Sent one back that looked like a small but was xl and did not see money returned.other than that the other five or so I ordered took a little long to get here but were acc to size so I kept them. I just ordered four more.
It showed up but with poor quality and I had to email them two days after the estimated ship date and then it showed up late. Not my responsibility to babysit the logistics company. Would pay 10-15 dollars for a shirt from them but no more.
Took 3 weeks to get a shirt from Wisconsin to Iowa how? Why? Anyway good looking shirt just took way too long to recieve.
I think Teespring.com is onto something great but lacks the quality control to make this happen. I've had too many issues to trust them anymore.

It showed up on its earliest date, and the quality felt like I had bought it from a fitting store! The pillows are very fluffy and soft, and there werent any rinkles in the shirt! Thank you!
Designed a tshirt to sell for the holidays but could never put it up because of their site glitch that has so far taken over a month to not get fixed yet! The site posts the wrong tshirt style than the one chosen with my design so it looks completely different to the public. They took 2 wks to get me into to just say 'it hasn't been fixed and we have no idea when it will be' then nothing for another 2 wks!
So I write them and they say the same thing--'no idea when it will be fixed' the customer service agents especially Brittany the one I was talking to a lot was curt and used capitol letters and exclamation points all the time like she was super annoyed, it was like talking to a teenager, not a professional. VERY disappointed I wasted my time.

It showed up in my email & i started ordering & was so happy w/products I usually check them out when i have a little extra cash. Everyone I got a T for is really happy w/both the shirt & me.
I ordered a hoodie and a t-shirt for my daughter for Christmas and the hoodie was great, but we washed the t-shirt once and it came out of the machine with holes in it. My daughter was upset and emailed their customer service line. Their response was "Are you sure the holes in your shirt weren't there before you washed it and could the holes be a result of something you washed it with?" They apologized and asked us to send them pictures. What I don't like is if I am telling you one of the items I ordered is great and the other has flaws why question me. If you care about your customers and whether or not they leave you good reviews then send me a new shirt and I will send the one back to you with holes in it. I will NEVER order form this company again. I am leaving the pictures they requested posted on this review. I don't like being made to feel like something is my fault when someone else's product is garbage. Bottom line. Take care of your customers, and don't question them about whether something is their fault.

The adult medium shirt was way too small for my 12 year old son. I should of ordered an x-large. My 8 year old is now wearing it while my other son stands by extremely disappointed.
I placed an order in preparation for a gift exchange and made sure to pay for the appropriate shipping to have the product arrive on time. The tracking never updated beyond the printing stage. I contacted customer service to see what the deal was and was never given a real answer as to what happened to, you order or when I could expect it to arrive. After way too many emails with the customer service rep, I still had no explanation but did eventually receive it TWO WEEKS after the gift exchange was over. Despite asking the rep why I hadn't been issued a refund for the expedited shipping (which was obviously a service I was not provided.) the rep refused to address my question with my anything other than "sorry for the inconvenience, please let me know if there's anything else we can do." Considering they did nothing other than eventually sending the shirt, this offer was pretty laughable. I'll never trust this TeeSpring with my buisness again and I'll be sure to express how unreliable this company is to those I can discuss it with.

Not happy I pay extra to receive my items and they didn't come like promised! Could have just saved the extra bc not going to receive it till the later date anyway. That was very misleading.
After writing this review, TeeSpring has handled the case very well. They have reviewed the photos I sent and have issued reprints. They have also stepped up communications and everything is good now.
The product quality is excellent for the pillows and I am now waiting to receive the correct size pillows. I know I'll have to cover customs again but I'm happy with TeeSpring now.
Ordered 6 pillows which, after Customs, came to over $300 for 18"x18" pillows. Four pillows arrived 16"x16" and two arrived the correct size. I took several photos and sent them in but they still have not agreed to ship out the correct-sized pillows. I understand people make mistakes but the way a store handles their mistakes defines a great store from a mediocre one. At this point, I don't even have a matching set of pillows I can give for Christmas to the girls and they were so looking forward to having Aphmau pillows. The incorrect size pillows are still in their packaging ready to be shipped back if Teespring will send out the correct sized pillows that I paid for. I'll update the review if Teespring makes things right.
I mistakenly order two of the T-shirts that I only wanted one of. Upon emailing customer service, I was promptly refunded the difference and my order came the same week that was projected upon ordering. Great service, great product!
My mug arrived on estimated time and the print work on it was clean, standard shipping took 14 days though they have faster shipping if needed.
Ordered 3 times in two days as our group grew. Only one arrived so far and no communication regarding other two. Have not responded to a single customer service online form and no other communication available. Even liked my Facebook comment to this effect. Frankly I am not sure if just disorganized or just dont give a rats...
