This was not the first time I've ordered from Teespring, however it was the first time I've had a problem. The problem was of my own doing and Teespring fixed it immediately. I emailed the customer service department after realizing my mistake and their response was quick and almosy fixed my problem. I reread my email to them and realized my wording was a bit confusing. I emailed again and BAM... Ruel responded quickly and AGAIN fixed my problem, then thanked me for MY patience. Needless to say Teespring was patient with me. I am in retail, and recognize good customer service and like to let others know of the good experience. Know that you can purchase from Teespring and expect a great buying experience.

Logo doesn't look like final product on it. Would like to see it worked out. Some people don't care but me in quality control I work to get my product that we produce. A1 or better.
Great customer service, but horrible digital printing on fabric. Digital print is too dark and very pixelated. Shirt is way too small and not as described. It was purchased for a woman, but a 10 year-old might be able to wear it. I'll donate it if I can't find someone to wear it. Never again.

I ordered 2 tshirts, both size 2x for a fundraising campaign for thataylaa. For someone who needs a 2x size there is no way I can wear either shirt due to their length being so short. They actually are above my belly button! Size fits, length horrible. 1st teespring order, disappointed in product and ship time... obviously my last. Will donate via PayPal next time instead.

I've always had a great experience with this site, and its products. I've never had a product, and truly enjoy its products. So I would recommend this to my family and friends anytime.
I really love my shirt. I wore it yesterday on my flight to AZ. Everyone was reading it and smiling.
The printing on the shirts I ordered do not match the dimensions or placement of my designs at all. They shrunk the dimensions, making the QR code I included in my design totally useless because it was too small to be read now. Additionally, the printing itself was very careless and sloppy. The prints were not centered at all, plus they were crooked. Bad customer service experience as well. I've emailed their support and they just replied that they'll hand off the issue for someone else to handle... I have yet to receive any followup email. There's no phone number to call and the live chat is no help because they just tell you to email customer support.

My friend (and guitar player of over 37 years) was recently diagnosed with cancer. His insurance company would not cover the FDA approved $25,000 treatment that he needed to survive. I started a GoFundMe and was directed to the Teespring website as another fundraising source for my friend. Teespring does not charge any up-front costs AT ALL. This is a great way to raise funds for a good cause.
It takes a while to maneuver around their site. The only downside to Teespring is that their customer service is a bit scattered and could use improvement. Other than that, Teespring is pretty decent.
Just recently I ordered an item from Teespring, the item was above my liking but however it wasn't wearable. I contacted Teespring about my issue and it seemed like in a matter of seconds customer service contacted me and brought to my attention that a replacement was on its way! Two thumbs up to your customer service staff Teespring!

Uk order. Really disappointed to be charged a large Customs Fee by the Post Office on top of what was already a steep p&p charge on the website at time of order. This needs to be made clearer to international purchasers at time of ordering. Had a look at site since and it does say about Custom Charges but it is very hidden in the small print. Teespring need to be a lot clearer on this.

I've never ordered from Teespring but had a great experience and my order was received quickly. The product is of good quality, the size was slight larger than I thought it would be but I'm happy with it. I was more so moved with this particular shirt because it had my sister's name in the list of those who had passed away. I don't know how they got her name but it was a beautiful way to honor her. Print was way 2 small on both Shirts
I paid 4 2 Hanes Tees. I didn't get prefect print that i wanted. I would be happy if they were reprinted bigger. Or i would refunded or given 50% off or future credit. It was a aweful experience.

Very aggravating to wait as long as you do and get a crappy product! Shirt quality seems fine. Print lines on shirt and sticker are all over the place. Sticker is t even straight. Disappointing!

From start to finish my experience was one of the best I've ever had with an online purchase... They can help you find a size that will fit just right if your not sure what size to get. They will answer any question promptly and shipping date is sit on with what they send in your email... I would definitely recommend Teespring to everyone I know...

Although the material was marginally satisfactory, I am very disappointed with the quality of printing after paying a considerable amount for the product. The print looks like a child did it and is faint giving a blurred double vision effect when looking at it, which Should not be the case. Will not be ordering from this company again.

I bought coffee cups with logos. The colors that appear in the ad are bright with sharp edges around the lettering. The cups arrived in a timely manner but were much smaller than I believed they should be. The colors were dull and all the edges including the lettering were slightly blurred. The best solution would be for Teespring to find a better quality vender for this product even if it cost a little more. Because to sell these cups at a lower price will not give the consumer a good feeling about buying anything else from Teespring.
