I ordered the above t-shirt for my husband's birthday. It was promised by May 24th. I did not receive the shirt until May 29th and his birthday was on May 26th. I did not have a valid tracking number and although customer service couldn't have been nicer, they expected me to pick up the slack and track the package at my post office. This isn't my responsibility and if I could have tracked it via a valid tracking number, I would have done that. The shirt is of good quality, we both got a laugh out of it, but it sure would have gone over well at the luncheon I planned for his birthday. Oh well, I hope this is the biggest problem I run into for the rest of my life.
I've order two shirts. Both are comfortable and look great. The first shirt arrived right when I was told it would be. The second shirt arrived even before I was originally told it was going to be shipped. Overall a great experience.
Not enough postage paid so item has been taken to a post office 30 miles away from my home and I need to pay £11.10 upon collection for customs and handling charge. A total of £20.
In my initial review I stated the chemical odor was overwhelming. I use high quality laundry soap it lost the majority of the smell after one, but went ahead and washed again and then was happy to rock this shirt -

Ordered 2 items, only 1 arrived. Response: "I have checked your order #### HEARTBEAT - Ltd. Edition" campaign, unfortunately, orders from the Europe region, including yours, were shipped via a non-tracked service, so I can't track down the package for you". A tracking # was supplied and USPS indicates "No Status Available". Advised to go to USPS facility and check if in customs. This is nonsense! Business should not be conducted if there is a known problem with the supplier.

Order the Ride for Pie tee shirt in NEON green. It is not, more like Pea Green. Would not have purchased know this.
The quality of your prints is such that I am content knowing that in time they will fade. But for the present, up until October, they should do quite well. A friendly suggestion, not criticism by any means. Vets do not necessarily like skulls, even if the skull is colored like Old Glory. Unless the vet is angry; I. E. a vet with a past. Unfortunately I ordered a Zombie Dawn of the Dead style iPhone case and got a NASCAR case sent to me. It was for a 6S Plus like I wanted just totally wrong image printed. When I get back in town next week I will be getting a refund. Other than that the order & checkout process was easy.

Fast delivery and amazing quality, everything I ordered came as it showed online. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.
I wanted to buy 2 shirts. I submitted my order and immediately received an email saying my order did not complete and that I should resubmit. The result was a duplicate order, billed for both. I sent an email to teespring that was never replied to. So far, I have 3 of the 4 shirts I payed for, only wanted 2, and have not heard back from teespring other than the satisfaction survey.

I have bought several T's from TEESPRING. Great quality. Great colours, great fit. The printing has been perfect and they wash really well. A bit expensive but you get what you pay for. I LOVE THEM.
Worst customer service ever. As soon as I open my package I write customer service about the T-shirt I got nearly a week later still have not received a reply. The image on the front of the T-shirt was crooked and the quality was not what I expected. Nonetheless I paid nearly $30 for a T-shirt that is Supposed to be premium and received garbage.

That's a huge issue for me, I hate stretched collar's... Unfortunately I did not catch that until this morning when I put it on...
