I send flowers quite frequently. I always get a snapshot back from the recipients. Often it looks nothing like the picture in the online catalog. But usually still nice.
So difficult to order. I signed up for emails and got a code for 20% off. Then the checkout would not take it. I called and they kept insisting that it had already been applied when it wasn't. I went to a store site and ordered. It was prepopulated with a 15% off. Then that other site took the code for 20% off. Different Teleflora florists had different prices for the same item. It is a gift and has not yet been received, so I have no idea if the flowers are any good.
I ordered a white and gold tree arrangement for Christmas to be delivered Dec 21. The arrangement I did not order arrived with my card stating the requested delivery date on Dec 11.
Good quality... nice arrangements... well worth the price... quick service... have used numerous tune and always satistied with both product and service

Ordered flowers in shape of Christmas tree, daughter received a Christmas bouquet, not in shape of tree, also arrived a day late when I paid for next day delivery. Do not order from Teleflora. Highly disappointed.
The company has great variety of products,. The flowers are beautiful and the service is excellent. The product is always delivered at an appropriate time, no delays. And the prices are good

I got a call to let me know that they were out of the bouquet I'd ordered - which I'd upgraded to because it was all that was available. I wasn't confident the alternative they recommended would look nice. They put me on hold then came back and said they'd transfer me to a supervisor. Turned out they transferred me to their internal IT guy, who was as confused to hear from me as I was to hear from him. I then got another call back and ultimately ended up cancelling my order. Glad I did now that I read these other reviews about their replacements!
I was disappointed with the arrangement sent. While somewhat similar it seems to be missing most of the winter greens, pine and holly, the small red ornaments and the berries. The vase is different, the ornament in the arrangement is different than pictured and the arrangement seems smaller than expected. Roses are fully opened just hours after delivery.
Overpriced for what was received.
I am really disappointed with my purchase this time. The flowers received definitely do not look the same as the one I ordered. Upsetting.
Substitution NOTHING like pic and NOWHERE near value. Supposed to get cornucopia bouquet. Got other bouquet
What a waste of time and money. I should have read the reviews before ordering. Placed two orders, one for my parents and one for my wife's parents, for the Sugar Maples arrangement. Teleflora did call and said that there would have to be a substitution, called a "designer's choice", which now I know is code for "we'll just use up what we have left". Neither was even close to what we ordered, and looked horrible. We are so embarrassed to have sent these to our parents. I called and demanded my money back on both. They said they would, but we will see.
Teleflora flowers are always fresh & last. They handle special requests with ease ie: purple ribbon.
I placed an order for an item featured on the website on a Saturday, for delivery the upcoming Tuesday. On Monday, I got a text from Teleflora that the arrangement I wanted wasn't available in the area of delivery. What?!? So I said, fine, do something comparable. But I called Teleflora to ensure that the arrangement would be the same size and style, with comparable flowers (not paying $75 for a plastic container of carnations). They told me they would not give me the florists's number to call directly, but they would email me a photo before delivery. Well, it's Tuesday night - no email, no photo, no delivery. FAIL! Want me $ back.
I have used Teleflora many times through the years, for many occasions, and this year, I'm taking a Thanksgiving arrangement to my friends, who have invited me to share Thanksgiving with them. Thank you Teleflora, for always being there, even through this crazy pandemic.
I ordered a Thanksgiving centerpiece to be sent to my sister, as it is also her birthday on Thanksgiving day this year. We have not received the flowers yet (I requested delivery for tomorrow). I chose Teleflora mainly because I had a 20% coupon so I hope the flowers are beautiful for her.
I placed an order and next day they refunded my payment. I went to FTD and my order was filled the same day.
Answer: Since December I have been trying to use my floral Groupon I purchased. 3 different transactions have happened since then to try and use the Groupon and their company NEVER delivered any of the flowers. 3 different birthdays I missed and they even transferred me to a supervisor who then charged my account $90 when the order was only $25 after using my $40 Groupon... And after the $90 charge, STILL no flower delivery. I had to get my money back from Groupon because I am never using this company again. I think 3 different times for 3 different occasions is a good enough try to fix the issue I had. I've had hours of phone conversations with this company and it still hasn't ben fixed. Now they charged my account again WITH an uncharge and no delivery. BUYER BEWARE! This company is garbage
Answer: My experience with customer service was very good. They understood my complaint about the horrible mess the florist had sent. They offered me a new arrangement to be delivered or a partial refund. I am accepting a partial refund. My complaint about telefloral is the Florist they used. A totally incompetent floral business and should never be used again.
Answer: I was giving a Groupon and decided to give Teleflora a chance, I've heard of the name before so I THOUGHT it was a reliable company. WRONG on so many levels, the worse experience I've had with their customer service representatives.
