It's China stuff... Not meant to last a 100 years! I have ordered several items, from kitchen gadgets to clothing. Have I been disappointed... Yep you bet. It looked bigger in the photo, items arrived broken. But... For the most part, it is ok for China stuff. But the best part is, you don't have to pay double and triple for it at amazon... Trust me I worked for them. They keep china a float. Example I was looking for a wider headband went to amazon first. Saw what wanted 12.99 temu 2.39 same exact. And then there is the fact if your items do not arrive by the date they say. They give you a 5.00 credit. So just remember what and where your buying. Keep expectations in check.
I ordered a selection of goods totalling £21, leather phone cover, ear pods, kitchen goods, all arrived within ten days and all brilliant. Only the second time I've used Temu, first time shoes were unsuitable, sent back and money credited the next day. Very pleased with the service given and very good price for all that I've bought.

A lot of Temu stuff is cheap and nasty on receipt but trying to return stuff nearly impossible.had a 'chat' online which lasted nearly 30mins at which time i gave up trying and wanted a phone call...when it came that lasted nearly 20mins and got me precisely no-where so it looks like I am stuck with the junk.

Really tired of arguing with the chat reps about refunds. They know that I only ask to be refunded for things that either don't fit or look bad, but they are always creating tickets and making me wait! I always just tell them to credit my Temu account anyway. The one tonight wanted me to return $3 worth of rings back to CHINA. I told her no, I wasn't doing that. I've made my last purchase with my hard earned money from this website, THANKS TEMU for getting richer from me, your customer service sucks anymore! Ps- I've spent thousands of dollars on your products and have loved you all so much, not anymore as I am very sad to say. SAD.

I returned 3 bags full of items and did not get my money back, eventhough Temu confirmed the receiving of the packages! Utmost disgusting scamming-practice! Then they ask Trustpilot to remove my review! I am furious!

They had shipped my last package with a scam shipping company called Deliver-It and I complained to customer support that I hadn't received my package yet. They got on it and I received my package the next day. My current package (seen in the screenshot provided) is a day early and thankfully they shipped it with a different shipping company and even wrote a note on my account to never ship with that scam shipping company. Good job Temu!

The order was initially shipped with a specific company which they changed, to the local post office, at the very LAST step of the delivery process. I didn't have the ability to add delivery instructions to the new carrier and my order was lost or never delivered (no picture as proof of delivery either). When contacted customer service the only thing they had to say is that they are sorry!
No refund, no re-shipping of the items, no accountability. I just lost my money.

When you get your items, you may get some ok things (temu does sell a lot of cheap garbage). But since they started using YTO as their couriers, good luck actually getting items. YTO are the worst ever. They used to use Oz Post or Fast Horse (which would pass parcels to Oz Post if you arent home)
Their current couriers are YTO...if you aren't home, you probably will NEVER receive your items.
I'm in a gated complex and there's always neighbours home & have told couriers to ring buzzers of neighbours but they never do.
Or, you are in the shower/loo and they won't wait for you to answer the door as they are very impatient.
They leave no card for you to contact them to rearrange delivery. So, unless you are waiting by the door 24/7 when they MAY deliver, you'll never get your item.
Tracking is useless as all it does is tell you on the Temu page "received for processing" one day then the next message is "recipient not able to be contacted". No way to get parcel delivery rearranged.
So, there go my 3 parcels they tried to deliver today as I know I'll never receive them. That's some of my Christmas presents to never be seen again

Great in theory but half of the items I got refunded on were no longer available and the other half were way more expensive than what I originally paid. So that wasn't happening.
Then Temu tells you contact YTO, but they never respond to emails and the phone number provided doesn't even ring.
Yet Temu always uses them and they refuse to use a different company even though thousands complain to Temu about how terrible YTO is.

Several times I have ordered and atleast 4 times received damaged or missing goods. I am an honest, understanding person and am willing to return the damaged items for them to better examine, but they expect me to print return label & set up ups pickup. Not my job. They get paid to do this. They say: What you have gone through is equally as unacceptable to us as it is to you. And I truly regret to inform you that we are unable to process a refund request at this time for this order. I understand this is not the message you wanted to hear and it must be disappointing given that you didn't get to use it. We take customer satisfaction very seriously here at Temu and we hope for a better next order. I don't own a printer like who does? I live in a small rural community too. They say: Typically, you can print the return label at UPS or USPS for free. If you are charged extra for printing labels at the office, you can contact us to resolve the issue for you after you mail the package back. Basically repeating which that's how you know it is NOT a live person ever!

Haven't received goods yet; am dubious about what (IF) I receive based on other reviews. I do have a problem with being told there is a tracking number, part of which they provide. However, when trying to track, the message is the carrier hasn't received the package yet, 6 days after order placed. Also noted the shipping point is only 75 miles away from me. Don't understand why so much time passes between order placement and shipment. Am guessing the distribution center might wait until they have a truckload to go to the carrier to save $. They also use an unreliable carrier in my area. All of this might explain why they give you a 2 week window to receive order. One of the TEMU responses to a customer indicated you can get a refund if the time span exceeds 15 days. Regret ordering anything from them; at least I didn't directly give them my card info but used Klarna (4 equal payments) instead that I've used before without incident. In the unlikely event I am thrilled with what I ordered, don't plan on ordering from them in the future.
Edited 12-6-2023. Turns out delivering carrier distribution point is 75 miles away but actual shipping point clearly is China as correspondence with them talks about waiting for a flight and then an update indicates arrival at an airport. To me, where they fall short is giving you a tracking number for the delivering carrier before they have the goods.
Have since received orders. Ordered 3 human apparel items, all size lg. Feel like Goldilocks...one too big, one too small, one just right. Material has that (what I call) China smell of cheap fabrics soaked in chemicals. Returned stuff not fitting; immediately washed the one that did. Dog sweaters appeared to be ok. Still don't plan on buying from them again just based on quality of goods, not a surprise actually.

When i bought a whistle, it broke immediately and i injured my hand. I was just lucky that my child didn't get hurt, but that can happen in this shops Product. Really DONT BUY AT HERE.

Terrible customer service. They use delivery services that have no clue how to do their job. In my case piggy ship and think it is based in China, and have no idea how to talk to people.

I placed five separate orders - 3 they canceled for no reason and never advised me. One is arriving late and I do not know about the other order yet. I contacted 'customer service ' and they were unhelpful and unprofessional. After an hour long phone call nothing was resolved.

I ordered a set of curtains to finish off curtains in living room and other things. I rcd some totally different stuff. I told them and they said they checked with warehouse and they sent the right order. I never got my order or a refund.

Fast shipment cheap prices they claim they allow you one free return credit, the only problem is when you use that credit it appears to me in the total that you are repaying for the credit items it's been revised to pay for the new items.

Answer: When there ready. Maybe never. They are sending me robot answers with the same response. I have to take a account with temu to act as my refund. Y would I do that? They not only sent me garbage, but left me with a $25 dry cleaner bill from the dye on the PKG that came of on my pants and shirt.
