Horrible

Most things look like gauze or poly/cotton t-shirt. I bought 7 shirts, 2 nightgowns, and a pair of capris. Only one shirt was wearable. The rest do not look at all like the pictures. They are some kind of very cheap polyester that I'm too embarrassed to wear. Absolutely horrible. The return policy is too costly to bother. I deleted the app. I don't care how cheap it is; it's not worth two dollars.

Shipping dates.

Well as i tracked my order it first said I'd get 5 dollars back or a 5 dollar coupon if my order didn't arrive by a certain date then as that date came and i tracked it i noticed that they changed the deadline date on me on getting the 5 dollar coupon. So the whole " 5 dollar coupon if the deadline passes " is BS..

I've been using Temu to order various styles of hats which I hand paint for resale. Unfortunately, with each order at least 50 to 75% of my order contains crushed hats which are NOT usable, and the damaged goods must be returned for credit. More care MUST be taken while packing orders in order to prevent damaging goods. It appears that Quality Care is lacking during packing.

About 85% of the order I made have been returned to them more than 4 weeks ago and I haven't received my refund most of those order were not as described or shipped unprofessionally. I must also mention that most of those items look pretty cheap.

Good for new customers

The quality of stuff you get is good, the only thing about Temu is it's not as incentivizing for returning/potential returning customers with deals being given out only to new people who join the platform. Temu also sends a lot of deals via messages that say I am selected to get a discount/reward but when I attempt to claim my discount/reward, it says I'm ineligible and when I scroll to see if I'm eligible for any activities, it only brings me to ones where I can refer other people. I understand the platform is really striving to obtain a bigger following but it should also attempt to appease potential returning shoppers like myself.

I was skeptical at first but decided to try it out. I've been really happy so far. I've done around five different orders I believe and all of them reach me within the time frame they give me or sooner. Nothing has ever been past the date of delivery or has taken more than two weeks. I normally get what I order in a week. Everything has been the same as on the photos. Do keep in mind I order mostly nail art stuff for doll making. So I'm not ordering huge or expensive things. I do have a few led lights coming soon and it will be my first electronic purchase from them but even then the products were under 10 bucks so I'm not excepting to get some 100 dollar item for 10 bucks. They don't have as much variety as aliexpress but If I can get it on Temu I choose them first because of the time I get it in. It's cheaper than amazon and faster than aliexpress. I do hope they expand their Ball jointed doll sections though!

I've ordered a ton!

I've ordered at least 10 times now and have been pleased with almost everything I've ordered. I bought clothing, kitchen utensils, gag gifts,hand fans, hair clips, baby teethers and more. Shipping takes less than 2 week's arriving in 1 week sometimes. I've purchased the same quality of stuff off Amazon for 10 times the price. I highly recommend.

No problems so far

I've received everything within the time range estimated (7-10 days).usually about 8 days.

Some clothing is on the cheaper side like the graphic Tshirts. Well, the shirts are actually very nice quality, but the iron-on graphics can appear cheap upon close viewing.
My bathing suit I got was literally the best bathing suit I've ever had and it was 8 dollars. It's not cheaply made or cheap looking.
All this being said, the clothes we have received have all made us super happy because they're awesome and we bought them on flash sales so the shirts were only $1-$4.
My kids got "croc" pins. Like bags of 20+ pins for <$2. They're obsessed. Their friends think they're so lucky bc legit pins are expensive for that amount, and these pins look like the real thing.
Also the rugs, stuffed animals, and kitchen/bathroom gadgets have all been great. No complaints at all.
For the amount of money I save on the products, plus free shipping with no billed membership, I'm extremely satisfied with Temu so far. Just have to be willing to wait longer than Amazon stuff.
You can leave product reviews, and view photo/video reviews of products on the site before purchasing them, like on Amazon.

And apparently there's no-hassle, free returns. But I can't attest to that bc I've not returned anything yet.

They use unreliable carriers

Temu uses an unreliable delivery carrier that leaves packages without so much as knocking on the door or ringing the bell. They don't even send a text message. Twice my packages have been stolen because the package was left in the hallway of my apartment building -- while I was in my apartment and could have take the package from the carrier. I will not shop Temu anymore, because I have no confidence that I will actually receive my purchase. The choice of carrier is Temu's, not mine, and they are responsible for this problem.

Beware! Its a trap. Nothing is free. Never ever participate in their referral program. I seems easy but they just traps you in collecting points like 50 then 25, then slowly like 10, 9, 8 and then 4.5,4.4,4.3,4.2,4.1 etc. You will end up losing time frame of 12 or 24 hours they gives. They post you earned those gift but actually in the end nothing is in your hand. Innocent people don't waste time on this app. It would be million time better if you just sleep or do other things. Thanks

Fed up

I finally got fed up. Temu issued me credits and took $59 away. They had a payment platform issue and kept on saying they have escalated.
Then they came back and said please order from a friends app.
What about my $59? I lost it
Also what I recd was wrong items. Now I can't even return as j will loose more money

After payment, add-on list appears, touch it you buy it, delete not allow. Only 1 free return; high return ship cost. Read carefully!

Temu Sample Deceptive Business Practices: "The Bait" 8 pocket closet organizer / "The Switch" recieved 6 pocket instead. Same with phone charging cable, rug choice...
