When I got email delivered message I was in my house but I didn't get it. They sent picture where they delivered. That was not my house that picture was like woods. I sent email ask for check and let me know. They never answer to me. I try to live cheat But I cheating with robot not with human. The robot same answer repeat. I try again with human but same like robot doesn't help me anything. They sent email and text every minute for ask buy more and more before happen this. After complaint this issue they stop send text and email. They still didn't answer anything about my order. Bad bad customer services!

I had no problem with temu until they've switched using Halify as their deliverer. There is no estimate delivery date and time. You ask for updates and they update you a day later. My package was stolen due to not knowing when to expect my delivery. It was left outside my house an entire day without me knowing.

Have made 50+ purchases since 9/22. Not once have I had any problems! Orders almost always on time but $5 reward if late. Never missing an item, only 1 defective item, Cust Service responds quickly, refunds & returns are easy. Incredible variety of items all more than reasonable. Quality of kitchen items I have bought esp stainless steel are amazing. Clothing is difficult. Sizes seem to run quite large and fabric is sometimes weird. I am one truely happy customer!

Your "Wishlist" items will end up in your CART. You have to Un-Check the item otherwise you'll end up buying it with out even Adding it into your cart! I do like this company and the products are pretty decent! Plus you can't beat the Prices anywhere!

My order arrived.The clothes were cheaply made, the material was cheap and nothing like the pictures as advertised. I am US Medium but nothing fit. Too small. Wrong colors were sent. I bought 5 water bottles and found out they were staining my furniture. After contacting Temu I was offered a refund. I was left with a stained quartz countertop and bedside table. Guess Who will pay for the damage? Not Temu. Do not buy this product. Be aware the prick duct is of the poorest quality. I wish I had looked at reviews before buying from this company. Never again!

Have been using Temu for a while now. Was sceptical at first but actually, I can't moan. You pay very reasonable prices for reasonable goods.
Ofcourse check the size guide and probably steer clear of some electrical items, but for baby toys, fishing gear and birthday gifts, you can't go wrong!
Can see some negative reviews but I'd suggest from ppl who haven't read the detail.

To my surprise, Ebay, Amazon, Walmat move over. Any item on these sites, you will find them at Temu for at least 50% lower price. The fact is most of what they offer are imported from China anyway. If we, as American consumers have the options to purchase at a lower price, we will have more discretionary income left to take care of something else equally important in life. Temu does have cheap stuff and good prices but they phish for information about your friends, fb contacts and phone contacts promising free gifts. After you provide the information you get nothing. Their customer service sucks and be very careful to read the full description of the item your buying. Pictures showing the items often do not match what you're actually getting. For example they'll advertise bouncy seat for kids, you buy them and its just the outside fabric, the stuffing isnt included. Steer clear of this site!
