Order was made on October 3rd, took a week to ship it (which is fine, I imagine it had to be printed), as of today have not received it yet. Paid a shipping fee and a separate "handling" fee (those are the same things, just put them together) which totaled over $13. First class USPS to Canada is about $6, which is definitely what this looks like, so shipping cost is twice what the real cost is.
Stupidest thing is they can tell it didn't arrive, their site has tracking on it that shows it hasn't been delivered, but they still sent a survey asking about the quality of the product being ordered. Since I don't have it I guess it's pretty bad right? In that survey they ask you to write a review, but limit you to 255 characters, so I guess they don't actually care too much.
Thing is I bought this only to support someone I watch on Youtube, so regardless of the horrible quality of service and process from TeeSpring, hopefully that person still got a fair cut of what I paid, and I'm happy that I'll eventually get something. But as far as any other order I may need in the future, I will stay far away from TeeSpring.

You will be chsrged with custom charge 13 pounds. They never warn you about this. Why would someone be paying custom charge on a hoodie or shirt? I buy from all over the world never happened to me
Quality of print is rubbish and sticky. Very strong smell on the material. Had to put into wash straight after receiving. Print on hoodie got more sticky afterwards

Won't be buying again. Please buy from a company in the UK or Europe this comes from America and gets too expensive in the end. I ended up paying 60 pounds all together in the end.

Wrong size. Couldnt read the lettering. Waited forever. Their tech even after seeing a picture of product said it was fine. Their PR woman GLORIA ONLY ONE WHO TRIED TO HELP. AFTER 4 emails. Omg. Highly advise still clear of this rip off company!

The sizing is off. I order a 2xl for my husband he like his shirts baggy. The 2xl fits more like a xl. The quality of the shirt is great and I would order more from Teespring but I will keep the sizing in mind..

Back in September I ordered hoodie from them for $55, maybe more, and they didnt even send it in the right color. They sent me a gray and white one instead of a black and white one. I didnt pay that much money to get the wrong product. Also, their business is trash now anyway since they are now selling shirts that promote rape.

Our shirts and mugs had beautiful photo of our friend who passed away. Tee-spring helped us raise money for the funeral. I really live this company. They shipped early too!
Still waiting on the last item of my 6 item order... sizing calculator definitely needs to be adjusted, it appears different manufacturers are used even when ordering all from the same seller. Sizes fit different when ordering from same seller... materials are different as well... very expensive shipping for within north america. Still waiting on customer service to address my issue. Only 2/5 items fit/are acceptable currently. Will probably cost me quite a lot to ship back sizing errors even when I exaggerated my physical stature to account for how I like my clothes to fit. Will write another review in a month or two when all is said and done... currently 2/5 stars
