I ordered a shirt, the wrong one came, and they quickly moved to replace the wrong one with the one I had ordered. I have not seen customer service that efficient in a decade or more. Thank you! Replacement shirt arrived, great quality and just exactly what I had ordered. Mistakes happen, but these guys move at light speed to fix those mistakes. I feel like I can trust them and will do business with them again.

It's easy when things go as planned but the best companies are able to take a potentially negative situation (request for return) and turn it into a positive experience! My shirt was not as I expected, and it was a custom job... so, I could return the item if I really wanted to, but there was no item to replace it... Nancy explained the details in a concise and kind manner and instantly offered a great solution..."take a look at our inventory and pick out something you like as a replacement"... Although she was not able to replace my special t-shirt I was made to feel special and got a nice replacement as well.

I ordered a fibromyalgia shirt in which my name was on. This shirt means a lot to me because I was just recently diagnosed with fibromyalgia. Knowing my name is among those Warriors who also suffer, whom may have lost the battle, or continue to fight for a cure for this disease, means the world to me.
An unfortunate event had happened after my shirt was delivered to my home. Unfortunately we found out that my shirt was stolen right after the mail carrier put my shirt in my mailbox. Not only did Teespring make me another shirt free of charge, they were in constant contact with me to make sure that my needs were met. To make sure that I was able to get the shirt with my name on it. They have gone over and Beyond the Call of Duty to make sure that their customers are satisfied. On behalf of my family and I, I greatly appreciate everything you have done.

Just want to point out how helpful and reliable their customer service actually is. My ordered item didn't arrive at the scheduled time and didn't have the tracking number since the order was made in EU, but still, I was offered a full refund or re-print. Fortunately, it arrived two days later filed a complaint.
This website have excellent goods and great after sales service. They will support until you receive the shipment.

I ordered a women's style premium t-shirt (scooped neckline and capped sleeves) and I received a regular premium t-shirt with a traditional crew neckline and regular sleeves. I immediately emailed customer service about the mix-up and asked about the EXCHANGE policy, not a refund, but an exchange. After several email exchanges and getting the run around, I have given up. I will NEVER order from this company again because of the complete and total lack of customer service.
This is a site where you order your shirt through a campaign that lasts a few days and then they custom print your order. There was a problem with my tee after it arrived despite my measuring myself and ordering from their site. So I took measurements of the shirt they sent, and emailed them that they sent a wrongly sized shirt. They were very polite and very responsive over email. They offered to send me a new shirt and instead of asking me to return my current shirt at my expense, they asked me to donate it. And all throughout they responded to my emails within a few hours and were very helpful. A+ customer service. And the tee is just lovely.

I was refeunded in a reasonable timeframe. It did take some back in forth for a couple of days but i was satisfied with the results. I wish I wasn't offered store credit after stating that I wasn't interested in anything else but a refund. Thank you for working with me though.

I have bought many tees from Tee Spring and love them all because they are very well made and their messages are truly awesome! My 'Knitty Cat' Resistance knitting group all love my tees and can't wait to see what message will be on my newest tee every week that I walk up to my group knitt-in! I've ordered from Teespring several times and always been very pleased with the product. I recently ordered several t-shirts with the same design for an upcoming family reunion in another state and unfortunately one of the shirts was slightly damaged when it arrived. It wasn't even a huge flaw, but I contacted customer service just to see if they wouldn't mind replacing it if it would arrive in time before we had to leave for the reunion. They were extremely helpful and attentive and offered to replace the shirt and no cost with immediate shipping so it would arrive in time for the reunion. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely order from them again.
