I ordered a Christmas jumper in Mid November which gave plenty of time for printing and delivery. When I chased up the delivery date, I got a quick response to say it would be dispatched and delivered to myself in the UK on the 15th December. This did not happen. The jumper finally arrived on December 30th. After all of the Christmas festivities and with now no use for it. The quality of the print is also not that great and for the price, I could have gotten it done somewhere a lot cheaper.

I made a mistake on my original order and even though it was my fault, the amazing customer service of this company fixed the issue and provided me with a product I was happy with. They responded quickly and fixed the issue immediately!
Had a little issue with the shirt I ordered, but customer service (Aaron) had a new one printed and shipped in no time. Excellent service!
Love this company! Realized first address was incorrect and the shirt was already on its way. I contacted TeeSpring and they said, "no problem, when it arrives we will send it right off again, no charge!" Who gives that kind of customer service anymore?! TeeSpring does!

It has been nearly a month since my review and Teespring continues to ignore my request for refund. I notified them today that if I do not receive refund today I have no choice but to dispute their $31.41 charge with my credit card company.
I ordered 4 shirts for my husband and brother for Christmas. One was cancelled by the company because there weren't enough orders to print it - so I only got 3 of the 4 I wanted. It took FOREVER to receive them. One was good, one was okay, and the third was total crap. The printing was extremely blurry and looked awful. I contact them, initiated a case, sent photos repeatedly, and NO RESOLUTION.
The product was weeks late with no way to track it after it came into Canada. The quality of the print on the hoodie is so poor I couldn't tell if the print was white or grey it's such a thin layer. Very disappointed as I wanted it to be better so I could order more items in the future
Print looks blurry ordered for our whole family nobody's shirt or hoodie fit 2 sizes too small order women's xl got a kids small very unhappy took awhile to get here believe it ships from overseas. Hope to get refund.

Was so excited to get my sweat shirts that I ordered for family members for Christmas. Ordered over one week in advance. Placed an order of 7 shirts; NOT ONE arrived on time. I received the first of 7 last week Wednesday a week and half later. Then I had to go back and reorder the others because the campaigns had expired and sure they don't charge you until the shirts are printed, but what an incredible inconvenience. And there is NO customer service number to contact to get obtain information prior to ordering or to get clarification on their jack up process. The first two shirts where nice, but not worth the hassle. I'm still waiting on my remaining items two weeks AFTER Christmas. I should have known better. This company seems like it would be a great idea, but the lack of customer service means shop at your own risk. SHAME-b/c I would totally order from them again if they were more forthright with their process, additionally disclosed delays at check out, or had an accessible customer service number for customers to call.
I bought 3 shirts for a New York concert with the city and dates and they sent me the wrong city and dates for the other concerts for the same tour, Especially when you had an order number and the dates and the city's I wanted, Now they're reprinting the shirts and hopefully I can get them in time for my New York concert
The t-shirts were "short " they're more wide than long, not happy at all. And tbe quality of the hoody was sub-standard, not at all what I was expecting considering what I had to pay for them. These are 10 t-shirts, not 25. Only gave it a 3 because of the ability to do custom wording but even that was just ok

I buy my Christmas sweater in the began of december n paid 10$ shipping fee. I've received my command in january after the vacancy. So it's an expensive fee for a bad service. The sweater smell so much chemical that i even made skin reaction.
I never got my T-shirt but you got your money. Needless to say Im not a satisfied customer. The website was mot user friendly because when I tried to change the delivery address it gave no options to accomplish this,

Tee Spring seemed like a great website! I have yet to receive my order in the mail so I can't comment on how the product is. The only downfall is the shipping speed along with getting emails about my order quality. How am I supposed to answer the questions when the emails beat my order? I feel as if surveys and reviews are inaccurately filled out due to not having orders in hand when filling them out.
I ordered product for a Christmas present the printed colours were different from what I ordered was meant to have yellow and white writing instead we just got white writing didn't mention how much delivery was going to cost until after I paid for it and then delivery took a while the expected delivery date window changed from original one not overly happy with that
