. I'm buying some cheap fake costume jewelry, so getting to $20 isn't easy. With the economy tanking, and a possible recession looming, this isn't the time for increases. I was enjoying being able to buy a few things and treat myself without having to spend too much - I'm retired and on SS. But now I'm loading up my cart with stuff I really don't want trying to reach $20 and that's just crazy! Temu needs to lower their minimum order back down or they will likely suffer from many like me that don't want to spend more and can't find $20 worth of items they need.
Of course I'm also concerned about the security issues with the app; the possible child labor issues and overworking ppl to death, literally. And the affect this could have on the US manufacturing and labor market, which are declining at this time. Supporting the US is very important to me; yet the prices on Temu are enticing.
I have had a very bad experience with customer service one time, but besides that all my orders have arrived as expected on time - minus one and that was the fault of the USPS. The quality of items has been nice - esp for the price, and they've readily refunded a few items that arrived broken.
I hope they will lower their minimum back to $10 per order. If not, I probably won't be shopping on Temu much more.

This site is just full of fake everything. Fake descriprions, fake reviews, false claims, fake customer service, false clains, fake offers. They say 24/7 live chat customer service as well as 24/7 customer service by phone. Both lies. If you go to live chat it's a bot that offers you a ticket to fill out about your issue & says they're assigning you an agent but nobody ever replies. I have 3 tickets in for over 3 weeks now with no response at all. If you call nobody ever answers. I have sat on hold waiting for an agent for over an hour 6x now & nobody ever answers. All of their "offers" to earn gifts or credits are all fake & none of them work unless you refer several new users who install & use the app. Every clothing ad all say true to size but none are. Better order 2 sizes larger at least cuz all their measurements are wrong & you can see through the fabric they're so thin. I was sent 3 glass items with zero padding & all broken. All their good reviews are fake with only stars given it they are in broken English & barely understandable & whenever there's a bad review they put up like 20 fake 5 star reviews with now words after them. There are actually some decent deals & products on there but if you're going to purchase any kind of clothing or electronics be prepared for disappointment. They also say free easy returns but only the first item out of an order is free to return. Any more than that & you have to pay to return them so they must have multiple item return requests regularly. There are much better sites/apps to use if you're looking for cheap products from Asia or the Middle East with much higher quality products. There's a reason all theirratingsv are so high EXCEPT for their Better Business Bureau rating which is only 2.1 stars out of 5. It's because the BBB is the only agency out there that you can't get away with fake users making fake reviews which the Asians seem to be very good at. Use Temu at your own peril. You've been warned.

BEWARE! This site has HACKERS sneaking all through it! I have only used this app twice and BOTH times my back account has been HACKED! And for LARGE sums of money, completely wiping my account clean! I am FURIOUS! There is nothing in this world worth losing all my hard earned money for cheap items! I deleted the app and I suggest you all do the same if you wanna protect what's YOURS!

I ordered a laptop bag, when it arrived the shipping bag had a slit in it, the protective inside cover had a slit in it and the actual bag had 3 knife slits in it. Sent photos of all three to Temu and s lsdy told me the refund was on its way back to Paypal...a total pack of lies. They told me to trash the bag as it was no good and not to send it back. They will send you what you order but from experience it us to smsll, to big or broken and unusable. If you have money to waste then go ahead and waste it with Temu. Ordered 4 items mid-April. Says package was delivered 4/28. I have literally been going back and forth to mailbox and checking door stoop waiting for items. It never came! Before contacting CS I spoke with USPS AND the long-term mail person. No one knows anything. Attempted to contact Customer Support of Temu, have yet to receive a response from company. Temu is a good website. Most of their stuff is legit. But things might be smaller and low quality than shown on the app. It takes so long for it to deliver and the free gifts thing takes so long and it's a waste of time. I have done it so many times and never gotten anything for free there. Most of the part it's good. But I'm so frustrated that they are not helpful with stuff we don't know.

I have placed an order 21st of April 2023. They give me a tracking number. After that when I try to track it canada post just tells me "the shipping label created by online." That means Temu just created a shipping label, nothing else! The app shows miss information about the shipping process. The app shows that the order has been cleared custom, in transit ( in Toronto). I got in touch with Canada post and they said they didn't receive any mails or packages from the sender. They have only an online shipping label. Guys stop using this app anymore stay away to be scammed.

I love Temu in itself for buying items, but I did not get the latest items I ordered even though tacking said it was delivered. The courier for this order was SpeedX. When I tried to make contact, there was no answer and no way to leave a message. After reading reviews on SpeedX, this is VERY common, so I do not understand why they continue to be used!?!?
I did contact Temu for a refund, so hopefully I get it, but that can take time. I will still order from Temu, but if the courier is SpeedX, I'll unfortunately have to cancel the order.

The water bottle is really pretty and the color doesnt easily fade or anything. It helps me track my water intake throughout the day which is good for someone like me who forgets a lot. This is a really good powerbank! Super easy to use and very convenient esp bc it comes with different cords for every device. I wish I would have read thru all of the reviews before ordering. I don't think that they actually ship anything. I just get a notice that my item has had a label created and is at a shipping partner. Tracking is USPS but they do not have any tracking because the items have not actually been shipped. It has now been over 3 weeks. Oh, but I have been charged for everything immediately. If it looks too good to be true then it really is, I'm just mad at myself for falling for a scam. Doubt I will see any products or my money back but I will try for my money! (good luck trying to contact their "customer service") because it really doesn't exist. Answer: When there ready. Maybe never. They are sending me robot answers with the same response. I have to take a account with temu to act as my refund. Y would I do that? They not only sent me garbage, but left me with a $25 dry cleaner bill from the dye on the PKG that came of on my pants and shirt.
