So far I've ordered two items from teespring. The first being a tee; having compared my three older shirts with printed designs (and having treated each equally) I can say the printed colors, almost exclusively black, on my teespring shirt have shown significantly greater signs of degradation. This was most notably apparent after a single wash. Though the image is still there and the shirt it's on is, comparing to a Duluth Trading CO tee, serviceable in terms of durability and fit.

The second was the Lucas plush. Firstly, though the pre-order took much longer than projected, I personally found their response/difficulties perfectly reasonable. My inquiry was responded to in a satisfactory and timely (24h) manner, and the mass e-mail update they sent everyone on the pre-order was reassuring in that they were indeed experiencing unforeseen delays as well.
Now, the Lucas plush itself. Despite the minor loose bits of fabric and less than serviceable speaker inside, this plush was VERY much worth the wait. The build design is phenomenal in maintaining the true shape of Lucas (especially the legs). It's colors are vibrant and stitching is sharp. Also I must mention it wouldn't seem like it could tolerate much abuse; I wouldn't trust it to last with an unmindful child.

I'll perhaps be more careful when picking out tees with them again, but I'll certainly be picking out from them again. Wholeheartedly recommend (as a consumer of the end product).

I'd also like mention and thank the customer support team, who actually read and respond to these reviews. Highly commendable and appreciated.

I inadvertently placed the same order twice. Once I realized the error, I contacted customer service. Ruel was very kind and and worked with me to get the shirts returned and a credit issued. I would definitely shop at Tee Spring again.

I ordered a personalised t-shirt from teesprings and it came with half the printing missing. I emailed them about my problem and got a reply within hours, they then apologised and offered to reprint it and send me a new one, they kept me fully informed of what was happening and when my t-shirt got dispatched and it came within a couple of day! Now my t-shirt is here I love it and I am so happy with the customer service I received especially from Ruel. I will definitely be ordering again and telling all my friends about them.

After writing my scathing review of the non-existent customer service at TeeSpring, the company replied to the review with "please reach out to us directly through http://teespring.force.com/NewCase?" Well, I did this, TWICE... and STILL no customer service, STILL no refund. Sent a certified letter and will go to CA Consumer Affairs or MD Small Claims Court if I have to. What an awful company to do business with...

BEST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

Ruel provided me with quick, effective and reliable customer service. I emailed in my concern when I received a shirt I ordered that had a smeared print. Ruel reached out to me and had me send in another picture but not without apologizing for the inconvenience the situation caused me. I ordered the suicide prevention shirt with my boyfriends name on it who I had lost to suicide. So I was pretty emotional when the shirt came and it was defective. Ruel was quick to resolve the issue for me and offer to send me a replacement. I am so grateful I will have a new shirt on the way and Ruel was so incredibly helpful and easy to talk to. Thank you Ruel!

My smallest and youngest child needed a sweater for the upcoming cold weather -- winters here in the flatlands in California feel harsh to *us*, at least, even if the midwest laughs at temperatures: yes, we call this winter. Every other name has been taken, including yours. I don't know where we went wrong -- we swagged his size? We just ordered wrong? I don't know, but when it finally arrived, it was BEAUTIFUL and two sizes too big.

I sat on it for a week, actively denying that anything was wrong. It might not fit today, but it will definitely fit when he starts high school!

I finally decided to contact customer service with the full truth and see iif there was anything that could be done to help me. I had low hopes - - I couldn't even find the packing slip.

Here's the thing, though: not only did customer help at Teespring meet my expectations, Ruel completely blew the ceiling on hopes and expectations! Teespring does not take returns, so the original sweatshirt has been donated to an appropriate member of our local community, and a replacement sweatshirt in a size for seventh grader should be here by Thanksgiving.

The philosophy behind Teespring gives me hope. I am delighted by how graciously we were taken care of, even though we are the ones who made the mistake -- I'll be doing a lot of Christmas and birthday shopping thru Teespring because they really didn't have to be so understanding and forgiving, but they did it anyway.

In order to receive our payout 7 weeks late I had to write the CA Consumer Affairs Dept.,
The San Francisco District Attorney Office, Mr. Walker Williams (CEO of Teespring) which took hours of my time. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Our product was T shirts.

I noticed a transaction on my credit card statement showing a charge from Teespring I didn't recognize. It turned out I had reserved a hoodie at some point but didn't remember and the campaign started again. After emailing customer support, they sorted this out with no issues in a timely fashion and provided a full refund. I was very impressed with the customer service. Excellent experience with this business!

Would not recommend this company. Placed a $600 t-shirt order with them just to receive blurry pixelated shirts. If it were the quality of the image that was the problem, it should've been brought to my attention before the production of all 50 shirts. The shirts are also way off in size & are horrible quality fabric. Once I sent an email (because they have NO OTHER FORM OF COMMUNICATION) it took about 24 hours for someone to reach me back. Each reply I made, took another 24+ hours for a response back. As of right now I haven't gotten anywhere with the company, because it takes them a whole day to send one email.

The day after I received my order, I received ANOTHER huge order, of 50+ shirts that AREN'T MINE! That's right, I have someone else's entire t-shirt order including my own poor quality one. I've sent an email about this problem as well & no one has gotten back to me in over 24 hours.

This company has horrible customer service and I will be steering my friends and family away from this site.

Scam

Do not order from this company. You will not receive your item. It's a big scam. I paid with paypal so I was able make a dispute with them. So what they do is send you a package which ends dispute with paypal. But guess what when you open package it's not what you ordered.
If you try and contact them direct, which I did over a dozen times, you will get no reply.
Stay far away from these scammers

I used to speak highly of teespring. I would send my clients to this site and my friends. I recently placed an order and noticed that the card automatically on file was wrong. I contacted them within 5 minutes to change payment or to cancel the order. The cancel order wasn't even an option (Even though it indicated online and tells you how to cancel). This was unavailable to me because "we have fast turn around times". My shirts had been in production for over a week, not even shipped out, they hadn't responded to any of the multiple emails I sent. Finally I got through over Facebook after messaging twice. They said they can't change payment because it's already in production.

I am frustrated because there was no way to cancel my order. No way to change payment information. No way to call, no phone numbers listed on their website. And no one responding to emails. This is unacceptable customer service. I understand it was my fault at first for not realizing it was the wrong card number in account, my bank has now charged me an additional $100... teespring has no sympathy for that, didn't even try to allow me to change payment information to refund that card and rebill. They say it's fast processing times, get the shirt goes into production for two weeks and then ships. There was plenty of time to help their customer. Needless to say, I will no longer be using their services, nor will my friends or customers.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

I purchased from them many times in the past and I had never had an issue until NOW. Not only did they steal 40 bucks from me, I never got a confirmation email, a tracking number, but they put my charge as a RECURRING charge to my credit card so they can steal from me monthly and now I have to change my card and wait for that to come in. Theese people are a shady scam and should be sued for all they are worth.

I had placed an order for 6 tees. I ordered in women's, which I didn't realize until I got the order that they were a bit smaller than I'm used to since I normally get men's sizes because of work Its normally in men's sizes. On my personal shirt ordered it had a flaw. I reached out to the company. Gloria got a hand of it and took care of the rest. She sent out a new shirt at no extra cost and I got it in a reasonable amount of time. Very pleased with the customer service. Thanks Teespring especially GLORIA!
