I have placed many orders, and everything's been great. I've had to send some things back and that was very easy to do. Somethings they refunded me my money, and said I didn't need to send the item back. I've had no problems with them.

Very disappointed!

I sent back two items in one package and got email that they received only one item. They sent me my refund
And then again charged my Credit Card. It's not possible to receive one item when both items were placed as instructed into same package. Which make me think that either Temu employees are not honest or Temu taking me for a ride.

It is very disappointing of receiving damages items and missing pieces from the package. I have contacted with the customer service but they say that they cannot offer any refund. It's really impressive to buy bad products.

This site should be shut down they lie and mislead you on coupons and say your orders are shipped etc and they don't be, and they don't be wanting to refund they just keep y sending notifications to try to give you "discount coupons" to get you to shop from them.

Buyer beware!

I could right a book with everything that went wrong in my first and only experience with Temu. I will just sum it up with this: It has been a nightmare experience shopping with Temu. Took almost 3 weeks to receive my 2 orders. Both orders totaled 24 items and all of it was crammed into one plastic bag. A thin sack with no protection at all. Items are broken, defective or dollar store quality. And that is just the beginning… Just be prepared if you are going to spend your money with Temu. Also, pay close attention to what you are paying for. Many of the low prices are because you are getting a small fraction of what you would get from other retailers. Even then I was still shorted! Some of the things I bought would have been cheaper to purchase on Amazon or Walmart because of the quantity. Definitely watch customer videos! Especially with clothing. There were so many clothing items I wanted to buy because they looked so good in the advertisement photos, until I watched a few customer videos and saw how cheap the clothing looked. This is definitely one of those "if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is" situations. Sadly, to top things off, I don't even know if I am going to be able to return the broken and unusable items that were finally delivered. I could go on, but you probably get the picture. My instincts told me to stay away. Now I know better. Awful experience all around. I hope this helps. If your gut is telling you not to do it, I would listen!

I ordered 2 small items and accidentally called on so called one click button and all of the sudden too more big aitem were added to my small order of $23 and I was told you will pay additional $83
It was just yesterday and despite 3-4 emails I sent back and forth trying to cancel everything they shipped today all 4 items
Don't buy anything from this SCAM!
By the way, good luck deal with customer service that does not exist. No phone numbers at all etc...

I had about four different orders that I was happy with (epecially electronics and kitchen stufff), before getting some items that I needed to return. I found that their return process was wonderful. As soon as I delivered the return shipment to the carrier, I received my refund (which I chose to be Temu credit). Some items seem to be cheap copies of more expensive originals—-seem smaller, thinner, and not as robust, but the price point is so low it was still worthwhile. I feel that they are trying really hard to get a happy customer base in order to compete with sites like Amazon, and they are doing a good job. Beware though, that often the price given is not for what is pictured, but for a different quantity or colour, so be sure to check the order. I think in future, prices will creep up and other perks (like free shipping and returns) will decrease. My original orders didn't even charge tax, but now they do. I enjoy shopping this site because they have a many items that are new and different from any other sites I've seen (eg. Silicone toe covers). Yes, some things are cheaply made, but with free returns, it seems that the makers of these items won't be in business long. You can get great deals on this site, but buyer beware.

Hey guys,
Here to fine you my quick review on Temu. This has to be the worst online shopping experience that I have EVER encountered. I ordered 4 items online on the 7/1 it arrived at the airport on 7/8 and has been stuck in transit for the last week now. Ontracknhas been a complete JOKE! Like where in the hell is my stuff? This is so frustrating to be taken advantage of like this. I I'll be requesting a REFUND ASAP! Never will I order from a Chinese website. And to think that the NFL sponsored these guys with an ad during the Super Bowl. Are you freaking kidding me? Stay away from these guys. Get it together TEMU.

I ordered 12 items, was lead to believe that my grand total was around 50 bucks. I buy 6 items and I get 6 free. But for some reason you all cancelled my order. So I placed the same order to give you guys one more chance to get this right. And did you? No! Charged me over 70 bucks! Not cool. It was the same damn order. I used the same card and nothing changed. But this time you guys did not cancel my order. So I want to know if that is something you do to everyone? Cancel their order and if they place it again then you don't discount them? What a big rip off. Buyers beware! You guys credited me 2 bucks and some change. Thank you VERY much. Lol what a discount. I am disgruntled customer!

I placed my first time order about 2 weeks ago. I finally got a notification that the package was on its way. I check the tracking number and i was told it was out for delivery. That was 2 days ago. The tracking number keeps saying that the delivery was "attempted". Now it says that address can't be confirmed. The problem is that the address I put is my work address. Which is a hotel. A business that's open 24 hours. The "attempt" listed that the business was closed and now it just says insufficient address. I'm very confused. I've always had everything delivered to the hotel & NEVER had a problem.

Prompt Refund

I purchased two toy trucks for my HO model train layout. Turns out they were not HO scale at all. Apparently my mistake in ordering was due to less than clear information on the website and fact I had reached these items in searching for HO Scale vehicles -- erroneously assuming these too were HO scale. Wrong. My mistake. Temu promptly refunded my purchase, no questions asked. I will consider purchasing again. Lack of sufficient detail on the web page contributing to my error is the only reason for not giving Five Stars.
I had previously bought several items and was generally satisfied with my purchases, except one item was missing. Temu also refunded the price of the missing item.
In my view Temu is a reliable merchant. Could benefit from improved customer interface through the website.

I will never order from them TEMU again. I placed an order,they took my payment,product was out of stock after my money was taken,it's been 60 days an still no refund. They claim my bank was the problem,my bank app let's me know every deposit an transaction, I called my bank they have no idea what a TEMU is. To some it all up,I said $#*! the money an TEMU, THEY Jus lost a loyal customer, AMAZON IS BETTER ANYWAYS! I ADVISE ANYBODY READING THIS TO NOT SHOP WITH THIS APP.

I'm pretty new to Temu like a month or two and really quite impressed. I have made a number of purchases and have returned a couple of items, nothing wrong with them just wasn't what I thought they were and Temu had no problem with me returning them for free. I have kept and am using everything else from clothing to power tools and am very happy with the purchases. Definitely am going to buy more and will most likely use aTemu for gift purchases. Shipping time has been very reasonable too. Thank you Temu…..

This is the worst system ever. I order many things online and this is incredibly bad. The tracking is vague, never says where items are only things like packaging, cleared customs, it never updates you as to where items are or specifically when it will arrive. Never ordering from them again.

Better than I Thought!

I was reluctant to order from them bec6i thought it was just too good to be true and it is to a degree. They bait you with EXTREMELY LOW prices but you have to get the Ap just to find out the prices are even with Shein. Plus is the clothes are nice, fit will and delivery is fast! MY FIRST ORDER NEVER ARRIVED BECAUSE THE DELIVERY COMPANY THEY USE SAID THE PACKAGE WAS DAMAGED SO I CONTACT TEMU AND THEY GIVING ME THE RUN AROUND EVEN PROVIDING PICTURES OF WHAT THE DELIVERY COMPANY SAYING PACKAGE IS DAMAGED.TEMU WANTED ME TO CALL DELIVERY PPL AND I SAID NO NOT MY JOB.I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY THEY COULDN'T REPACK AND DELIVER MY ORDER.THE OTHER ORDER IS DELAYED AND NEXT TO ORDER SAYS IF NOT DELIVERED ON DATE SPECIFIED YOU WILL GET $5 THAT'S NOT TRUE.IM SO MAD BECAUSE I BOUGHT STUFF FOR MY CAR AND THE ORDER WAS SPLIT INTO 2,SO IM WAITING ON MY SEAT COVERS BUT WONT BE GETTING THE MATS,WHEEL COVER THE STUFF TO MATCH MY CAR SEATS.
IM THINKING JUST CANCEL EVERYTHING AND CLOSE OUT TEMU.THEY SUCK!

I'm a 1st time customer to this TEMU app and let me say I'm extremely disappointed. Ended up canceling the entire order before even being shipped. I placed my order on June 5th and like June 17th I receive a message stating one or more items are not available and they'll credit my Temu acct. Those items were the reason I even placed an order so forget it Cancel the entire thing. Waste of time with this company. If your not shipping things out within 3-4 days of customers placing the order then don't bother being in business.
