What a disappointment, not only did the bouquet not match the description or picture but i clearly received the standard and not premium for which i paid... carnations and roses no lilies.

I understand a florist might not always have the same flowers as the purchased bouquet you pictured, but what I ordered looked nothing like what I purchased. I am extremely disappointed! I ordered a tree arrangement.
I ordered a Deck the Halls tree to be delivered. What they delivered didn't look anything like the picture at all. It had no Christmas bulbs, or little bows and it wasn't even in the shape of a tree. I paid almost $100 for an arrangement I specifically ordered to look like a tree. I was so disappointed. When I called I was hoping they could deliver what I actually ordered but the only thing they offered was a 30% discount.
Finally feeling confidence with a florist. Tried twice previously with other cheaper florists stating delivery confirmationonly to findout NOT DELIVERED! These where delivered as promised & beautiful arrangement. THANK YOU it is much appreciated after previous disappointments with others.

Flowers are so expensive! I knew that going in, but I thought I'd be able to cut down the cost with coupons and the like. Twas not so. Every coupon I tried would only take off $1-2 from my order total - I think this was due to the shipping costs but I'm not sure. Anyway, I ended up purchasing a Groupon to use for this website. I saved $10 instead of $1-2 - woohoo... honestly, I do think it was an ok purchase because of how close to Christmas it is and when I wanted it delievered (12/23). We'll see if the recipient likes them or not, but I think they will. So I think teleflora is a good website, but I don't know if I'll use them again. I'd like to find somewhere that doesn't charge $30 for flower delivery...
Good selection of christmas arrangements. Was not able to see the box of candy I ordered with it which was disappointing. I only hope it was nice.
I ordered a Christmas arrangement and this is what I got. I included a picture of what I ordered and what I received. I was so embarrassed. Teleflora only gave me a 15 percent refund. Save yourself the trouble and don't use Teleflora!
Instead of delivering the beautiful flowers I ordered which had red roses and apples and beautiful candle with hurricane, my family received a bouquet with a few carnations and two cheap looking candles. I am absolutely furious that this cheap centerpiece was send to my family instead of the beautiful one I ordered and paid a premium for. I would definitely send a photo if I knew how to do it. And I for damned sure won't use this service again.
Will review after delivery after the flowers delivered. Cannot review until I see end product. This method of review is annoying already.
I placed my order two das in advance of delivery date. The order was to be delivered the day before a memorial service so there would not be a delay in delivery. The order was not delivered on the date requested and I'm still waiting to know whether the delivery was ever made to the church. Since we are in the midst of a pandemic, I was not able to attend the mass and memorial services. Very disappointing not knowing if this was delivered to the family.
I order from Teleflora because of the Beautiful Thomas Kincaid Designs. The ease of ordering on-line and the nice discount.
Feel taken buy both Teleflora & Groupon, I have made my last purchase from you both. I paid $15.00 you get a $30.00 discount. So in all actuality it's like a $15.00 coupon. When you order a $29.99 arrangement you get a $19.99 service charge? FOR WHAT EXACTLY? Fees taxes cost me $40 something more so in total I have paid over $60.00 for a $30.00 arrangement. Hmmm
I have ordered twice from this site. One year apart. They took my money and confirmed the address was acceptable for an order. On the day the items were to be delivered as Christmas gifts, I GOT AN EMAIL SAYING THE ORDERS WERE CANCELLED. Can't you notify earlier if the florists don't want the business. Got my money back after a week. Buyer beware!
The website was very easy to use but ver disappointed with the flower my daughter received. Nothing like the photo on website. Was supposed to be in a wicker basket with a bow. Like I told the customer service rep who was very nice and helpful, i could have sent her money to go to Walmart and get a flower that looked better than that for $7.99.
I seen many of your pre-arrange flowers and decided that maybe you deal of the day will be just as beautiful as your pre-arrange flowers but different because it well be different from all other and I pray they are as beautiful as the other flowers you sell.
Very pleased with the embellishments added to the Christmas cactus I had delivered. Made it a very festive present for my friends to receive.
I've been sending the Thomas Kinkade bouquet for years to a dear friend who was a 2nd mom to me. She has passed, but I still continue to send the bouquet to her daughter. It allows us to connect and recall the magic of Christmas experienced over several decades of shared holidays
Answer: Since December I have been trying to use my floral Groupon I purchased. 3 different transactions have happened since then to try and use the Groupon and their company NEVER delivered any of the flowers. 3 different birthdays I missed and they even transferred me to a supervisor who then charged my account $90 when the order was only $25 after using my $40 Groupon... And after the $90 charge, STILL no flower delivery. I had to get my money back from Groupon because I am never using this company again. I think 3 different times for 3 different occasions is a good enough try to fix the issue I had. I've had hours of phone conversations with this company and it still hasn't ben fixed. Now they charged my account again WITH an uncharge and no delivery. BUYER BEWARE! This company is garbage
Answer: My experience with customer service was very good. They understood my complaint about the horrible mess the florist had sent. They offered me a new arrangement to be delivered or a partial refund. I am accepting a partial refund. My complaint about telefloral is the Florist they used. A totally incompetent floral business and should never be used again.
Answer: I was giving a Groupon and decided to give Teleflora a chance, I've heard of the name before so I THOUGHT it was a reliable company. WRONG on so many levels, the worse experience I've had with their customer service representatives.
