I had my first order and it all went well, the item description was accurate and the material expected, for shipping they used UNIUNI and it arrived in about 5 days after shipping. However, on the second order they used STRAIGHTSHIP and it appeared they "mislabeled the package as delivered", so it was stuck at the straightship warehouse. Upon contacting TEMU they assured me that the package will be delivered. On the last day of Temu appointed delivery, the package was magically "DELIVERED". However my phone never rang, and no picture of the delivery was available. Spoke to Temu and the item was reshipped on the 30th of December with STRAIGHTSHIP, package was not even delivered to the apartment but thrown in the lobby. Will not be using Temu again unless they change courier to another company that is not Straightship.

So I type in a specific thing and it doesn't show the right options, I type in 20lbs weighted blanket and I'm getting 3 or 5 lbs ones. I then type in for adults well I didn't know that adults can weight 30-50 lbs cause weighted blankets are divided by 10. Do you just not know what adults means or something? 15lbs and above is the average for adult weighted blankets. But work on your god damn app search

Temu began with enticing initial offers for the first 2-3 orders, providing a favorable start. However, once you transition from being a new customer, the offers cease. Despite the attractive low prices, the quality is disappointingly poor, and the delivery time is unacceptably long. Furthermore, there is a notable absence of a customer service contact number or email for addressing issues.
I made several attempts to reach out to customer service regarding my lost package, but regrettably, no satisfactory solution or assistance was provided. Consequently, I ended up losing approx £50 without any resolution. I strongly advise against falling into this trap.
Continuing from my previous message, I made persistent attempts to contact customer care, investing nearly an hour each time to articulate and clarify the recurring issue. Although they advised me to seek confirmation from Evri, which I promptly obtained, the resolution with Temu remains elusive. Regrettably, my diligent efforts have not yielded a satisfactory solution. Notably, one representative successfully initiated a ticket, but to my dismay, it was closed without any accompanying explanation. This has left me thoroughly disheartened. For your records, this delivery included multiple orders (which can be find with delivery date 23 Dec) so including primary order number is: [PO**************278].

AMAZING SITE!

Have ordered several times, and apart from 2 articles, everything was 5 +++. These 2 articles were a beret, which was too small [more for a child], and a dress, which was thinner material than expected,albeit good quality, just not for winter. When I asked about returning, I was informed I can KEEP THE ITEMS, and STILL GOT A FULL REFUND INTO MY CUSTOMER ACCOUNT! LOVE TEMU!
And NO, I am NOT an "influencer" [whatever that is; if you need someone to tell you what to think/ buy/ do, you are beyond help...]

They want you to over load people with invites.They say you win free items.You can spam people and make them mad for days on end.But you still are going to come up just short of being able to get free items.

Temu do not cater for disabled customers it's a complete scam they only want your bank details stay away especially if your disabled they will make you feel like it's your folt because your disabled and if you suffer with your anxiety depression stay away your you'll end up feeling even more worse after speaking to temu's customer service remind them equality act 2010 you have rights report them at the earliest opportunity and forward the information to your local mp or apply for a n1 form for discrimination and log it and upload it online to warn other disabled customers customers temu do not have a landline there *******@uk is fake it don't exist stay away it's so degrading because disabled people do not have rights in china and there bringing there laws with them it's a complete joke stay away

I like shopping with Temu and have had great experiences, and they have even helped me when I have had issues. Only issue is they use Straightship for some of their shipments and I have no choice, this company has a bad rap and rude customer service. Already lost a with them and they said it delivered, non of my neighbor have seen it, fearing I may never get my money back which will be a big hit for me and Christmas. If the next shipment I have coming in with the same company goes missing I may have to close my Temu account as I can not loose money like this.

I've been shopping on temu constantly because the discounts are crazy! Not only are products that are usually found in stores for 10$ only about 99¢ on this website, but they're also sold in such manageable, reasonable portions instead of the huge bulk portions that other stores try to push on us. For example I like making handmade bracelets and if i find beads I like, I want to buy only that bead, not a huge mix and match kit of other random beads just to get that one kind. On temu you can buy any kind of one thing without all the weird annoying sales tactics and its amazing!
They also have this crazy feature that I've never seen anywhere else called "price adjustment." Every single day after you've bought something you can check back with the price adjustment button to see if the seller has changed the price of that listing that you already bought and if they lowered the price at all, you get money back! I've gotten like 10$ in price adjustment change just because sellers have had occasional discounts on things I've already bought and I'm always clicking that button lol.

I found Temu on the website, I did research, ratings and reviews. Even though some were negative I decided to give them a shot because I liked a lot of their styles in clothing. I have literally ordered forty to fifty pieces from them. Shoes, dresses, hair pieces, sweaters and more. I will honestly say that I have been impressed and satisfied with my orders. The great thing about this site is that there is free shipping, free returns, tracking numbers and consistent with dates. And if your package is later that the date issued they add $5.00 to your account. They also give you a lot of bonuses, discounts and coupons. Sometimes you even get free merchandise from your cart from the gift boxes they offer. I think that the site is awesome, exciting and a fun place to shop. I have seen the same identical pieces on other sites for much more money. I know that for a fact because I have ordered them and compared them to one another. Their Mary Jane shoes are great shoes to travel in. I'm blessed to have come across this site it has everything one would need to travel including suitcases and duffle bags which I also purchased! I got scammed by temu on receiving 5 gifts f I invite more people. I sent the invitations however each time new friend was accepting the invitation the price cut was less and less. At the end I was short by 6 cents and it didn't work out. I feel bad for my friends who I pushed to download the app. They even purchased stuff from Temu.

I have mixed feelings about this app in general. Products are hit or miss, prices are pretty good and so is shipping times, but the order minimums are annoying. It's maybe 50% worth your time/money depending on what you're buying.

But the new update is absolutely horrible and is ultimately going to drive me away from the app. The new layout is just confusing and annoying. You can't add items from your cart to your wishlist anymore. I used to browse all the time and that would result in sales, but now Temu is gonna be losing a lot of money from me. It's not enjoyable to be on the app anymore and the only time I'd buy something is if I specifically wanted it, no longer from browsing. Not super upset about it, I guess it's good in the long run to stop buying from here so much. Just a really weird anti-business decision that will loose them money.

I like TEMU. I do have some good things from them I have ordered. I've gotten a decent pair of house slippers, yard scissors, a wind chime, salt and pepper shakers. But I'd be careful with stuff that turns on and off. Two items I've purchased-a wind chime that is solar, but you have to turn it on for the light to come on at night and a pen for diamond painting. Those two things did not work. And I haven't been very impressed with all the coupons they send you and say you get this free or $20 credit. I have never seen any of that stuff, but they do have free shipping and that's good. I will still order from them, but I will just be a little choosy on the items I buy, if they turn on and off.
