Temu is not accredited by the Better Business Bureau (BBB). The products come in damaged or certain things are stated that they're real yeah real fake! The material of the clothing is disgusting. Not to mention so is the customer service! They send you broken things and expect you to pay two package them and send them back!
I ordered a pack of various items 2 times. I received my both packs within 8days. All items were just as described and shown in photos. Temu sends you day-to-day shipping status which I found useful because I could guess when exactly I was supposed to receive my order. And I guessed right! In general, I keep ordering to Temu. It's my best online shop.
By the way, I'm living in the Netherlands, and it takes 8days to get your pack from China (if not express)

Discovering this site was for me - perhaps belated - but definitely a piece of good luck. It is similar to AliExpress, as regards prices, but has the following advantages, which I can think of offhand: it offers free shipping (for the time being), carries an extremely wide selection of true-to-size, plus size clothing (not easy to find everywhere); shipping and delivery is incredibly fast; returns and refunds are no problem whatsoever. As prices at online stores seem to be rising by the hour, it is good to have an alternative for bargain buys.

This Rep (Karl W. – Temu Rep) seems always using same msg to respond all kinds of issues without actually solving the issues. The money stolen in August 2023 by Temu never be returned after 5 months. Temu is not a trustable company.

Not allow the customer to use his credits by seizing his credits, which means stealing money from customer.
Temu denied a legitimate request for a refund for items that were lost in shipment because of poor packaging. 47 Items (Some quite heavy) were stuffed in a flimsy plastic bag. The Thin plastic bag broken open and was re-taped by UPS only AFTER many of the items had fallen out and arrived missing. I will never buy from Temu or recommend Temu again. Alex Torok
PS. I contacted Temu a SECOND TIME and sent pictures. They said "After verifying with our warehouse, we've confirmed that your items were indeed packaged and shipped to you. Your package was also shipped in good condition". Of course everything was fine before it was shipped, items were lost in shipment because of poor packaging. This is a disgrace there own DELIVERY POLICY STATES "Delivery guarantee

I have had close to two dozen orders received (over 100 items) from Temu here in Alberta Canada by way of Canada Post. I have personally been impressed and very satisfied with the results. Although most packages have been received in plastic envelopes, I have not received any items with any damages at all. All the orders have arrived as I have ordered them. One order came late arriving after their delivery date range and I received a $5 credit which I applied on my next order. I don't know why they are getting such a low rating, as I have been completely satisfied.

Temu is designed to scam you with hopes of getting good deals or free items but in reality you get $#*! products and waist time trying to get a promotion you never get. Don't repeat my mistakes and don't waste your time or bother using Temu just a $#*! version of Amazon that's all.

Temu doesn't value loyal customers and I'm living proof. You become less valuable the more you buy. The quality of the Temu products is really about 60/40.60% of their products are very cheap, generic and barely worth the pennies they cost. On the other hand, 40% of their products are all right. However, once you become a loyal customer, they literally become blatantly disrespectful. Like in the beginning they'll give you a $20 off a $60 order or a $50 off a $200 order. 30 orders down the line you think you'd be like on VIP status like most good quality companies put you as however, that is absolutely not the case. Instead they start giving you a five dollars off of a $100 order or a dollar off a $39 order like it's not even worth it because they are charging you full price for items that are definitely not worth the money. After 20 something orders you don't even get their little get two gifts, free or get gifts free after you purchase six packages and things of that sort. Instead, they try to reel you in to inviting other people to win free prizes, or to play games to win free prizes, and as a very loyal customer that is spent literally hundreds of dollars do not attempt to win anything you will never succeed and all of their "this many people won free gifts", is all garbage, deceit, and lies. Trust me no matter how many people you invite to downloading the new app no matter how many purchases you make they are not going to allow you to win in the rare case that you do you would literally have to spend thousands of dollars for $20 worth of free items definitely not worth it especially when they are charging you full price for items that again like I said are absolutely 100% not worth a quarter of the price you're spending. I will include pictures of one of their bull crap games.

I am so glad that I did NOT listen to the majority of these reviews. I just received my order, and cannot believe how quickly my order arrived. The items are GREAT! Everything from fashion jewelry to clothing, and really nice hair clips/ barrettes. I will try out their sterling silver, etc. I ordered some bracelets from Walmart.com, and then saw them for much less on Temu, but then again, I did not pay that much through Walmart.com. I just cannot believe the items that I found. It is like going back in time, to the 1960's, or something. Temu has got me as their customer. Very satisfied!

I have had FABULOUS results with buying on Temu. But...I only purchase items where others have posted good reviews and shows photos of the item ALWAYS use their size chart as sizing is different for each item. I normally wear medium but many of my Temu purchases were in size small and a few in size large. I always use the measurements on the size chart and they are always correct. I have returned a few items that I didn't care for the look on me, the fabric or the color. Each time returns are easy (just like Amazon). Take it to the Post Office or UPS store and they swipe your return code then a week later I have my refund. So I must say my experience is very positive. Just take your time to read the reviews for items before purchasing!

I have ordered from Temu numerous times, but the one time I send something back brand new in the plastic like it was sent to me, they stole half of my money for no reason. I sent both dresses back brand new in the plastic with nothing wrong with neither dresses, but they said I'm only due a partial refund. I sent them back way before the time was up in perfect condition, I mean nothing was wrong on my end. I sent the tracking number and everything. I did the backwards and forwards chat for 3 days, they decided to go on and put my money back on my card. However, a day later they takes my money back off my card. So, I did the chat backwards and forwards for about 45 minutes no results, I then called only to go backwards and forwards with the guy or the robot who constantly saying the same thing over and over and they favorite word "No Worries" I'm like it is some Worries because you guys supposed to be a business and you all THIEVES and apparently you guys have THIEVES working for the company. This is unacceptable and this is not the end from me. But, I am just trying to warn people that works hard for their coins like myself and doesn't money to give away, especially under false pretense from an unprofessional, thieving, fraudulent company. Beware of Temu and keep your eyes on your card or your account because Temu will steal your money. Again, they refund my money twice and turned around and back and stole my money of my card twice. And when I called, they arguing with me about my money that they stole from me. If you don't have any money to give away or loose, do not shop with Temu because they steals. This is a true statement, this just took place from January 2,2024-January 17,2024. Unbelievable and Unacceptable. Customer Services are non existent.

I AM SO DISSAPOINTED, I have not received the items even though the courier say's delivered. I complaint to TEMU and they will not give my money back, I asked for reshipment, let's see what's going to happen. I WILL STOP BUYING FROM TEMU. SOOOO DISSAPOINTED

I placed my 1st $45 order in October 2023. It was delivered within 10 days. I returned the items because the clothes did not appear exactly as shown and the material was not as expected. I have placed 5-6 more orders since.
Be warned! I placed a large order (3D tiles, sink faucets,ceiling light fixture, towel racks,etc totalling $400 in December 2023. They arrived in 7 packages wrapped in Temu plastic wrap. They were mostly plastic appliances that I did not like so I returned them unopened, not damaged, in the original Temu plastic packaging. UPS could not use 1 return label so I contacted Temu by chat and was sent a second label and advised to use 1 large box for each label. I purchased 2 large boxes and used the labels that were sent by Temu online representative (while I was at UPS store). The UPS representative packed and scanned my returns.
Fast forward to January 2,2024. Most of my returns were denied (54 of the 56 items) because they were not shipped properly or could not be found. I used their label and was instructed and sent a new label while in the UPS store. EVERYTHING was shipped together (56 items). They credited $56 for 2 items, but the items that they credited actually totaled $83.
After contacting a representative in the chat I was frustrated, but informed that the items had already been credited back to my credit card previously. Not so!
There were actually 2 large boxes of merchandise sent back to Temu. Approximately $400 each. They credited 2 items from each box, they did not give correct refund amounts, they did not return the unused, unopened, new merchandise to me. My online claims were denied again today 1/12/24, I do not have any products. Just a credit card bill, but they did receive my return. Interesting how they received a few (2) items out of
Each box that contained 50 plus pieces. They later stated that the items were previously returned and credited (see screenshots). They lied, they were not credited back to my credit card account and how could that be if Temu had not received the packages yet?
I will not stop here because this has to be illegal!

This is an interesting and fun company and I have now spent about $500 Canadian on all kinds of useful kitchen gagets and useful items for my three cars. BUT once they have your contact information you receive a ton of messages all day long. You are reaching for the phone every few minutes all day and see ridiculous messages that you have something in your cart or there is a price drop or some other nonsense. Most distruptive in a busy day and incredably annoying. I will not order anything else and have deleted their app **************393and blocked their numbers. Too bad. They just lost a good customer.

I ordered twice from this company first time I did not receive the product. They did issue a full refund second time the packaging was so bad that the box containing the product was badly damaged. Had to return it and I'm still waiting for the refund.

The items are cheap because it's CHEAP...NOT AT ALL AS ADVERTISED.Some of my items didn't work...I would have felt better giving my $$$ to a person asking for a dollar on the street...At least I would have known the dollar would have been used.This stuff I ordered is useless to me.Instead of returning this crap I chose to throw in the trash where I feel it belongs.I will never order anything else from Temu...

I've been able to find everything I've looked for and most at lower prices than anywhere else. The selection is unbelievable, the prices are incredible and their Customer Support is better than most. I've read some reviews that claim Temu is addictive. Is it? Yep! Is this a bad thing? Nope!

They will send you all kinds of tempting emails (in fact FLOOD you with them) offering a 100% rebate, and then when you ask for the "rebate" they will tell you "oh. Its in a form of coupons which were in your account but expired the following day"
Let alone the products which are very poor quality and not any cheaper than Amazon!

Answer: When there ready. Maybe never. They are sending me robot answers with the same response. I have to take a account with temu to act as my refund. Y would I do that? They not only sent me garbage, but left me with a $25 dry cleaner bill from the dye on the PKG that came of on my pants and shirt.
