I figured you get what you pay for, however after reading the reviews I thought I'd give them a try and I'm so happy I did. The quality is much better than Walmart at half the price. The only negative thing was it took 2 week for it to arrive.

Download the app because they have a deal of 7 dollars for a Nintendo switch and when I tried to buy it 30 seconds later the app says outstock what a lie LOL, so after that they sent me 15 dollars coupon so I did an order but products looks so cheap and bad quality so not buying any more here with temu and please do not do it too.

Please pay attention to the fact their "discounts" are false. I signed up with a $100 new app install PLUS 30% off (no asterisk, no caviete, nothing). Well, turns out the $100 off (shown as $100 off until checkout then called a bundle) which could ONLY total to $30 off no matter how much I spend. I asked customer service how I could possibly get $100 off and it was not possible because it was new user only. So, how exactly is there any way a $100 discount could happen? It can't. Also the 30% off maxes out at $25 total off... not 30%... just meaning UP to $25 off. I run an ecommerce company and would be ruined if I did this form of advertising. Its false advertising 100%. Their customer service is just a call center and say over and over that I have to SEARCH for the code/deal on their site to read about terms. Well, thats not really how that works. If I have to search each code each time before I waste time buying things it seems like a terrible cost benefit. Ill go with Amazon.

I had placed my first order with Temu, referred by a friend. I ordered a bunch of different items, to many to explain, but I am really pleased with everything I received. The only negative I have is the wait time on delivery, besides that I am about to order some more stuff.

Been trying to be refunded my money for a package that I never receive since 4/2/23 even after submitting to them the email proof in which I received from there shipping company Lazer Ship that they held the package at there facilities and discarded of them.

I have put an order for the first time and my husband was concerned from the very beginning if we are gonna receive our Package or not. Well guess what his intuition came true. I have been tracking the package for long and it didn't move from one stagnant place for so many days. Approached temu rep, he said I have to call the delivery services myself and upon arguing he said he will inquire on my behalf. I really wanted the stuff that I ordered but I am highly disappointed and now I asked for a refund because I am done waiting. Want to place another order but I am not sure if I should do it or not. It's been a month now since I placed an order. It's a great value for money but it is not worth the wait.

I have purchased a lot of stuff from Temu, but they took advantage of me I didn't get all of the orders. And the items I received were like toys or very poor quality so I returned most of the items but they didn't give me the full amount of the refunds. I tried to talk to the customer service but they were so rude every time and didn't resolve my problem yet since it's been 3 months. I ordered a watch, and I received a cheap piece o plastic ( a watch link remover) so l contacted TEMU to resolve the issue, to my surprise, they did not even investigate, the answer that l received was that I did not provided enough evidence of my claim, on the other hand, they also fail to provide evidence that in fact, the watch was send to me.l lost 50 dollars but they lost my credibility and trust. If they just verify their inventory the issue could be resolved immediately but the company opted for judge me as liar….so disappointed.

Items I ordered were good, and delivery was what Temu said it would be, but who ever delivered just threw it out the truck like a paper by the road of a 500 foot long driveway. I was at work, my neighbors thought someone threw out trash they picked it up saw it was a package and delivered to me when I got home from work.
Deliveries like that is just asking to be stolen.
Also I have lots of room for a large delivery truck to turn around at my home.
I will not order Temu again.

Online shopping has never really been my thing just bc its so easy to get overwhelmed and lost but I haven't had that problem with temu so far and i like it! The website has a pretty good selection of products but they make it so easy to browse thru everything without it being stressful. Also, temu is reliable and legitimate and i havent had any bad experience with it so far.

I love some of the shipments that I have received from your company. Most are ok but however this is the 3 shipment that laser ship claims driver didn't have correct address. Untrue they have delivered 2 times before no problem I bought items for a birthday today i would think you should send me a free gift certificate for the 2 orders not here. Ordered from the app once - received a $5 credit as package was not delivered on time, but in order to use the credit I would need to spend a minimum of $20. Not worth it, as most items already purchased were of poor quality - some were damaged prior to shipping or produced badly (sunglasses nosepiece was attached incorrectly). The Temu branded bag had an overwhelmingly awful smell when opened (similar smell to fish, but so much worse)...it literally stunk up the room. I will not ever order from here again based off the poor quality and hassle of returning items that should never have been sold. Also, I don't want to spam friends to get "free" stuff. Deleting the app now.
