I wish I'd read the reviews here before placing my order. I ordered a Smile For Me Deluxe arrangement. Cost $59.99. Look it up. It is so full of roses you can't count them all and there's absolutely no greenery or filler. What was delivered was a very sparse arrangement which had 4 small filler roses, 3 large roses, 2 phlox, a giant bow and a bunch a greenery. I showed it to another florist who said it was at most a $20 arrangement. It looked like something you could buy at Kroger's. In addition, I was charged a $20.98 service fee, bringing the total after a small special offer discount to $69.91. When I wrote Teleflora and explained what happened I was offered a $17.48 refund, even after I sent them a photo of the arrangement showing them the disparity in what was delivered compared to what I paid for. Their response was the florist had to make substitutions and that what was delivered was equal to what I ordered. Absolute lie. I understand substitutions may need to be made but all the flowers in the delivered arrangement were exactly the same as what I ordered so there were no substitutions made, only far fewer flowers. To deliver something that contains only 25% of the flowers of what I ordered is outright theft.
I did use a Groupon which should not matter for the quality of work. I sent Groupon and and Teleflora a review and never heard a word in response. If you are going to use covid as an excuse as stated because flower available and will replicate shame on you, To me this not even close. All together this would have cost $80.00 with the state of the economy again shame on you. I definitely will not be recommending this to friends and family. That was supposed to be a beautiful pink and purple brown basket With butterflies thank you to someone whom watched our dog for a week. Instead looked like a white used Easter basket with with random Fall colors flowers stuffed in a basket not happy at all. Thank goodness I asked my friend to send me a picture of what got sent because now I know the quality of this company. Definitely not recommend this company to anyone
Purchased and scheduled on Monday for delivery today (Friday). Got a call at 11:15 am on the day the order is supposed to be delivered and was told they can't get in touch with a florist (Called from *******238). Apparently, they waited until this morning (delivery day) to try and find a florist. I was given the option of (1) "hopefully" they can get it delivered tomorrow or (2) cancel my order. As I'm sure a lot of folks are aware, flowers are ordered for specific events - the event I'm ordering for is tonight. It is now too late in the day for me to get anything delivered. They screwed me over.
**Update: they cancelled my order the day AFTER it was to be delivered because they couldn't find a florist in their network. They told me they had a florist, accepted my order, took my money, waited till the morning it was supposed to be delivered to try and find someone, called me and told me it would be delivered the next day, then cancelled because they didn't have a florist the day after (which they notified me of via email). THIS IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. If they had told me they didn't have a florist in their network when I tried to place the order, I could have contacted someone myself. They completely RUINED this event. Do not trust them**
Update: ** I've called their help line and now have been on hold for 45 mins and counting without being able to talk to a live person. Every 30 seconds "Thank you for calling the floral customer support line. All support specialist are currently helping other customers, but your call is very important to us and we'll be happy to help. So please hold for the next available specialist". Over and over and over again. Thanks for the "help", Teleflora. Maybe if you didn't screw over your customers there wouldn't be this many people needing help? Get you s*** together. **
Update: **1 hr, 7 mins on hold. Finally got through. The person I spoke with ("Nicole") was actually great, it's too bad that Teleflora sucks. Apparently, they repeatedly tried sending my order to a florist in a different town - even though the address I enter for the recipient was correct and showed that they had florist available in that area. I was told that I'll get my money back in "2-10 business days". They are the middle man... they don't grow the flowers, they don't arrange them, they don't even deliver them... they just handle the logistics... and their logistics capabilities are this poor.**
I spent a lot of money and what I received was not anything remotely to what I ordered. This was for my sisters birthday and what I ordered was sentimental. I cannot give her this arrangement. I request a refund
I was looking for a plant to send for a dear friend over the death of her husband during this Covid time with no service. I found just the right thing immediately in your site and looked no further.
We placed an employee with a new firm and she was greeted on her first day with your lovely bouquet. As we are in CA and the gift was for an MN address, I had to rely on Teleflora to deliver something very special, site unseen.
They were absolutely beautiful and we received the following acknowledgment from our client,
"Just received the most beautiful flowers! They are an amazing addition to the office (and a conversation piece with everyone walking by) and a special reminder of how awesome it was to work with you.
Thanks for the flowers, and for everything throughout the process."
It's terrible service. I paid an extra $15 to have my flowers delivered before 1:00 pm today, 5/29/20. It is now 2:12, and no flowers have been delivered. And I have received no calls saying it would be otherwise. I would give no stars, but I couldn't submit without giving at least one.
Very disappointed with this order. I ordered Deluxe size (their largest size), but the delivery was like the smallest one. Definitely can get the same at local floral shop for half of the price.

I always use Teleflora for my flower delivery needs. The site is easy to use, they offer same-day delivery, and the rewards program is great. I always find I have rewards to redeem for discounts.
I bought the flowers about a month prior and had them delivered. After 2/3 days they died I added photos, I'm sorry to say but I would like to speak to someone about this.
I have ordered flowers for several of my family members and friends using Teleflora and have not been let down. Arrangements always look amazing! Highly recommend Teleflora!
Terrible! The flowers that were delivered were SO far from the flowers I selected and paid good money for. I paid over $100 for a nice looking, full (size Large) arrangement of mostly roses, and what was delivered was a scrawny bouquet with daisies and carnations. Talk about misusing the "some flowers may be replaced based on availability." If the bouquet you show is 90% roses, I definitely don't thing replacing them with 90% carnations is getting my money's worth. Will NOT use this company again.
I ordered flowers for my grandmother funeral. The funeral was Friday so I had them delivered Thursday. By Friday it had dead carnations on it and by Saturday the flowers on the side were dieing. I paid for the premium one and to be honest with what I paid I got ripped off, not to mention the $22.99 for them to be delivered to the funeral home. So in all just done buy flowers from this webpage, your just going to get ripped off. I understand were in a pandemic but it's still no reason to charge what they did. It's really sad that they take advantage of people when there family's pass.
I like the variety of flowers and prices available, the prompt delivery time, and the happy recipients who love what I send them.
Was looking fir daffodils and u were the only ones who had a nice arrangement, just joining they look as good as the photos
I ordered a display and upgraded it to an $80+ dollar version for my anniversary.
When it showed up it was only the standard size and displayed more of a one sided display than a360 display. It also contained only 5 flowers 3 peonies and 2 hydrangeas and a bit of greenery for $88 - not particularly impressed! Plus a notification of delivery showed up half an hour before they were actually delivered! Teleflora did refund $10 dollars apparently the difference between the two size displays - not really impressed . Won't bother again.
Teleflora is so easy to use and prices are very reasonable. This is the 3rd time I have used them as I have been pleased with the speed to which they deliver.
The arrangement arrived 12 hours later than it should have, which I totally understand. But the arrangement looked awful, and I should have been notified if the correct flowers couldn't be provided.
I'm sorry, I won't order from you again, it's the second time this has happened.

Answer: Since December I have been trying to use my floral Groupon I purchased. 3 different transactions have happened since then to try and use the Groupon and their company NEVER delivered any of the flowers. 3 different birthdays I missed and they even transferred me to a supervisor who then charged my account $90 when the order was only $25 after using my $40 Groupon... And after the $90 charge, STILL no flower delivery. I had to get my money back from Groupon because I am never using this company again. I think 3 different times for 3 different occasions is a good enough try to fix the issue I had. I've had hours of phone conversations with this company and it still hasn't ben fixed. Now they charged my account again WITH an uncharge and no delivery. BUYER BEWARE! This company is garbage
Answer: My experience with customer service was very good. They understood my complaint about the horrible mess the florist had sent. They offered me a new arrangement to be delivered or a partial refund. I am accepting a partial refund. My complaint about telefloral is the Florist they used. A totally incompetent floral business and should never be used again.
Answer: I was giving a Groupon and decided to give Teleflora a chance, I've heard of the name before so I THOUGHT it was a reliable company. WRONG on so many levels, the worse experience I've had with their customer service representatives.
