I have only had positive experiences with Temu so far. I've probably ordered there 8 times already. I have always been satisfied so far! You should be aware that if you buy Bluetooth headphones for 3 euros, you cannot expect the quality as with items from A... etc etc.
Complaints have gone well so far. Always got my money back straight away and was often allowed to keep the goods.! The most important thing is, when I finally entered the codes ******* and ******* in the search bar, I was really surprised. I not only received credit, but also great rewards:)

Some of the items, like the watches, are nice. A lot ot the jewelry is flimsy and not nearly as pretty as they are in the picture. It is hard to return items. Chatting with someone to get help returning items is $1 plus $55/month. The descriptions of items is not complete. I ordered beads thinking they were glass but they were acrylic. The bracelets I received are also acrylic but the descriptin said they were crystal. I am not going to order anything else from them because it is to difficult to return unwanted items.

One of Temu employee's sent me an email telling me to send a picture of my routing and account number and the back of my debit card I said my card is already on file that's not allowed you're only supposed to see the last four digits of the card they said if I don't give up the information they're going to cancel the order within 72 hours I said cancel the order I will not be giving up my personal information so I called my bank and informed them with the Temu employee was trying to convince me to do too many red flag's

This scammers are using Laelanie Art Gallery on their scam google ads! I'm the owner and they don't have permission to use my art gallery seriously avoid this people after reading their reviews they are scammers and how dare they are operating in the country! Anybody that's reading this review or their orders from Temu needs to stop shopping with them immediately. They are a bunch of robbers. I don't even know if they even sent orders I think they just take your money and they don't even send your order and then they tell you you're not eligible for a refund because on the side it shows delivered in on your side. It shows deliver to they want you to check around you and after you tell him that you checked everybody, they still tell you that you're not eligible for a refund on so.

Ordering is So EASY. The returns are So Difficult. They don't tell you that you have to download the Temu app. I saw an ad for Temu, I ordered some items, the items were large. I'm a 8 in women's so I ordered shirts for 8-10 which is a large & it was too big.

I have been ordering from temu for awhile now and only had a couple small issues but now my next to last order totaling 34.34 was missing a watch that I ordered n they refused to send me one or give me store credit so I can order it again to hopefully receive it.ive emailed them 8 times but all I get is it was all shipped and package was good. They wanted a picture of watch but i told them how can I do that if i never got it.I won't be ordering anything else from them for a long time. Be careful what you order. Hesitated on ordering but listened to a coworker they make sure your card payment clears then they print out a shipping label and say it's shipped. You go to the shippers website and the package hasn't been received...So basically there lying it's been over two weeks and it's still saying shipped with no info and then you check with the shipper and still nothing received. So now it's time to call my credit card company to file a dispute...If you're thinking about a purchase from this company my advice is don't do it

Haven't bought a ton, but I've tried enough clothes to come to the conclusion that the material is klunky and beyond cheap. Then again this might be a great site for practical items. Just bought some heel pads for like a buck 50 and they worked great. Just as long as you can wait a couple weeks to get what you need

It lures new clients by spin a wheel and earn $100 / $200 coupon which you need to read between the lines to know the details as it is not as simple as getting the coupon and using it. Also before you get the coupon you HAVE TO buy 3 items to get the coupon. The one that you cannot use in any case. I did all the steps and closed the account before being wrapped up in their scam.

The saga begins with Temu's audacious claim that my eagerly awaited item had been delivered to my doorstep. They even had the audacity to back this up with a photograph, a photograph that proved, beyond a shadow of a doubt, that they had delivered it to the wrong address! Yes, you read that right; they delivered my precious package to someone else's house and had the gall to call it a successful delivery.
Naturally, I reached out to their customer service team, naively expecting a swift and reasonable resolution to this absurdity. Instead, what I got was a masterclass in how NOT to treat customers. Their representatives displayed an astounding level of incompetence and a stubborn refusal to acknowledge their colossal mistake. I offered to send them a photograph of my house as proof, but it was as if I was speaking a foreign language.
In a breathtaking display of ignorance, Temu's customer service team insisted, time and again, that the delivery had been carried out correctly. I can only conclude that they are either completely out of touch with reality or genuinely believe that their customers are fools.
What's even more infuriating is that they made absolutely no effort to rectify their blunder or find a solution to the problem they created. They simply brushed off my concerns and left my valuable item unaccounted for, likely left to the mercy of thieves on the roadside.
In short, Temu has set a new low for customer service, and their delivery blunder is a testament to their breathtaking incompetence. This ordeal has been a stark reminder that Temu cares little about its customers and operates with an astounding level of negligence. I implore you, dear reader, to steer clear of Temu at all costs unless you enjoy being treated like a second-class citizen and having your valuable possessions vanish into thin air.
