The products are worth the price, but getting it properly delivered is spotty. One order was dumped in the street, one order was shipped in three different packages, two never arrived, one returned, refund is short even after five hours on the phone with them. I will never purchase from them again.

I shipped the damaged items and other I don't like in a robust cardboard delivery box, despite your laim bag I received it, squashed and deformed, but I haven't received the confirmation nor the delivery status in your app, hence I got anxious and very frustrated!
Just now I have finished a chat session with TEMU customer service and they proved me I have lost my money, when I returned a package with damaged and faulty goods, and they're asking me to wait until the shipment arrive to its destination, in the warehouse to become inspected, even though TEMU is ALWAYS shipping items you are ordering, only in bags and ALWAYS you'll receive the article inside squeezed and damaged, but when you want to return these, you are forced by the carrier (DHL & Cargus in my case) to use a robust cardboard shipping box,... what a mockery!
I have undoubtedly lost my money (roughly 40,00 €) but perhaps everyone who is reading my comment here, will take necessary precautions and avoid this fraudulent chinese platform!
The reason Temu does not accept payment via PayPal is because they can't steal your money through them if your transaction with their products goes wrong, even if you make the proof of sending the receipt and applying for a refund!
Temu won't compensate anyone who returns their products, they'll just bombard you with hundreds of ads and collect your personal and bank details to be sold on, to hackers!

I too was sceptical about ordering from Temu, I have ordered 17 times now. I haven't had any issues or major problems, if something was damaged, it was refunded promptly. I've only had one damaged item and it was due to poor packaging, nothing to do with the item, it was a plastic window cleaning tool, had it have been placed in the package longways instead of the short way, it would have survived the trip. It can be glued back together, it was refunded. You are allowed one refund per order, I have only taken advantage of that if something was wrong. I ordered three pair of size 7 shoes, two fit perfectly, the third pair, I believe were mislabeled. Those were refunded and I was told to keep or donate them. The same with a smart watch, I just couldn't get it paired with my phone, after 3 weeks I requested to return it, I was given the refund and again told I could keep or donate it. I've bought clothing and jewelry and love them all, none of the jewelry has turned yet, they wear beautifully. Two items of clothes were a little bigger than expected, I will either alter them or give them away. I've bought things for my car and had no problems. All of my orders but one so far have been in the time frame specified. The one that wasn't on time, I was given a $5 credit because of the delay by the day after it was due.
Also, people complain about Temu accessing your location and stuff, I have Temu on two devices and neither have access to anything and I use a third party vendor to pay for my purchases. As for the items being from China, half of items for sale in America come from China and have for decades, go into any Walmart or Target or wherever and take a look. Better yet Google the companies from all over the globe that operate out of the US, you'll be surprised at what comes from where.

When I received my parcel it's open from one side and items missing but temu not refund me for missing items and said ur parcel delivered fine and where's house said they se d everything even I send them all evidence and screenshot from my phone when I take photo it's timing and date shown on it when I recieved parcel it's ripped from other side which I notice when I put it on sofa then I take photo first and i contact them but they not take serious notice and even not resend me missing items or refund me
Rest items is damage, no longer needed or don't like and coat size big which I return and hair ties and they refund for that and said what h don't like donate it etc
But for missing items they done nothing just apologise for it and denied for refund

I didn't receive a parcel from TEMU. The courier left my parcel on the doorstep in full view of the street, and someone must have picked it up. The EVRI Couriers emailed me back saying this was not delivered correctly! I sent copies of the email to TEMU and long story short it is all standard replies i haven't had a conversation with a human.

Terrible did not give £112.76 refund for returned faulty item
I returned a faulty dashcam they sent email saying received but will not provide a refund and did not provide an explanation as to why.

The products on their website are of poor quality, thin and not as advertised. Horrible products and you are responsible for using your gas to return the damaged, thin products.

I ordered the air bed that fits in a vehicle so you can sleep in it. I got a dog bed and was told I received the correct order. I sent pics and still was told it is was the right thing I ordered.

I ordered stuff from Temu two times prior to this last time that I ordered. I finally felt comfortable spending a little more money since my previous orders did arrive. They sent it this time through a company called piggy ship. And initially I was getting a lot of tracking updates. And then all of a sudden I stopped receiving them and then when they would update, it would only update the date not the actual process it was at. It was in transit for weeks on end. When I contacted customer service because I tried calling the shipping company number and it does not answer, I was told that it's just processing. I told them the tracking is never updated. It seems as if my package is lost and they continued to assure me that it's still just processing. Fast forward to a month after I ordered. I'm getting a refund because my package is NOT coming, but if they would've fix this the couple weeks before when I contacted them either resent the shipment or refunded my money they would not have lost the customer. It was pretty obvious that the package was lost and a five or $10 credit is not gonna cut it.
I think my biggest issue is the disappointment of my kids after I tell them it for sure is not coming.

I had a fantastic experience with TEMU! My delivery arrived promptly with 7 items at 2:29 pm. However, upon opening the package, I noticed one small item was missing. I quickly went online, clicked on the missing item, and to my surprise, at 2:41 pm, my account was refunded. It took just 11 minutes from delivery to resolution – truly exceptional customer service. TEMU had my credit card on file from prior purchase (my big mistake). They then sent a package of items I didn't order and charged my credit card. The return was a fiasco which ended in me having to pay to return the items. I got the credit card company to reverse charges for the items. TEMU representative said they would refund any fees for return but after I incurred the fees and provided receipt they refused to refund my money. They are terrible to deal with. Order a couple of items, but never received any of them. Refund was not possible before I receive the items, but they never came. With no chance to talk with customer service I deleted my account with Temu. I lost $39 only, so please do not make the same mistake.

I returned items and still DO NOT HAVE MY ENTIRE REFUND! They gave me $24.11 out of $109.00. They tell you they are going to have the financial institution look into it but it is the same email every time saying they sent the refund when they only gave me $24.11. It has almost been one month!

I never received this item because Temu shipped it in a cheap plastic bag and it must have gotten torn open and items lost during shipping. I went to Temu for help and they said that they could do nothing for me that I would have to contact the shipping company. When I went to the shipping company they said they could do nothing for me that I had to contact Temu for help. Don't buy items from Temu they don't care!

Ordered 2 simple items on 9/23/2023, it's already 10/14/2023 and my order has not arrived. Even though they give me $5 credit to buy on Temu.com, I lost $10 in this transaction.

They combine orders to save money and keep you waiting. Or separate one simple 7 items orders into two shipments. Whoever works as chat customer support, the answer they provide is copy & paste from scripts and template! If you ask two completely different questions, you'll get an exact same 10 lined reply! I though almost 70% of purchased items to rubbish bin! Most of peripherals, storages, flash memories, cables and converters are grade "D" products are defective non-working or cosmetically flawed beyond repair. Don't waste your money and time with TEMU.

Answer: When there ready. Maybe never. They are sending me robot answers with the same response. I have to take a account with temu to act as my refund. Y would I do that? They not only sent me garbage, but left me with a $25 dry cleaner bill from the dye on the PKG that came of on my pants and shirt.
