I bought a juicer as a gift and when I saw the box I thought, NO! You could tell it was repackaged poorly. When I put the juicer together it would not turn on, apparently what the buyer before found out and now I found out that it didn't work. I am an engineer so I did follow directions and troubleshoot but it was apparent this probably never worked. Temu customer support is non existent in reality. Never use them!

I shopped on Temu couple of times. Their shipping is slow and product quality is a hit or miss! For returns, I chose to get credit instead of refund which I know now is a terrible mistake! I accidentally deleted their app and when I reinstalled I found my credit balance is zero! I have tried their on line chat ( useless robot rep repeating the same Q&As), their credit balance recovery options (email or phone, nothing works), called their customer service hotline (on hold for hours, no one answered), so basically Temu stole my credit balance of $17+ and I don't know how to get it back!

I recently utilized their rewards program and did every single rewards program out there in amazingly I am won away on every single one as a former teacher of the year I utilize my network, and I know people signed up specifically however, each one is won away all seven categories I find that very strange and I feel this company is scamming people to build their database and if I am wrong, I want it proven to me because I did a life chat and amazingly they don't respond after you state something like that they don't know what to say so each of these categories is one dollar a way that is impossible logistically, logically, and mathematically, do not get scammed by this company. Disgusting customer service, Evri didn't deliver parcel safely, contacted Evri they said it's down to the company to refund or replace item as their self the courier is at fault so the company should put a claim in (with TEMU can only do) spoke to someone called Jessica she's refusing to refund me. The site is messed up and they stolen my money and I don't have my items I ordered due to the courier service they use. Temu are money stealing company and scam their customers out their money

Since you used SpeedX, delivery has been shabby. I had several orders that were not delivered and I would like to receive the items I ordered but accoring to your customer service, you lost my orders.I will have to stop buying from you, it does not make sense to buy and never receive the things you purchased. Geting the refund is ok but I want the things I purchased. I don't want store credit, as I will not use TEMU anymore, since you guys have not delivered to me what I ordered.I would rather that you return the cash back to my credit card.

Avoid buying from this place. I initially thought that this website sells stuff similar to generic stuff on Amazon but at wholesale or discounted prices. Most of the stuff on Amazon is crap already anyway but OMG, the items on Temu are beyond cheap, cheap, cheap and you really get what you pay for. It's a decent place to buy for fun but definitely not for long-term use. Even the SIMPLEST household item fail so forget about appliances and electrical products; they could probably start a fire!
1. Rug grips wouldn't stay in place then came off within a week.
2. Cable organizers fell off the same day and left irritating foam adhesive that's impossible to take off the surfaces.
3. Manual garlic chopper was a piece of crap. Blades were close to being as thin as a piece of paper and the construction was terrible.
4. Skirt says material is cotton but it was obviously not cotton nor anything close. No labels, no care instruction tag, nothing.
5. Miniature animal figurines came with broken limbs.
6. A pair of generic sneakers already had the heel coming off the moment I tried them on.
7. Faucet sprayer attachment was some crappy piece of plastic covered in a thin chrome finish.
8. Questionable cosmetic products that I wouldn't even put near my face. You're not saving money by buying generic products. They're not all made equally. In USA, you have to list ingredients and the products are tested. With the products sold on Temu, you could be told anything; it's not regulated nor tested.
9. Product images and descriptions are often wrong or misleading.
10. Most items are definitely too good to be true and not like the picture at all.
For many of the products above, it spanned between 3 different orders and I only purchased what I thought was "good quality" because I trusted the reviews on the website. Now, I'm starting to think the reviewers are either fake or their idea of quality is very low.
Everything came in plastic, plastic, plastic and more individual plastics. All the product boxes are always beat up and crushed up. Everything here is worse than the dollar store. Yes, there are quality products manufactured in China but in USA, it's always quantity, pointless consumerism, waste, and more crappy products then stealing customer information for marketing purposes. Unless you're looking for cheap party favors, this website is terrible for the consumer and the environment. Stay away!

I love the wide variety of products they sell and the prices are amazing. I have ordered dozens of items and almost everything has been better quality than I expected. I did have one issue with a tool that did not work. I contacted TEMU about a refund, and in less than 3 minutes I had the amount credited to my account. I didn't even need to return the item!

I placed my first order, was excited when it arrived in a timely manner. I expected quality to not be top of the line because of the low prices. The quality was fine for the most part but everything ran really small. I even order up a size thinking this could happen but, still didn't fit right. I am only 5' 3" so I can't imagine how this stuff fits taller people correctly. Unfortunetly it is all being returned.

I have received many products from Temu. All were good quality and mailed free of charge. I have returned some - mostly clothing for various reasons. The refunds and customer service were polite and prompt + they provide a printable return label so items can be returned with no postage. Have discovered U.S. entities buying Temu products and selling them online at a higher price. If I'm looking for a specific item, I always visit Temu first.

I recently had a highly unsatisfactory experience with the online shopping website, Temu, which has left me frustrated and disappointed. Despite placing an order and eagerly waiting for my package, it never arrived in my mailbox or at my apartment. To make matters worse, the lack of assistance from Temu's customer service team has been appalling.
Upon realizing that my package was missing, I immediately contacted Temu's phone support and online support for assistance. To my dismay, the representative I spoke with informed me that they couldn't offer a refund and advised me to reach out to USPS instead. While it is understandable that they may need to involve USPS in such cases, their unwillingness to help or take responsibility was deeply disheartening.
Following their advice, I contacted USPS and initiated an investigation regarding the missing package. However, the process has been arduous and time-consuming, with no guarantee of a resolution or refund. It is deeply frustrating to think that the responsibility for resolving this issue has been shifted to me, the customer, rather than being efficiently handled by Temu or USPS.
Throughout this ordeal, I have encountered nothing but a lack of concern and support from Temu's customer service. Their unhelpful response and inability to provide a satisfactory solution have only added to my frustration. As a customer, I expect a reliable and trustworthy shopping experience, which unfortunately has been severely lacking with Temu.
I sincerely hope that others can learn from my experience and avoid the frustration and disappointment that I have endured. Temu's poor handling of my missing package, the lack of support from their customer service team, and the subsequent burden placed on me as the customer have all contributed to my decision to not only refrain from using their services in the future but also warn others about their subpar service.

I have been shopping with Temu for a while now and have never had a problem until recently. Have always received my packages with no problem. I rently ordered $200 worth of products and didn't receive them. Tried calling Temu and it took forever to get someone on the line. They told me, they could reship my item. I asked if they could please send it to a different address and they told me absolutely not. So they shipped it to the same address and the package is missing again. Tried to reach out to them again about the second package for two weeks. I was on hold for over two hours every time I called never speaking to anyone. They prefer you to chat with them. Opened up chat and they ask you the same questions over and over again, which pisses you off. You can't get anybody on the phone and you have idiots on chat. Someone named Jennifer keeps opening up a ticket and then closing it out. I haven't gotten anywhere with this company about my merchandise. I emailed yesterday and they emailed me back stating there is nothing they can do about my lost package. They will not resend the merchandise or refund me. Says in the future use a better address. Had no knowledge that my address was not a good one because I always receive my packages from Temu. Second after the first order was lost I asked if they could send the reshipment to another address and they said NO. So what do you do. Im not angry just very disappointed and I hope this does not happen to anyone else. I'll just take my business elsewhere. I'm still out of $200. The most important thing I've learned through all of this is, with any company make sure you have a real number and can speak to someone and always read their reviews first.

I've been shopping w/temu for quite a good long time & have found that i check and recheck my orders before submitting them i get an excellent lot of differing goods that are much less than i can find anywhere/all on one app. Guess all u people that complain must not be something right! I would give this a zero but that's not an option so I'm giving it a one. It has been already three times that I ordered from temu and they keep delaying my orders. They refund them without explaination. This last time I really wanted my items and was given the run arounds for weeks. They would just tell me to call the USPS and they wouldn't tell me a straight answer for the delay. Time kept passing by and out of the blue they just cancelled my order even tho I said not to. This is beyond unprofessional and frustrating. Don't waste your time or money on this app. Truly disappointing.

Answer: When there ready. Maybe never. They are sending me robot answers with the same response. I have to take a account with temu to act as my refund. Y would I do that? They not only sent me garbage, but left me with a $25 dry cleaner bill from the dye on the PKG that came of on my pants and shirt.

Answer: They lie and cannot be trusted, promise refund but it never comes even when they have photos from two sources.
Answer: There are free returns. Only one package return per order...so if you order 5 things you can return as many as you want but have to be sent in one package. If you buy say 7 items and return one and then a week or so later want to return other items from that same order you would have to pay for shipping on the second shipment...which makes sense since the company should not have to pay shipping on more packages than they sent.
