When I found out about your program I was on a social media site. The ad that yall run is wonderful. However it's deseviing, it had me thinking that I could really make some money on your site. I had no idea that if I did win I had to buy gift cards. I always thought you were able to transfer money from my INBOX DOLLAR ACCOUNT to my own account. Well when my money was deposited into my account I was so happy. When I went to withdrawl my chime money that I was waiting for I had no idea that I was to purchase one of your gift cards so that I could have my money. I wasn't to happy about it because I really needed cash not a card. Y'all need to put instructions on your site how to withdrawal your funds or have live representatives available to help people out. Also yall need to change your site and let people know that when ya win your funds are put on gift cards not REAL CASH! I have to admit I was upset because I'm going through hard time and I was really looking forward to my funds that I won so I could pay some bills. I was PISSED that I had to buy gift cards. PLEASE CHANGE YOUR WEBSITE! Stop making people like myself think that we could actually win REAL MONEY……
Temu products are not worth the price. Bought some thermal curtains they had plastic on the back instead of foam. Said I was saving $270. I don't think so. Bought some under door drafts they were cheaply made. I'm done.

I shopped on this website a lot, I bought things for my family, and I used to really trust Temu, because not any bad things happned, and I have a very good history on the site. I asked for a simple explaination on a refound matter when I have delievered the refunded item back, and I have ask them wy, but they just told me the same thing and now it is been a week, im been played around for no reason, but they denied it, and charged the refunded amount back, I do not understand why the customer service in a matured website like this will make that happen. I am rully disapointed and feel quiet stupid of me of trusting this website.

Temu failed to send me the items I purchased, resulting in a loss of approximately $200. They chose an unreliable carrier, and I never received the items. When I asked for a refund, Temu claimed the carrier had delivered the items. I provided evidence that the photo taken by the carrier did not depict my house, but Temu denied responsibility and refused to refund or resend the items. This situation is absurd; Temu doesn't hold the unreliable courier accountable but penalizes the customers. I am skeptical that Temu may be involved in fraudulent activities with the local delivery company.

The way the games are designed on Temu are set up in a way in which you can never win. TRUST ME. NEVER. You'll get so close, but they cut the awarded points down every time you earn. Waste of time.

In the last 2 mounths I have spent a significant amount of money only to get missing pieces in packages or not receive them at all I have been issued refunds but ordered these things because I wanted them not to receive refunds of some sort on more than half of my orders
Every time I try to speak to someone I get a computer waiting on a package is not the issue I will wait 2 weeks if needed I just want my stuff this is incredibly frustrating and as of now have stopped ordering

Scammers. Don't order from them. They sent broken items. When you returned the broken items, they didn't find it. You have to show proof that you sent the product. Sometimes they didn't send some items. When you asked refund for those missing items, they didn't refund you. Their Customer service is wrost. If there is options for negative ratings, I will definitely give it.

This review is about poor customers service. Beware of the games Temu entice you into playing spin the wheel to get $150.00 store credit. So you spin and you get coins but you have to invite friends and family to accept the invite, it tells you one more time then one more time and one more time, this is time sensitive l worked real hard getting family and friends taking time for their work day to play this game me. I finally got down to $.50 from earning my reward of $150.00.My last referral Temu ask her for her credit card number, she got suspicious since she was just signing up not making any purchases. Why did they need her credit card? So she stopped. And l got nothing for all my hard work. I feel cheated and this is fraudulent. Customer service was powerless to do anything about it, l felt that they would at least give me the $.50 credit due to their negligence of asking her for her credit card. They offered a mediocre solution to the problem they offered me a $10 credit. Wow! So temu finds any way to cheat you out of your winnings? I left dissatisfied and disappointed. I recommend don't play the games

I ordered over 250 dollars worth of items. When I received the package it seem to be full of pet supplies (dog bed, collar and look like clothes for a cat or dog) I reached out to customer service and was told they could not assist me because the packing did not clearly show the shipping details. I then called On, January 2,2024 Levi advised I would receive a refund in 24hrs, Ticket number **************. After not hearing back from anyone or recording a refund, I called again and with Supervisor Mary who said she had sent a detailed message to the escalation team who would respond in 24 hours. She assured me there was no concern and that they would give a refund or credit ( which I agreed to). It has now been a week and I haven't heard from escalation nor have I received a refund or a credit. After spending two days and over 2hrs on the phone with Temu representatives I realize that this company is merely a scam and have robbed many hard working people such as myself. PLEASE DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. I WISH SOMEONE WOULD HAVE WARNED ME.

Temu owes me refunds from merchandise that was sent back to them. Their customer service department is Horrible. Be aware when returning items as they will try and say they've issued you a refund when they haven't. I use to order from them at least once a week but I stop. Also a lot of the merchandise is cheaply made especially the jewelry tarnishing after 2 or 3 wears. They kept my refunds of $32.71,$17.95 $ $7.88. I've had to file disputes with my bank

I place an order on Dec 2023 few day latter I notice a withdrawal from my account twice by Temu after hrs on line they send me to chat I spend hrs try to make them understand that they took the money twice they duplicate the order and took it twice I place two identical orders now they said they deliver and no wer to be found! Spend hrs and hrs and hrs finally o call my bank and reported fraud they duplicate the order and took the money twice now I struggle with tru to find wer is the order and try to send it back even do is not my fault but a glinch on the system if I find the order having dificulta try to get a label to return they said once they get the return that I never got them they will refund me the second order! So unfair! I will never ever ever shop with this company ever, I ask to speak to a supervisor they refuse it.

I order a few items and did not like the quality so I returned them and only got a partial refund on my first order and on the first order you are suppose to get a full refund this did not happen. This company is too greedy for me never again will I buy from TEMU.

I had my first order and it all went well, the item description was accurate and the material expected, for shipping they used UNIUNI and it arrived in about 5 days after shipping. However, on the second order they used STRAIGHTSHIP and it appeared they "mislabeled the package as delivered", so it was stuck at the straightship warehouse. Upon contacting TEMU they assured me that the package will be delivered. On the last day of Temu appointed delivery, the package was magically "DELIVERED". However my phone never rang, and no picture of the delivery was available. Spoke to Temu and the item was reshipped on the 30th of December with STRAIGHTSHIP, package was not even delivered to the apartment but thrown in the lobby. Will not be using Temu again unless they change courier to another company that is not Straightship.

Answer: When there ready. Maybe never. They are sending me robot answers with the same response. I have to take a account with temu to act as my refund. Y would I do that? They not only sent me garbage, but left me with a $25 dry cleaner bill from the dye on the PKG that came of on my pants and shirt.
