You get what you pay for! The quality of most items - very poor. So if you're willing to accept that you are NOT going to be receiving anything that's worthy of a bargain steal then go for it. It's a sad state of affairs at TEMU. Between their constant promotional messages/emails, lack of customer service, sub par items and difficult returns, I'm taking my money elsewhere!

I have been purchasing from Temu since May 2023 and twice I wanted to return something but was told to keep it and I still got my credit back. I had 1 order that was 1 day past the delivery date and as promised I got a 5.00 credit. The products are good and I have found alot of the same things on Walmart site but double the price.

A month and a half ago, I ordered from temu. I never recieved anything from them. I have ring app on my phone to see who came that day for delivery. I saw the temu delivery guy inside the car taking pictures that they have delivered but they did not. They did not walking into my doorstep and leave the delivery. Instead I saw the amazon delivery guy leaving stuff at my doorstep and taking a picture the right way. I emailed them with evidence and they won't give me a refund. Instead I've been waiting for my "case" to be reviewed. Like how long do I have to wait?

The products are cheap but lack quality, it smacks of cheap plastic goods from China. The shipping took awhile, maybe 10 days but it was free.
It might suit some people, I will not be shopping there again.

As a wholesaler, I found the same product on the wholesale websites that are on Temu websites. I also found it discouraging that they tell you continuously to buy from this website to earn points for the games and it takes weeks and weeks and you have to continue to buy and buy in order to receive free items, I will no longer play the games because they make no sense. You're still gonna get the same discounts if you purchase or you're wasting your time each day, playing a game and inviting people that really don't want to be invited. I think they use us just for advertisement. I have enjoyed the majority of my orders thus far.

Shipping is horrendous and customer service is even worse. If you expect assistant just know you will get generated message which are exactly the same each time you call. The other excuse they give you is that oh ontrac must be overwhelmed smh ITS THEIR JOB

My name is Dora Klinova. I ordered a lot of things from Temu. But many times you sent me different items, not what I ordered. It took a lot of my time to return them and I do not like this. I ordered a rug, size 7X10 feet. You sent me twice bigger rug that I even couldn't handle myself to put it back into the box, and i payed money to somebody to do it. I odered it for $102, now you ask for the same rug $169. Plus you send me speening coupons for $100, and for $200 that i even not able to use them. Can you help me with this?

Well ordered $100.00 worth of Christmas gifts. Items were shipped in two seperate packages. Both arrived at customs in USA one ( package1) arrive day later from package2. P1 was cleared first and shipped usps and received it in a timely manner. P2 cleared a day later and sat in the airport for 5+days without movement. Neither the carrier (ontrac) or temu will pick up the package and playing games putting the responsibility on the other. So the most valuable package is sitting and missing. Neither temu or ontrac know anything about the missing package only to say it was cleared on the 17th of Dec.i have fought with customer service about this and were no help. They give you the same emails and msgs over and over like they copy and paste the words. I still never got the package and never moved from customs or the airport. Temu is selling counterfeit and fake products from china. Be very aware of this. Company is making millions selling fake and counterfeit items. Never did get the location of the package nobody picked it up and they both put blame on the other and truly forget the customer. The items i did recieve were crap and ended up throwing 3 of the 7 items out because they were that bad. The other 4 are pretty much rags. They smell horrible and quality is awful. They should not be allowed to bring in fake counterfeit items or products to our country. Finally filed a complaint with FTC. Whether anything happens, its on record for fake and counterfeit products and poor business practice. You have to get really angry at these people to get anything figured out especially if they lost your order. Anyone who orders from temu need to hold them accountable for their faults. Stand up and dont take crap from them. Even better dont buy from them. I wont have christmas this yr because they failed to get my order to me. Just stay away and keep moving on. Dont buy and give them anymore reason to flood the great USA with fake china product. There is a reason temu is cheap. Its all Chinese counterfeit and fake. Please take my review seriously. I warn you!

Within 2 days after having to give my phone number with my order, I got a scam call that knew my full name and phone. The scammer had a strong Asian accent. The scam said that if I didn't call the 866 number that "legal" action would be taken against me. I did fall for this scam, but that name and phone number I used for that Temu account is what the scammers used. Temu either sells the info or their servers are hacked.

Do yourself a favour go elsewhere if the prices seem too good to be true, that's because they are ie cheap equals tat. Sent me the wrong size slippers asked me to return them at my cost for a refund. The mistake I'm supposed to pay for that? Anything about China don't trust it

Do not buy here full of con artists, very cheap products. I ordered several products, and nothing worked properly. This site cannot be Trusted, I ordered wireless chargers for gifts and none of them worked I had to use a cable and the seller discontinued. Do not go by Reviews on TEMU those are paid reviews.

I had just downloaded the app and started playing there games, I was doing pretty good, then the game glitched, I didn't get my 6 free prizes, I was frustrated so I contacted support, they treated me horribly, the whole time, and was smug and aggressively arrogant, $#*! temu, they don't deserve anyone's business, don't waist your money

I just want to put a big thank you out there to Temu for ruining Christmas for my kids ordered $600 worth of stuff. Only three-quarter of stuff came in and three-quarter of it was damaged. Temu said that they were not going to refund me or replace it so now my kids are going to get toys and half of their presents for Christmas, and when I told Temu, they basically told me that it wasn't their problem

Temu's discount offers are misleading. They bombard you with daily gifts, but it's worthless as their x% off doesn't mean you get actual % off the total amount of your order, but you get a pathetic amount of 0.01 cents credit. Their promotion of free gifts is just a spam exercise to get you to do their dirty work of recruiting new users. Their recent hat trick promotion is rigged. You spent time choosing the items you wanted before they revealed that you have to earn "energy points" by referring your friends to join and download before you can receive the free items. However, you are always 1 to 2 points out of reach from being qualified to get the items you selected. Their customer support will insist it's a legitimate promotion. Despite apologizing for the poor experience & repeating company slogans about the importance of customer experience to Temu. They don't do anything to rectify the issue, so don't bother. The website will continue advertising how many people have won their free items.
I would have been inclined to recommend them to my friends had they kept it truthful and straightforward. X% means X% off your order. The number of items I spun for free should be the number of items I am entitled to. To find out you have to earn energy points to 'win' the 'free' items after you have spent time selecting them is infuriating (At most, I would need to recommend Temu to the same number of friends, but whether they join or download their app is up to them) However, Temu chose to make people jump through hoops and require them to spam their friends for a few free items. They had a chance to make this a successful promotion by creating a buzz and a good word of mouth. Instead, I have warned my friends and family to avoid this deceitful app.

I placed an order worth several hundred dollars, the order is stuck in Hong Kong PAST the latest delivery date and Temu refuses to refund my money. They have washed their hands of it, with their "Customer Service" saying I have to contact DHL (who also doesn't care). Now, no merchandise less than a week before Christmas and no refund to buy replacement items. Scammers are the worst, but doing this during the Holidays is just criminal.

We are always surprised by the disappearance of packages. Then we receive a message from Temu Company stating that your order has been canceled after more than three weeks of waiting. What a bad service. Even the shipping company FGS, which deals with Timo Company, is very bad and loses a lot of packages in addition to being late in delivering the packages to customers. The justification is always there that Jordanian customs prevents the entry of certain types of goods into Jordan. But the reason is that the company does not want to do customs clearance on the goods. I will advise everyone not to buy from this bad application.

Answer: There are free returns. Only one package return per order...so if you order 5 things you can return as many as you want but have to be sent in one package. If you buy say 7 items and return one and then a week or so later want to return other items from that same order you would have to pay for shipping on the second shipment...which makes sense since the company should not have to pay shipping on more packages than they sent.
