I finally received shipping info. It say your items are at airport?. No location mentioned. Then the next day. Your items departed airport. Then the next day. Your items are in customs. Well now there at an airport.! Don't know where., but my package is at an airport. And if it don't come within a window of a 5 day period. You get 5 dollars off, wow.
I've received two orders from Temu. Probably half of the items were as described and actually functioned or fit as expected.
My third (and last, ever) order has not arrived, and might not. Tracking is inaccurate at best, and with this order has been ridiculous. According to tracking, my package has been out for delivery at least four times. Then the next day it is in transit somewhere else. Why? Who knows? This is not a big town. I'm ready to give up and ask for a refund.

When I first discovered Temu, I was skeptical - how could they have so many products for such low prices. I found ONE item, a stencil that I had bought online from another online company beginning with A, that was about $8 there - and Temu had the same exact item for $3. Too good to be true I thought, but I ordered anyway, and would you believe it, it's THE EXACT SAME THING! It was free delivery too - and a 90 day return option - and that was it. I was in love. They have millions of items - I must have bought HUNDREDS of things from them and they have never ONCE let me down, or sent something different to what I was expecting - they are absolutely outstanding. My ONLY complaint is that they are TOO good - they have so many things and their prices are so great that I am kind of addicted, I keep sneaking on to their website and ordering things... so if you are ordering from Temu, be assured they are great - their customer service is superb - online chat is very efficient if you have queries, I just love Temu. This is the BEST thing I have found in years. I buy honey jars for bottling honey, bottles, hive tools, bee suits, bee trinkets, electronics, charging cables, security cameras, hooks, carabinas, and everything is good quality, the same as you'd find on that other shopping website I mentioned earlier, but one third of the price! The list just goes on and on. I just bought some bee earrings and bee necklaces as gifts, a dash camera for my car... and their customer service is outstanding. I would say that every single time I go on there I find something I want. This really is my guilty secret.

I have purchased swimsuits, shorts, tops and crop leggings. You are not getting designer fashions here but you are getting fantastic prices and decent quality. Shipping times are longer than with Amazon or Walmart but are free within their guidelines. Make sure to pay careful attention to item descriptions.

So temu states you can receive 5 free items if you share links but the person your sharing the link to has to sign up and etc thats ridiculous! I actually snt out 20 links and advertised for them for free ans still yet its not enough they actually have to sign up and click on a link.that doesnt wrk! This is fake as hell! All that to get nothing! Disappointe and dnt advertise for them when you receive nothing! Not only that but you have to add a order num just to leavw a review how SHADY Is that! Don't fall for the hype. This company is nothing but a bunch of scammers they offer you all the stuff tell you they will do this and that and then they never follow through. You get all your friends to join up and try to get it free prizes and then they never want to give them to you it's just a scam. I have all of the messages with them Customer Service they just rip you off and then they try to blame it on something else or that you didn't do it properly or whatever their game is at the time. I highly recommend you delete this app and never touch it. It's a Chinese scam operation.

I talk to customer service. They said it was delivered so they couldn't issue me a refund Nor resend my package literally spent $45 just so my package was delivered to the wrong house and I know that's not their fault but I would still like a refund for the stuff I didn't get

Missing items from reshipment. Refuse to refund or reship since delivery said delivered and youre only allowed either once. 1 order was shipped into 5 packages. Only received 3 packages from reship-lasership was deemed at fault but no luck there. Received 1 package twice. 2 packages once and never received the other 2 packages but because its under 1 order it says delivered from all so i only received 1 out of 5 originally and 3 out of 5 for reshipment w 1 being a dbl from the first…. On the hook for $250 worth of items never received

I ordered some items from Temu that never arrived. The company refuses to issue a refund. Their customer service is worthless. They outright stole my money, at least that's what I think it's called when you pay money to a company for merchandise that they do not send, am I correct?

Temu is my #1 shopping website/app and this is why. Last month I saw a lot of ads about Temu, so I tried it out. I ordered a mini mic, fake grills, three piercing kits (5-6 USD) and a laser for my brother (7 USD) They arrived in a time radius of 7-10 days (as promised) and were in good condition. 4/5, will use again

Do you guys even check what you are delivering? I ordered twice from them even when I did not have a good experience. I received the second delivery today July 23rd, 2023--
1) Mobile game controller-- NOT WORKING -- tried on multiple devices-- USED-- scratches
2) Blackhead remover Pore Vacuum-charged for two hours and is NOT WORKING-- USED! It has scratches.
3) Tongue scraper-- The only thing I did not unpack-- not sure if this would used item too---

I spent about 3hrs on this site looking a different things and then I finally placed an order, then a couple days later I was checking the tracking on my order and I saw this sick shirt...I clicked on the shirt and it offered me the shirt at 94% off if I downloaded the app so I did and it turns out that the discount was only for first time users but when I was on their site for 3hrs a couple days prior...not a single offer of a discount on anything I looked at! But other then that, my experience has been good so far...but I may change/add to my review depending on when my order arrives and if the products I ordered are even worth the price!

If you're trying to get high end clothes, a bag that can pass of for Chanel or the best vacuum cleaner ever and you're unhappy that a $10 handbag is not the same quality as a $1,000 handbag then you need to be realistic about your expectations. However if you're looking for simple and helpful items, comfy nightshirts (omg they have the best and cutest sleepwear ever!), handy everyday items, pet items and simple electronics there's no better place than Temu. I have the Temu and Amazon app side by side for comparison and the same items are 30% cheaper on Temu and a lot of the time they're the same item. Also their return policy is AMAZING. The only downside is you have to wait a week or two but if you don't need the item immediately, why not shop till you drop and feel like you actually have money to burn when doing it?

At first Temu was good but here lately shipping has become a nightmare altogether customer won't properly address concerns; for example...my 7 year old grandson showed me a picture of a large mouse pad he wanted for his birthday. I looked (realized why he showed me, I'm the cool grandpa) it was an anime girl in a skimpy bikini which is fine with me...you see worse on public beaches, anyway when I received it...she ended up being completely nude with absolutely no bikini at all not ever a trace of it. Contacted customer service about this showed them pictures of item but they refuse to do anything about it at all and tell me sorry to bad " hope this answer puts a smile on your face" then disconnected I've tried for two days to get a peaceful resolution to this but now I'm turning my information over to federal law enforcement for Temu to get investigated for fraudulent activity on their site. My entire family has stopped using Temu over this and are advising everybody they know and keep telling local church's about this to get the word out about Temus lack of respect for their customers. Unfortunately I can't post pictures because of the content but I can tell you Hugh Hefner would complement the work that went into it.

My first two orders got here really fast and I was under the impression. This was a company in San Diego California. I just made another order and it says that it is going through customs which means it's not even in America. It will be my last order. This is the reason I stopped shopping at Shein.

My first purchase experience with Temu was very satisfying. All the items were delivered within the time that was mentioned during ordering. Though a few packings were damaged, all the items were quite intact.
My returns' experience was also very satisfying as I had to return a few. The amount was immly credited to my Temu account. Since it said it would take 14 days to be credited to my credit card, I preferred an account credit.
Overall a very good experience. Hope it stays the same.

Answer: When there ready. Maybe never. They are sending me robot answers with the same response. I have to take a account with temu to act as my refund. Y would I do that? They not only sent me garbage, but left me with a $25 dry cleaner bill from the dye on the PKG that came of on my pants and shirt.
