Plant was only ok. Nothing special as the picture depicted. 63 survey emails were waiting for me this morning. What gives? I may not be using This website in the future.
I spent a lot of time choosing an arrangement that was unique and special, when my friend received the flowers, it was not even close to what I ordered.
Website didn't work. Had to call customer service and hold on too long. Finally got order placed. Agent had no way to access tech support. Just got 20 emails from Teleflora asking to complete this survey. This company needs to get with technology if they plan to do on on one business! I think I will look for another company to order flowers from!

This was an extremely disappointing experience. Spent over $122 USD for two arrangements. The "How Sweet it is" bouquet and "Sunny Smiles" bouquet. Neither look as advertised and second one has cheap generic seasonal flowers when roses are advertised. Extremely unsatisfied! Will never use this service again and warn others not to do so! The value of flowers received is like $30, when $122 was spent. One vase also not as advertised
I placed an order for same day delivery, chose a bouquet from the Same Day options listed, placed the order before 3pm on that day, etc. In other words, I followed what the website said to do to ensure same day delivery. The order was not fulfilled nor delivered that day. 24 hours later, the status of the order still says "with florist" for the status of the order. Disappointing on many levels, and certainly not deserving of the amount of the service fee I paid.
It's Easy and Safe for me making orders And I love. The flower vase and I also love next day delivery.
I sent flowers to my daughter in law after surgery. I chose the deluxe perfectly pastel arrangement. The arrangement she got was way way smaller then what I paid for. I should have just went with the smallest arrangement since that's what she got.
The choices were beautiful and ordering was quick and easy. Teleflora has an excellent reputation and we are very familiar with the service. It was our first choice when deciding to send flowers to a loved one who has hit a rough patch. I'm sure the flowers will brighten her day and lift her spirits. We got a great offer from Groupon for $20 off our initial purchase It was a good deal, as well.
I ordered flowers for a very good friend who lost her brother to a terrible hiking accident. I chose the thinking of you flowers and placed a card sending our condolences. Teleflora attached a Happy Birthday balloon. The fall

With today's technology, we have the ability to keep inventory up to date in a man art that the customer never sees something as available if it isn't available. Extremely disappointed considering I was forced to send flowers even though my selection was t available because they sent the e-card today. Will never order flowers online again. Always didappointed.

I ordered the Baby's First Block. What was sent looks nothing like what I ordered. I called Teleflora and complained and was told they'd send out a new arrangement on 8-28-20 as of today, no new arrangement was sent.
The arrangement I ordered was full of roses. The arrangement that was sent only had 2 roses, lots of filler greenery and carnations.
I have ordered from Teleflora many times before and they always have a great selection of reasonably priced products as well as higher end designs. They are reliable and their customers service is excellent!
So happy with my purchase as the recipient was very impressed and surprised. Delivery was superb as suscribes on the website. I will definitely be back to order for all my loved ones. Thank you for an awesome experience!
I placed an order for a funeral service at 10pm west coast time and by the next morning they delivered the flowers which was a day early and will not be fresh for the service. And now I hope the church will remember to put out these flowers for the service. When I called customer service they said the florist was told by the church to deliver a day early. I called the church myself to confirm and they said they did not tell the florist that. I hope that the flowers will not be wilted in this hot weather for a service tomorrow since it's a large arrangement. They should call the customer first and ask if this is ok because I paid for a specific date and for an early day of delivery fee. I was credited 20% but had to fight to get back the delivery fee because they took it upon themselves. I will never use Teleflora again as this was the last straw because I've had issues with them in the past but gave them the benefit of the doubt.
Answer: Since December I have been trying to use my floral Groupon I purchased. 3 different transactions have happened since then to try and use the Groupon and their company NEVER delivered any of the flowers. 3 different birthdays I missed and they even transferred me to a supervisor who then charged my account $90 when the order was only $25 after using my $40 Groupon... And after the $90 charge, STILL no flower delivery. I had to get my money back from Groupon because I am never using this company again. I think 3 different times for 3 different occasions is a good enough try to fix the issue I had. I've had hours of phone conversations with this company and it still hasn't ben fixed. Now they charged my account again WITH an uncharge and no delivery. BUYER BEWARE! This company is garbage
Answer: My experience with customer service was very good. They understood my complaint about the horrible mess the florist had sent. They offered me a new arrangement to be delivered or a partial refund. I am accepting a partial refund. My complaint about telefloral is the Florist they used. A totally incompetent floral business and should never be used again.
Answer: I was giving a Groupon and decided to give Teleflora a chance, I've heard of the name before so I THOUGHT it was a reliable company. WRONG on so many levels, the worse experience I've had with their customer service representatives.
