Pretty disappointed in the poor quality of the "Premium" hoodie, and the "Comfort" tee. I would've paid for real shipping by a courier to my door if it was an option.
I ordered a sweatshirt and it was poorly printed. I had a hard time getting ahold of customer service. I reached out several times and was getting close to my 30 days because of this. I reached out on the live chat 2 times the first time was assured they were going to reach back out to ne and then I herd nothing. I reached out again and a customer service rep applied a full refund on spot and they told me to keep the defect shirt. Even though I will probably just throw it away due to the misprint I am greatful to the team for doing their best to make it right.
Read reviews! We regret not checking into this before ordering. We ordered 7 shirts at about $150! They are all horrible. Print is too small for shirts and they are not printed correctly on shirt (crooked on shirts). Print is kinda faded on some of the shirts. Save your money!

For about a month or so I have not been able to add new items to my listing on Spring. It keeps giving a error message. I've done a multipoint inspection to ensure my designs are the correct resolution, browser, laptop, you name it. I even tried using their logos and text tool and keep getting an error message. Then there are items in my store that are no longer available and I can't remove them. I've been chatting with agents who have not resolved this issue and this is a big problem for my clients. Customers like consistency and I like to reciprocate it. What's the point if you can't add new items or designs to your store! This has been the worst experience ever.

Spring has the worst quality print on demand shirts in the entire market. Look up a video of how well different print on demand shirts hold up to being washed. Your shirt will be trash within weeks. It makes me so mad to see them as the majority merch provider for people on YouTube. I'll keep spreading the word to never use Spring.

Customer service by is far the best I've experienced. Great product and timely delivery. They've gained a loyal customer.
Spring uses DHL shipping service. They are an International shipper and not a domestic US shipper. Tracking info. Is no more than click bait to Spring's web site. Eventually you will receive a USPS tracking number

My son spent over $40 on a hoodie that is literally disintegrating. He wore it once, I washed it (hand washed with cold) and it has no less that 15 holes in it. Its like water causes it to disintegrate. I feel awful for my teenager who spent his hard earned money on something that is literally disappearing.

I wanted to support a favorite youtuber by buying some merch. I'm sure most of the money sadly went to teespring. It's a paper thin hanes shirt. You can see right through it. Embarrassing. For $25 I expected more than a $2 shirt with a design printed on it. Won't make that mistake again. Geesh.

I was really loving this website until my account was disabled with no communication to me. I didn't receive and email on why it was disabled and on top of that. They won't even let me collect my profit that I spent money on to promote and money on to have someone create me a logo

I ordered a T-Shirt, but it didn't arrived, I asked for help and the support team helped me. The days passed, and the T-Shirt arrived some days ago in perfect conditions
I ordered shirts and sweatshirts for myself using my own logos and when I received them the print colors were different on each one of them. THEN after the first wash, the prints started to crack and fall off... When I reached out and complained they made it right by resending all of the items I ordered FOR FREE! But then after the first wash the print again immediately fell apart and starting peeling off. Now after only a few months, the print has almost completely come off on all 6 of my shirts/hoodies despite only washing them a handful of times.
I ordered 5 shirts from here. The shirts were very high quality and looked amazing. The fit was perfect too! One shirt was not exactly the color I wanted and I asked for a exchange and they immediately expedited the exchange for no cost to me! I will definitely do business with them again!
Totally disapointed, ordered three stickers, paid for three and got only one. A total rip-off.

I've owned a hoodie that I purchased from Teespring for about a month total (after it took 4 weeks extra to even arrive), however, the print on the hoodie is already very much faded and looks as if I've owned it for over a year. Very dissatisfied with Teespring and will not purchase another item from them. I wear this hoodie daily due to its warmth and the fact that it is currently winter, never before have I seen this level of wear on any other clothing item I own.

I ordered a tshirt from a fundraiser- I hope they are getting a chunk of the $36 because this, at best, is a $1 tshirt plus a $2 iron on. CHEAP SCRATCHY fabric. I had wanted a loose t for lounging and ordered 2 sizes up- good thing because 2 sizes larger than normal is SNUG. It may not fit after first wash. I wasn't aware shirt was coming from teespring and I'll be more careful in the future and donate to cause rather than bother with a cheap, cheap product from teespring.
