My last experience with teespring caused some confusion. I sent an email and I had a reply with in 30 mins. Your customer service goes above and beyond oh and your shirts are pretty awesome too
I ordered this top through one of my favourite youtube channels I knew it was going to take awhile before I received my order as I'm from England. But i was informed when my order was made and then when It was on the way which is very reassuring as it takes awhile for the order to arrive with it being another country.
Quality and service are excellent! Ordered a size that was too small and they offered to make me another one without hesitation. Truly a rare find these days!

When I bought the hoodie it was supposed to come in late January early February but it can Im late December. Very nice hoodie, a little bigger then I thought it would be but it was just like the picture and it is amazing! I love it!

Great quality shirt, went thru the wash with no problems. I wash in cold water. Watch the sizing charts tho. I'm in Canada and i ordered shirts 2 sizes bigger than i would get at the store in Canada, based on teeSpring's sizing charts online. Consequently they fit well but would have been too small, using regular s, m, l, xl sizing I was used to in the stores in Canada..
I spend quite a lot of money with T-Spring Shirts and the products very good. I just wish that they (Whoever they are) would offer regular Sweatshirts more ofter (Not Just Hoodies). Where I live everyone I know wears Sweatshirts about six (6) months a year. So often the case, they only offer Hoodie Sweatshirts, Not Just Regular Sweatshirts. PLEASE, I have written many letters about the to no avail.

Order a tee-shirt on Nov 25th, plenty of time for Christmas. Original delivery date was given as Dec 14-18. It is now Jan 6th and I still have not received my order. I reached out to Customer Care and have not had a satisfactory response. I would advise anyone considering ordering from this company to reconsider, as you may find as I have that they will take your money but not deliver the product.

I purchased two Christmas sweatshirtsand they were perfect! Not only was the design exactly as pictured, the quaity of the sweatshirts were better than I expected! Very thick and heavy duty shirts! I know I waill purchase more from this web site.

I ordered so many I forgot by the time they came what it was I ordered. Most the time it takes 3 weeks from the time I order. Love the product, one sweatshirt has little fur balls on it for $50.00 I think that is not cool. I love the saying for the most part. I delivery sucks though, and that is the only reason for the 3 stars.
I received my item almost 3 weeks later than was originally predicted. It was a Christmas sweater, and it didnt arrive until early January. Had I of known there would be great delays I would not have placed an order
Listen Teespring has great stuff AND more importantly great STAFF! I ordered my Christmas sweatshirt a little late in the season, I did not opt for faster shipping because well I hoped it would arrive. It didn't. BUT when I inquired as to its whereabouts?/ I got the best replies immediately (S/O to Jennefer :) Plus the sweatshirt is fabulous. These guys are great. Really great. And I bet they deliver really fast if you are not cheap like me. Sweatshirt is so cool I am wearing it now and it is no longer Christmas. Thanks Teespring. The items are decent when they arrive but EVERY SINGLE ITEM is charged for individual shipping, even when the items ship from the SAME PRINTING LOCATION. You can ask for the situation to be looked into but they won't look, they give "boiler plate" answers and refer you to the FAQ page... not personal at all. There is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.
