I bought a $60 dollar jacket (including express shipping, which is a joke btw) for my friend because they really liked it and I wanted to surprise them with it as a present. I bought the jacket on December 15th expecting to arrive on December 21st right before Christmas and that's when the first problems started to appear, on the website it showed that the product was going to arrive on the 21st and they provided a UPS tracking code, so just to be on the safe side I looked up the tracking code and it said it was arriving the 28th of December which made no sense whatsoever, then when the Jacket finally came I was appalled to see the quality of the Jacket. The insides were soft but the exterior was so rough and horrible quality and it even came in the wrong color! I have sent about 4 emails to the company in the span of a week to no avail and the company's "24 hour customer service" is a complete farce they haven't responded at all and it's getting tiring and frustrating. Here's to hoping that the company is able to give my money back!

I ordered a long sleeve t-shirt for a Christmas present for my husband. It arrived in time, no issues. I paid $29.99 for the shirt and $8.99 for shipping. The quality of the shirt is low. All cotton and thin. I ordered a size L it runs small so an XL is needed. I've contacted them numerous times to return the item. All I've gotten is one computer automated response with a case #. I continue to contact them and no response. Very frustrating. $38.00 for a poor quality shirt is not a pleasing gift to give.

I have never had such amazing customer service with an online company. EVER! Thank you so much for the quick delivery, quick response with questions and amazing product. I spent hours creating products and ordered samples which never arrived. I emailed seller support (they have no phone number or chat for sellers) and no one responded. After 9 days I emailed again. Nothing. The only way you can change the photo or price is by emailing them and they don't respond. A friend ordered a hoodie and it never arrived. I tried to use their chat function but they said they couldn't give me any info on orders and to email seller support. Worst experience EVER. I switched to Printify and they were on it! I am sorry I wasted so much time uploading graphics on Teespring.

How I regret even ordering anything from this company.

I ordered some stickers recently and chose expedited shipping which cost me extra with a promised rush delivery date.

Well, by the promised delivery date I not only didn't receive the shipment but it never even shipped.

I tried desperately to contact customer service.

First, there is no customer service phone number. The one I found had a recording telling you to go to their website and use the chat feature.

The chat feature? Non-existant. I tried three different browsers and the chat function appears for a split second and then disappears.

Writing customer service? While they encourage it, don't expect an answer. I sent them three inquiries, none of which were answered.

I look at all these 1-star reviews and then read this hokey response from TEESPRING with an apology and a link to contact them. Don't be fooled by this response. That link goes to a form page to contact them and they do not answer.

So, if you think TEESPRING is responding to these complaints in good faith, don't believe it. They make it seem like they care and want you to contact them, but when you do, they do not respond.

I will be contacting my credit card company to cancel all charges related to my order.

Stay away from this company!

I ordered a hoodie from England for delivery in USA, for a family member to bring to me when they visited. I didn't get the hoodie for several weeks after it was delivered to USA address. When I opened the package the print on the front was so blurry, I couldn't focus on it. I have sent two emails without any replies, so I am stuck with a much wanted Christmas present for my daughter (which she desperately wanted, and I could only get from USA) which I cannot give her. $40 in the bin!
Update; I was contacted by customer service and received a refund and the customer service representative was very helpful and quick with replies, seeing as I am based in England. Sad the product wasn't good enough but customer service was very good in the end.

Pretty happy, I guess

A special order product I received was not working properly so I started a claim - the item was supposed to have been replaced after another run was produced - unfortunately, the replacement never came, and by the time I remembered I was supposed to get a replacement I emailed again, and got no response... I stared a second claim and Ruel took great care of me... sadly, the item I wanted was out of production! I was able to order anything else off the site at the same price, but I was disappointed my first claim fell thru the cracks.

Extremely disappointing

I pre-ordered 3 of The Limited Edition talking Lucas the spider. When they finally arrived two of the three where busted. I reached out to the company and they told me that is February when a new batch was released they would send me two replacement free of charge. The Replacements never came. When I reached out to the company again they told me there was nothing they would do to help me. They would not send me The Replacements or issue a refund. So now I have two busted toys that I spent way too much on. I would not do business with them again.

This is a wonderful company to buy t-shirts from, they have almost any one you would want for yourself or for a gift. The product is good material and if anything is wrong they fix it. Would definatley buy from them again.

HORRIBLE COMPANY

TeeSpring printed my shirt very crooked. It is for a specific occasion that does not allow for time to reprint and ship. They won't refund my money, even though this was THEIR mistake. DO NOT buy from TeeSpring, CustomTees, FloralTees. No customer service!

NOOO HELP AT ALL!

I was sent the wrong order size with my order, I have sent 2 emails with no response, I can't use the chat option because it goes away before I can click on it, I tried to fill out the ask a question option and it does not submit the question, seems like they do not want you to get ahold of them? Am I stuck with the wrong order?

My case was handled by Ruel, who was extremely helpful, thoughtful, and professional. I accidentally added 2 extra items to my cart during a late night impulse buy, and since everything is made to order I figured I would be out $40. Instead, I was very kindly granted store credit equal to the cost of the extra items. I'll definitely be doing business with them again!

Crappy service

I've direct orderd from China and got my items faster than this. First it had to 'go to the printer ', then if has taken weeks in shipping and still isn't here. For all I know I wasted $25 on a crappy shirt because it still isn't here for me to comment on the quality. NEVER AGAIN - DON'T USE TEESPRING!

I received a hoodie with a limited edition foil logo on it. The logo, however, did not adhere to all the edges and the foil was discolored. I had received two other foil logo shirts and they were perfect. I called customer service and they helped me replace it through pictures I'd taken. It took a few more steps than I expected, but I received a new hoodie. Problem resolved. Special thanks to Ruel in The Support team. He helped me through the process from beginning to end.

I ordered a sweatshirt for my son. When we received it the shirt was too dark to be able to see the design. I emailed teespring and explained what happened. They sent us a new one with no additional charge. My son picked out a new lighter color. Very friendly customer service and they were quick to rectify the problem. Thank you!

The customer support that I received from teespring.com was way above and beyond any business I have ever had contact with. They responded quickly and with a response that was helpful understanding and polite and very professional. I do a lot of online shopping and I have never had such a amazing response with support. The product is amazing the support is beyond. I highly recommend them to everyone I know.

They made it right!

Recently bought a hooded sweatshirt from Teespring that I wasn't happy with.
The black logo didn't contrast as well on the navy sweatshirt as I was expecting given the photo on their website.
The customer service people at Teespring worked with me to replace it with a better color combination.
Very happy that they were willing to make it right!

Bought a shirt, size 2xl, they shipped me a 3xl which would have been ok, but it was damaged. I sent 3 emails asking for a new shirt and never got so much as a reply. After 3 or 4 washings the graphics are coming off.

Their customer service sucks, or more accurately is nonexistent, and their products are crap. I'm pretty sure it was just an iron on done in a laser or inkjet printer.

I use Teespring to make shirts for my guitar business. I ordered one of my own shirts to wear in promo videos, and it arrived exactly as I'd hoped- perfect. Problem was, the sizing was different to Australian sizing (my fault), so I ordered a larger one. The larger one eventually arrived, and the logos were half the size of the first one. I contacted support, and exchanged email after email with them. They asked for photos, I provided them, with text to explain what the problem was. They asked me what the problem was, I explained I had already told them. They agreed to send a free replacement, and sent me a link to authorise printing. The link didn't work. I told them the link didn't work. They resent the same link- three times. Every email I sent was ignored, and it occurred to me the whole time I had been talking to a bot. Eventually I got someone there to send me the replacement. It arrived, and the back logo was sized perfectly. The front logo was still too small- half the size of the original (good) shirt. I can't in good conscience send my customers here to use this service when they screw up my orders so badly, so I'm leaving Teespring. Also their cynical offers of better service/YouTube integration to accounts with 10,000 minimum subscribers is just laughable. So here's another one-star review in a sea of one-star reviews, for a company that simply does not care in the slightest.
