I ordered my tee because I love the logo. I am size 16/18. I'm 5'3", 175 lbs. I ordered a 2X as I don't like my tees too tight. This 2X was way too big. The sleeves came down past my elbows. It was so long that it came to my knees. I sent a message to TeeSpring who responded that same day. Customer Service informed me that they would send out another in a smaller size (I ended up with size L-slightly snug-lol) That's not the ONLY thing! I don't need to return the 2X. To me, that's great customer service. As far as the shirt, it isn't the best quality. The material is on the thin side. For $30, I'd expect something better. But, like I said earlier, I love the logo! Rad Tech Strong

Here is my experience:

Buyers beware.

Teespring is an absolutely terrible company, with awful customer service. At the end of May, I ordered the Aphmau wolf plush for my daughter, who begged me for days to buy it for her. It took me a while, considering it was a $30 stuffed animal, but I finally gave in. On June 5th, 2018, I received an email stating that my order had been processed and it would be shipped soon. I was given an estimated arrival date of June 22nd - June 26th. However, after weeks of waiting, and my daughter asking me repeatedly where her plush was, we still had not received our package. The payment showed up on my credit card statement, though, so I assumed it was on its way and maybe it just needed a bit more time.

However, a month out from the ETA date, and we still saw no sign of the plush. On July 20th, 2018, I got fed up and decided to email Teespring regarding my order. The email I got back from a girl named Taryn, was very short-handed, and only said, "It looks like your order was canceled because we ran out of stock. Im sorry!" (yes, there was no apostrophe in the word "I'm"). I emailed back and asked exactly WHY I was not notified and WHY the money had been taken out of my account and not refunded back to me with no communication whatsoever? I then made it clear that I expect a full refund - as my total order came to around $33.00 with shipping charges. As of this evening, I have not heard back.

It seems as though they planned on just taking my money, not sending me the product I paid for, and hoping I just somehow forgot about it.

Please, please, PLEASE do your research before buying from Teespring! I honestly wish I would have looked them up before giving in to my daughters' plea. I see now this is a common occurrence with this company. She was heartbroken when I told her, after nearly two months of anticipation.

Very comfortable and cute style for men. Lightweight, soft, good quality material. I love it! Product arrived sooner than expected.

One of my favorite blogs uses Teespring products as a secondary source of income, so I thought I'd buy a shirt to support the blog directly. While the front-end experience was great, I was ultimately disappointed in the shirt. The colors on the print were off just enough to ruin the design and the print itself doesn't seem like it will last in the long term. There are other ways I could have supported the blog, but instead I got a t-shirt that was destined for the trashcan.

They sell pride shirts and convey themselves as an ally when they also dont support trans women and defend trans exclusionary radical feminists while punishing those who call them trans exclusionary.

This response takes no response for your actions regarding the accronym "TERF" (Meaning listed above) and the banning of the user that used it. It also does not violate your terms as a TERF is not related to age, race, ethnicity, national origin, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, and religion. Its a feminist who does not consider Trans women to be women. You are trash. And you will end up in the dump with all the other trash.

The first two attempts to order appeared to fail: 502 Gateway error. The third one succeeded. Then my credit card called for fraud protection.

I emailed customer support. Although professional and friendly, the representative was unable or unwilling to do anything to assist. I was told that I had to individually check to confirm or cancel each order individually. Each item creates its own order. Therefore reviewing, managing, and tracking is extremely difficult, especially with 9 items ordered 3 times each.

I liked the customer service. It was on point in terms of response time and offer of resolving the size issue. However the shirt itself, which is Hanes Nano, is a poor shirt choice. Not sure if its who designed the shirts decision to make it Hanes Nano instead of something more quality. The shirt was bigger than expected, the neckline is gigantic and the material is thin. That thin material is perfect for hot weather, but the rest of the year you might as well fold it away until summer comes around again. Would I still buy from Tee Spring? Hells yeah! Do I need to be notified what the shirts are being printed on before purchase? Hells yeah! Am I happy still? Hells yeah! Because that customer service was boss.
