I ordered small gift boxes for Christmas since 11/28... delivery would be between 04 and 12/14. They didn't deliver and offered me €5 for the delay. I'm not interested in buying anything from this site ever again. Since then I've been trying to return the purchase or cancel, but the site and the App don't work. This side is a disgrace and they do everything the worst marketing asks for. This has been a Xmas disaster as these were needed days ago for a bespoke gifts.
This site is just another attempt to get your information and bank account brakes forever to get anything and what you get is pure 3rd hand garbage. Try to get free items through the whole refer a friend deal is a joke it starts out fast but closer you get the more friends you have to refer the whole process and products are waste of time and money this site should be taken down. I can get better stuff from a 25 cent gimbal machine I wouldn't waste 25 cents on the crap they sell here

I am done with Temu. 3 out of 3 orders: Problems using my credit card (they actually asked for a copy of my statement to "verify"), problems with items that don't work, problems with shipping, problems with receiving items. Chat representatives can't do anything to help and just cover scripted talking points. I am done with this sham or shell company. Wondering if there is a different reason things are so cheap. Maybe instead of suing their competitors Temu should focus on their own order fulfillment failures.

I requested a refund due to the oversized clothes I received from my purchase. I diligently returned all items in a single package via UPS. However, a week later, I received a message from Temu stating they hadn't received a portion of the items intended for a refund. I found it perplexing that only part of the return could be lost. Currently, the customer service team seems to be implying that I never returned those specific items, which I find both ridiculous and unacceptable. They charged me again for those stuff I already returned. Such practices are not aligned with proper business conduct in the United States. It's disheartening to experience this, and I am disappointed in their handling of the situation.

I previously had good experiences with Temu despite other reviews. Items always arrived on time and returns were easy...however...do not trust them whatsoever with any rush shipping services or when you need something by a certain time. I paid an extra $13 for EXPEDITED shipping at Christmas time as I needed a few items by the specific date that was promised by paying for the extra shipping. After a week of the item not moving at all, all they do is continue to say, "wait, wait, wait". Every single time I contact them, I get another wait message and we're checking on it and will get back to you. I've heard the same thing for nearly a week now and so despite paying extra for an item to be sent RUSH by Fedex, they don't care and didn't send it after all. My items were either never shipped at all since Fedex states they never received the package or else it was lost, but they are just refusing to do anything about it for an extended period of time.
Very unhappy with the customer service, or lack thereof provided by Temu and I will be filing a chargeback with my credit card company, since they only thing that they offer is a credit for another purchase on their site which doesn't help if I refuse to do business with them any longer.
I was willing to give Temu a shot considering their attempts at trying to sell and provide good service to the US, but they ruined that and just don't care about customers, their money or their needs. Shameful!

Very poor quality goods and when you send them back they deduct everything, so called discounts, coupons etc, so you basically send them back all the items you had paid for and cost you this way whatever it was worth! So they either way make money on you! And delivery late and when you no longer needed it they still refund just a fraction of the amount! Never order from them again and wont recommend it

Regarding my last order from 3 weeks ago...Temu and it's carrier lost my package and is trying to offer me a mere $5 account credit instead of a full refund for my order. This goes again their customer satisfaction guarantee. Additionally, the customer service representatives then tried offering me coupons ranging from $30 to $45 off my next order over $100 or $150. These do not solve the issue. This company takes no responsibility and credibility to their customers. Whatever you do, DO NOT purchase from temu. They WILL screw you over.

I had heard good things but my first experience with Temu will be my last. My parcel did not arrive after weeks of waiting and I have been told a refund will be issued and 'if my parcel eventually arrives' I can keep it. These items were ordered in November for Christmas and now I do not have time to re-order from another, more reputable company. Customer service was also terrible. No actual assistance just cut and paste responses which didn't actually help.

I had 16 items in my cart- I never processed this order. They billed my PayPal. The $ did not show up until I recieved the order. They. Tried to do it on some stuff in my cart- but I cancelled this first. Trashing the app!

I ordered over 300 dollars of products they had on-trac deliver. It all was delivered to wrong address but the delivery company marked delivered and now they won't reship or refund me. I have photo of my packages at wrong door but they won't fix the problem. Multiple order numbers.

I was given a £200 voucher via spin a wheel. Asked me to use in the app. I signed up gave me a day to spend but spin a wheel was false advertisement. All discounted items were considered as vouchers while everybody could see the discounted amounts. I contacted their Customer Services but they Just applogised. I will definitely will send an email to the ASA reporting false advertisement to create website traffic.

Yes, I finally succumbed to the Temu spin to win ads! Whether this was a good deal or not is hard to say. The quality of the items was not the best and who knows how these items will last. I purchased a white chunky knit sweater that feels VERY THIN. Striped knit cardigan that looks nice, but the material just feels cheap. Cheap plastic microwave food cover that looks like it's worth maybe a dollar. Heart "cardigan" made of polyester. Laundry room rug that's very thin. Food storage containers that don't appear very sturdy. Vegetable slicer, haven't unboxed it yet. Photos are deceiving I would say. This is dollar store stuff. Actually dollar store stuff is better quality. Ordered 9 items spent around $100. Probably won't reorder from Temu in the future. Cheap, throw away clothing and household goods. Still, they got the order right and delivered in a reasonable timeframe. So they get credit for that!

So you spin and are supposed to get the dollar amount you win, WRONG! There is never a credit. In fact the prices later charged are often double! I ordered 53.00 on website after 100.00 off spin,, charged 252.00on my credit card. No way to dispute being charged over 5x's what ai ordered. Items described ordered were junk!

Customer service was a joke at best. They say that if a package was not delivered to contact the shipping service. Not a good idea unless you want to be told to contact temu. Products were never received and no reship or refund was offered. Basically said I'm out of luck. I'm taking my business elsewhere from now on.

I've been struggling with your service for several weeks now.
Following my order 3 parcels were sent and only 2 were received and signed for.
I have contacted the delivery service and they tell me that the parcel has been delivered, but I have not received or signed for anything and they are unable to give me a name or signature.
Then I contacted your support team, who are absolutely unwilling to help me.
I've opened several files and always get the same response from Jessica, who doesn't even read my messages and sends me a written message and closes the box each time.
After that, I opened a PayPal file to push your service to act, but that didn't work at all.
PayPal are asking me to lodge a complaint against you, which I find very excessive, so I've closed the file.
Now, after cancelling my PayPal dispute, I contact the service again and they give me the same messages again.
No actions was taken and I'm still try to be heard by the chat support.
I've lost my money and Temu support won't help me.

Less than 3 weeks after my 1st Temu order my credit card was used for multiple fraudulent transactions.

It's China stuff... Not meant to last a 100 years! I have ordered several items, from kitchen gadgets to clothing. Have I been disappointed... Yep you bet. It looked bigger in the photo, items arrived broken. But... For the most part, it is ok for China stuff. But the best part is, you don't have to pay double and triple for it at amazon... Trust me I worked for them. They keep china a float. Example I was looking for a wider headband went to amazon first. Saw what wanted 12.99 temu 2.39 same exact. And then there is the fact if your items do not arrive by the date they say. They give you a 5.00 credit. So just remember what and where your buying. Keep expectations in check.

Answer: When there ready. Maybe never. They are sending me robot answers with the same response. I have to take a account with temu to act as my refund. Y would I do that? They not only sent me garbage, but left me with a $25 dry cleaner bill from the dye on the PKG that came of on my pants and shirt.
