I ordered 15 items from Temu. Some of Prices when ordering increased when I added to my basket. They are sly how they do this like advertising a low price but if you choose a different colour the price doubles. Delivery was on time in shabby packaging. The goods ordered were of low quality but then I did get what I paid for. Half of the items not fit for use. Example sticky back pads only stuck for a day then fell off. My biggest complaint is since I download the app I have received 118 emails, scam, and selling disgusting items. I've Ed never received emails like this before using Temu as I try to be really careful online. I will be deleting the app of course. Be wary if you use Temu
I've been buying from Temu for months, usually every week. Their stuff arrives on time. I got a $5 credit one time it hadn't shown arrived. I told them it had. Customer service is suspect. The one time I messaged, the person communicating with me used English well. The comprehension, not so much.

Very bad for an order of this amount the boxes are very damaged and it is from TEMU as you see the tape holding the box together. Both cameras do not work, now I have to start the return process, very disappointed.on top of all this the directions for installation do not work and only now does it list that you have to have a specific router...very bad I have 400 euro of equipment that does not work and to return and wait is going to take more time than I have for this installation...TEMU shame on you for selling items like this

I ordered from Temu. The order went through. Later they stated that the order was cancelled and a refund would be issued. The refund was issued to a gift card that was thrown out once Temu approved my order. The only way that they are willing to refund my money is through this card. I have explained 25 times that I no-longer have the card. They can't tell me why they canceled the order and or why they can't refund my money. I called for 3 days and NO-ONE is willing to help me. I asked to speak to the manager and they denied me call after call. I was told that managers are not available for 3 days (no matter what time I called).
Between my friend and I (separate accounts). We spend maybe $400 a month with this company. I'm disappointed that the company won't even try to help me / return my money. There's proof on my account that a refund is due to me. Please view my account to see proof of purchase **************545).

I tried it I personally know others who bought items, received items, loved items. My experience has been great. I love it. I am addicted. Yes its an addiction. Most items I love bc the quality is good. Some items not so much. Pictures were or discriptuon was not clear. No problem with returning items, in fact I was able to choose how I am refunded. Either refund in several days and no returning item or Cash now and choose something else and not to worry about returning. I have always chosen the later. Zero issues. I get my package relatively quickly as well.
I've heard a lot of rumors, but nothing substantiated. They can't be any worse than any other app.

Be very careful when purchasing here. Every order I have made there is a delivery issue where they say the deliver but I did receive. I have called several times complaining and all Temu does is send me o call Straight ship courrier service. When I do nothing gets done.
Temu doesn't help by contacting the courrier service directly they say there is nothing further they can do and continue to send me back to shipping.
They are unable to provide proof of delivery as well.
Please help yourself by avoiding this site

I just received a broken item from Temu. I reported it to them and they credited my account and did NOT require that I send it back. I've also had one item a day late and was credited with $US dollars. Some of the thing they sell are obviously crap but they seem to stand behind what they sell.

This website may appear inexpensive but that is because the quality of what you will receive is garbage. Within 2 days of placing your order, you will receive an email with a tracking number claiming your item is shipping. That is a deceptive practice used by all the chinese online scam companies (of which there are thousands). By posting this useless tracking number, they have met the requirements of funding sources like paypal, etc. The item is then ordered from China and has to be shipped from the manufacturer through the slow as hell chinese shipping system, go through chinese customs, arrive in the U.S., go through U.S. customs, ship to their central dispatching location and finally, after about 2-3 weeks, if you are lucky, you will receive the cheap garbage that you will then want to return. They offer 90 day free returns. I returned the items to the address provided to me by paypal and they refused the package claiming they are unable to forward it back to China. I am currently fighting with paypal for over a month trying to get my money back. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHES, SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Don't be fooled by the low prices on TEMU's items. Everything originates in China and takes weeks to arrive. When it arrives, what you get is garbage. Cheap clothing, sized wrong, crushed in a bag, and made for distorted people. I ordered 3 Men's XF sweaters - the sweaters were the chest size of a US medium and the sleeves were for a gorilla. Don't waste your money. Once you get the garbage, their refund requires you to return it to China at your expense, which is not worth what you paid for it. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
Many of my (mainly clothing) orders have been fine and on a few occasions I've received a refund due to quality of the material / not as described on the site.
Recently I've been refused refunds for 6 orders of items worth over £240. I sent the items back and received emails confirming the warehouse had received them. They then refused my refund, the reason being that the warehouse hadn't received the items, despite my showing proof of returns.
I appealed this and was again refused for the same reason. There's no email address or telephone contact number on the app so automated live chat is the only means of communication. It's like hitting a brick wall.
I tried to ask for the items back, intending to give them to friends or charities, but there's no option to do so and a non relevant answer is given.
I then went to PayPal and raised 6 disputes with them. So far they've reviewed 3 of these and declined them, stating that my reasons aren't within their cover.
I've gone back to them and asked to look at the cases again, given that TEMU have previously refunded items for the same reasons. One of the items was a coat which I didn't even open. I ordered it in error but there's no option to cancel an order.
So now I've paid over £240 and have absolutely nothing to show for it. I am angry, frustrated and frankly disgusted with the company.

I ordered some cheap and cheerful items from Temu and having read the reviews after I had ordered I did not expect them to turn up. I am pleased to say that they turned up at lightening speed and I am delighted with all my purchases. I bought a Christmas jumper that is absolutely the right size and certainly doesn't look as cheap as it was. Will certainly purchase from them again.

I ordered some things for my 11 year old daughter, one of those items being a roll of stickers, once my daughter got to the bottom of the roll after unraveling them to give some to her brothers and stick on every person and surface in our house, she realized very quickly after getting to the bottom that one of the stickers was covered in blood someone else's blood none of ours! I still have the sticker in a little bag and have pics of it!

$2.98 credit card wallet well worth it. Winter baseball hat is ok $4.98. Ordered pair of shoes size 12(49) came in size 13. Nice looking but will need thick socks $23.04. Another pair of shoes came in a size 10(44) ordered 12. $21.94. Junk to me. Belt 47.25 inches came in 46 inches. Doesn't fit. Pair of gloves fit my x-large hands nicely. Best buy besides the wallet. Spent $60 on pure Chinese Crap. Would not buy from them again.

I would give zero stars if I could. I bought an extra large dog bed and received only foam. I did not get the cover. I asked to have the missing pieces sent to me. I was told the only solution was for me to return what I had received and be issued a refund. So, I refunded the foam I was sent. They denied my refund saying items were missing. Funny, because that's why I was returning it. I asked what they received from me and that question was ignored. Then they said they have reviewed their shipping process and shipping video and are certain they sent the complete item. So, why would I send back a large piece of foam, which is an important part of the dog bed? I have asked for their proof and have yet to be shown any. I am out a lot of money. You can't speak to anyone directly that has any decision-making authority, only through email, which takes at least a day to receive a reply. The customer service reps on the chat can't really do anything except create a ticket and send it up to another team. I was even given a phone number and the person I spoke to also could only forward my concerns. It's ridiculous and unacceptable.

I've technically seen ppl receive items from this company but they constantly try to give u "free" items or "gifts" that u have to invite like over 20 ppl to get anything. It's a bunch of BS! I realize they're supposed to b "free" but I'm not doing all ur marketing for u to "maybe" get something. After doing all that, I still didn't do it in time, so I got nothing. How convenient. So they got all my referrals but I got nothing, funny. No wonder they have an average score on BBB but it should def b less. Sorry I can't base my review on actual items. They not only sent me garbage, but left me with a $25 dry cleaner bill from the dye on the PKG that came of on my pants and shirt.
