Well worth it

Compared to other similar Chinese based marketplaces the goods arrive quickly. I don't like the bombardment of marketing click bait on their website and their is some well documented reports about unethical practices especially child exploitation - https://www.latimes.com/business/story/2023-06-15/temu-sells-products-linked-to-forced-labor-in-china which is making think again about this site.

The shipping company delivered to the wrong address and claimed delivered, I contacted TEMU and showed them the evidence such as the photos of my address it's not the address they went to delivered, anyway TEMU refused to reshipment or refund me for those lost packages. What a scam!

It is so much fun to scroll through all the stuff and pick out things you like, and when you look at the cart it's still under $100. Great selection and great prices. However, they use a shipping service that uses UPS for the first part, so you get a notice your package is on the way and speeding to you. But UPS then drops your package at a local post office for the final delivery. This results in a delay of up to three weeks, or the rest of your natural life. Have you ever waited in line at a post office? This is the most incompetent organization on earth! PS I was going to add a picture of my purchase, but I am still waiting.

This site sells your data

Jewelry is garbage.

Temu uses false advertising and photos to describe their jewelry. The jewelry you actually get looks NOTHING like the quality shown in photos. The clothing I have purchased less than a month ago is already falling apart. The fishland and farmland games are a total joke. You are guaranteed NOT to win any of the "Free" gifts you pick out without being 100 times more aggressive to provide the free advertising for them by getting more and more suckers to become new Temu users.
Not worth the time or energy to use this company. Product quality is okay at best, packaging is substandard at best, and as I've noticed recently Temu's prices are climbing. Better quality available elsewhere. Was really hoping to be able to get my girls a decent Christmas using this company, but they have proved to be a massive disappointment

Not safe website

I didn't suggest any one to buy it from this website, 1st off all when I return few items - instead of returning you money, they deducted from your card and I didn't get the OTP for that transection. Maybe there is glitch in there app or anything else, but feel safe to save my card on this web.
For this concerned I called many many time on helpline, but there response was "you will get a call in 24hr from the concerned department". But it's been a month didn't get get a single call.
Few of there product also not good quality. Feel like cheep product.

First order with TEMU. Instead of delivering my order to a safe place ie walking through my front gate and leaving out of the elements on my porch, PFL Logistics threw my order (containing glass bottles) over my fence and left it in the rain and dirt in my garden. I had to go climbing through shrubs to even find it, where one would least expect it. When I went to review my order with TEMU, they don't allow you to review on customer service or delivery - just the items purchased. Additionally, I went to contact them to raise this issue and they offer no email contact. The only contact is to chat to a bot. So I outlined the issue and a bot replied and asked me to outline my issue. I told them I had and to read it. It was then escalated to someone else and they to repeated the same line. They deliberately obstruct you and prevent communication and complaints. I have two more orders on there was and they will be the last. I fully intend on writing reviews across social media to warn people what this company is like. Interesting to note they've switched off Facebook reviews... clearly hiding the numerous complaints and poor feedback.

This company is an absolute scam! I have spent almost $1,000 and have returned items as directed, yet the company is refusing to refund any money to my original form of payment. I keep getting brushed off and told a supervisor will take care of me or that the funds are on the way, but that never happens. A credit was actually applied to my bank account and then taken out by this company! I highly discourage anyone who is considering ordering from Temu to NOT TRUST THEM! They are extremely difficult to deal with and it's very hard to get your money back. They are very sneaky and constantly push you off from one department to another, yet they never resolve the issue and they never refund your money. I'm opening a complaint with the better Business bureau. Very upset and disappointed. If you do deal with this company I highly encourage you to keep all communications and be sure to screenshot everything so that you can submit it to your banking institution.

I placed an order this morning, no problem, money out of bank acc and receipt with P O issued.
Did another, same thing paid in full.
Looked at email this afternoon, saying payment for 1 click payment didnt work, still owe that, try paying again!.
Second order same thing!.
Payment was in full, money recieved and confirmation sent for both!.
Trying to get another payment, be carefull. I just cancelled both orders...not paying twice!
UPDATE;
I went back into my account with Temu and requested a refund for both orders. Thought that was better, than paying twice.
I did receive a reply from Temu asking if the problem was addressed.
I'm not sure if I will replace the orders I had to cancel as I don't see the point of requesting a refund for an order you haven't even seen yet! Very Leary!.

A decent website

I have spent more than I'd care to admit in over 30 orders. Some of my purchases have been a bust, but mostly decent products. Read the descriptions carefully. They do have great customer service and I completed a couple returns with zero issues. They've actually always told me to keep or donate the product with a full refund. I've heard a lot of rumors, but nothing substantiated. They can't be any worse than any other large business.

Scam, pure and simple

DO NOT USE THIS SITE. THEY STEAL CREDIT CARD INFO.
After already charging my card, I could see the charge on my Wells Fargo account, these crooks try to get you to send them a statement. I actually did send them a statement with my financial info redacted and they wanted more. I tried working with them but they insist on recieving a statement with personal financial info on it. I hope the authorites take them down soon before more people are hurt. I intend to report them to several federal and state agencies.

Scammed with refund

Careful with temu agent for giving wrong label for your return

Amount scammed: $153.21

Careful with temu, i've been ordering with them for a so long, and I NEED TO RETURN 6 items but their agent gave me a return label with a wrong quantity.
MY 6items return is worth $153.21 which they received already. But because the return label has 1 item instead of 6. Now they only refund me for 1 item of $16.00 because the agent named SULLANO only enter 1 item instead 6. And I USE IT FOR 6 items. I JUST FOUND OUT THE MISTAKE THEIR AGENT MADE WHEN I RECEIVED MY REFUND. Now they refuse refund me, I EVEN CHALLENGE THEM TO CHECK THEIR CCTV IN THE RETURN WAREHOUSE TO PROVE THEY RECEIVED 6 items.

It appears to be impossible to return items to Temu. I've had many good buys but have spent hours trying to find how to return items for refund. I won't be buying anything from them again as I think their claim for free returns, or any returns, is fraudulent.

I ordered an item and after 10 days they said they can deliver the product without an explanation. I asked for my refund but they say I have to wait until I receive the item. How can I get my refund if they said they can deliver it? They are scammers.
