I boufgt 3 USB sticks - 1x 128 GB, 2x 32 GB. They all have failed latest on their second test with f3write / f3read. The big dirve even disappeared meanwhile from the system. Absolute crapware; I received them a day ago - now trash. Beware of TEMU! Never again!

I really enjoyed purchasing products from this company. Unfortunately they are using UPS and in the state of Missouri UPS is awful to work with especially in the Springfield and Branson area. They do not care about their customers. They are rude and blame the customer for not being there when they deliver a package. I work just as most people do. I will not be ordering any more from this company as long as they use UPS for delivering methods.

Don't waste your time nor money on this site. They have you refer people to their cheap site just to not give you the free gifts. Nothing on the site last over a week. Or it's either not what they're promoting, nothing looks like the picture. It's like they steal the original pictures and sale you a cheap version of it. Don't bother trying to contact them cause they will not pick up LITERALLY! Scamming people out there hard earn money. I've had several items that I paid for that I never received. It's just all bad.

I placed an order. I got all my items quickly but they were low quality. In addition to my order I get getting an order for someone else that does not live at my house. They rang my bell at 9:00pm asking for their package. Temu told them it was delivered to my address. I got another package for that person today! I tried to contact Temu customer service but they are horrible. I am sorry I ordered from them!

I love to shop at Temu! My orders and my husband's also, came on the exact day that they inform in their site! They have tons of great deals, same stuff you find at the overpriced Amazon site! I made several orders on Temu, and never had a problem, just sent once some stuff back, and they refunded them pretty fast! Another thing is when an item you bought already gets cheaper, you claim the price adjustment and they give you a credit!

A Game Changer! They truly Do have Free shipping and Free returns. You also have the option of store credit or credit back to your original payment method. The pricing is very good. Now, before I purchase on Amazon or Walmart etc. I check the same item on their site and its usually less. I also love the shipping and tracking. I must say that with the clothing they will pull the old "Bait & Switch" on you! The item looks nothing like the picture on the model, totally different material…Good thing is I just return it for Free and get all of my monies back! Customer Service has been very good! They are now my favorite online store for almost everything!

I have been ordering from Temu for several months now and have not been disappointed with any item, with the exception of one item that didn't work as advertised and was credited the amount within minutes. I had one product that would not work on my phone and I was credited the money immediately and told to keep the item! So what I am saying is Temu has been a good Company to do business with, even though I just saw a post on Facebook saying that they are getting into your phone contacts, photos and all of your information. I believe that this person just has an issue with your Company! But I am very happy with it!

I sent 12 pieced back to Temu ALL in THE SAME BOX. I received a refund for 8 and emails denying the remailing 4. If they were able to scan and receive 8 of them there is no reason they couldn't have scanned all 12. I have contacted customer service 3 times in 2 days each time I got different answers but no real solution one agent gave me 3 solutions that literally had nothing to do w/my issue asked for supervisors 3 times and was refused 1 agent told me someone from the escalation team would contact me well almost 48 hours no one has contacted me. I am so angry I have to fight for 4 credits for items I do not have.

I discovered Temu in Feb. 2023. Since then I have ordered 94 items over the span of 4 months. Shipping has always been on time ( 1-2 weeks) with the exception of one order which was one day late and I received a $5 credit. Everything I have received is exactly as described. I have had no issues whatsoever. For those that have complaints, you need to read the description of your item in its entirety to ensure you know exactly what you are getting to avoid any disappointments. I have not had the pleasure of needing to contact Customer Service but so far I have been treated as a valuable customer. Don't pay any attention to the negative reviews.

Temu is great because you get good quality products for cheap, and when I ordered from Temu first time the delivery came earlier then I expected. The products that Temu sells are not misleading and you get what you buy. I have learned that shipping varies in different countries, so you might get your things earlier or later than expected. I am in the UK, and me and my friends all get the orders before the expected delivery date

Ordered multiple items including some shoes and clothing. While I haven't tried out the other items yet they appear to be in good shape and good value but I regret ordering the shoes and clothing as all was too small. I won't be ordering these items again as I spent a fair amount of time insuring the the size I ordered as correct and I've not had this problem with other shoes or clothing purchases so if you're going to order clothing or shoes from Temu make sure you order at least a few sizes larger than what their descriptions tell you.

I'm still waiting for my package i never received it. I was told that an individual received my package which was not me because I was out. I contacted them about the situation but was told it wasn't their problem and to go look for it myself. It says it was dropped off at 1:45 but I was home at that time and didn't see the mailman at all. So be careful there out to steal your money and it's all the customers fault If you didn't get you package.

Ordered for the first time and ordered wrong color in dress that I ordered and was told by customer service that I couldn't change the color because I order under a promotion and when I asked to speak to a supervisor she refused to let me speak to one. Then I was placed on hold phone was still connected and she never came back to phone. First experience was horrible.

Temu say that all items are free shipping but when you go to pay for item is telling you that must be $10.00 minimum purchase.

WARNING: DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! I purchased the item from Temu that arrived at the end of February, 2023. It is a mini portable washing machine. Maybe it weighs 3 pounds. It doesn't have a pump. It's got a drain plug. Between the middle of March and June 13, I used it four times. It will no longer work. I can't get it to turn on. It just sits there and does nothing. I contacted Temu to get a replacement item, and they would do absolutely nothing for me because it was over 90 days since I purchased the item, and I was never informed of any limitations about time whatsoever. Temu treated me very badly. The other complaint I have about them is I get messages from them CONSTANTLY that I can buy a product for a ridiculously low price and then I go onto their app and it's 100 times the price they said I could buy it for. They do that repeatedly. It's false advertising. I believe Temu is a dishonest, disreputable company. WARNING: DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

Worst customer service I've ever dealt with, it appeared to me that the entire staff has a combined IQ of about 5. Basically I got a "new member" $120 off of an order and free shipping where I only had to pay tax. Upon cashing out my order I read that I had to pay the $120 which would be refunded after order was processed. The issue I had was that I only had enough on the card to cover taxes, as none of this was stated to me prior. Now point being, the card would be declined due to ISF and I would not get the order processed. So after contacting online support and spending almost 12 hours going back and forth with several incompetent buffoons I was a little hot under the collar. Not a one of them understood anything I was telling me over and over to elaborate more when it was pretty obvious what I was saying and could elaborate no further. They insisted I place the order which would upon their receiving payment would credit the $120 back. I must have said about 40 times that the card would be declined for that amount and these imbeciles didn't understand and again asked me to elaborate further. As I said after 12 hours I was just over it and said I wanted to speak on the phone to a supervisor. Well after another agonizing hour with aforementioned supervisor asking me to elaborate further because she didn't understand what I was saying she said she would transfer me to a higher up supervisor who didn't pick up for about half an hour. After explaining situation to her...yep, you guessed it folks! Could I elaborate further? Now after almost 2 more hours with that level of stupidity I am awaiting a return from the next level up. So my whole day was wasted explaining over and over and over and over the same thing that I had already said countless hundreds of times. Don't waste your time with these dumb braindead people. Been waiting a little over an hour for the callback now and can't wait to see how it'll take for them to call and if the next level is just as stupid as the first three were.

I did receive my order on time, but half the items weren't even worth the low price. And they have "promotions" that promise free $$$ and items AS LONG AS you try to refer all your friends, and just when you go to do the last referral, the software glitches and won't count your last referral, therefore you NEVER get your prize. I did this with MULTIPLE OFFERS on the site and everything would go fine except 2 things, you will ALWAYS "WIN" there games and get the most credit FIRST and you will ALWAYS LOSE when you try to do the last referral. As I said in my title, these are SCAM TACTICS to get free referrals from you and free advertising without giving you ANYTHING.

Answer: When there ready. Maybe never. They are sending me robot answers with the same response. I have to take a account with temu to act as my refund. Y would I do that? They not only sent me garbage, but left me with a $25 dry cleaner bill from the dye on the PKG that came of on my pants and shirt.
