First of all, they have an amazing selection of tees for all ages, sizes, and topics. I placed an order and somehow ended of with 2 of the same shirt. (I have intermittent internet and the power was flickering on and off). Their support team quickly took care of my needs in a friendly manner and my order is on its way. I will submit a photo when they arrive.
My customer service experience with Lilibeth was the best customer service I've ever had she is competent, kind and incredibly good at what she does. She made me want to continue to shop at Teespring.com She made the impossible happen for me when she did not have to and was not required to therefore I think that she deserves a raise please consider because more people will want to shop because of excellent customer service experience like I've experienced working with Lilibeth.
My shirt arrived with a bad blurred print. Therfore, I can not wear it in public. No problem, that can happen. However, there is only an online form to contact customer service. I have not received any answer after 2 months waiting and 3 inquiries. I do not recommend you to order something!

I ordered 2 items from teespring. One was perfect, one had an issue with the appearance of the printed image on the shirt. It did not look like the image on the website. I sent a few pics to customer service and wham bam, new shirt on it's way and I didn't even have to deal with mailing back the defective one - they recommended I donate it. Very impressed with the communication and how they handled the issue.
An online-only company with a web site that does not work, no response from their supposedly on duty help desk, screens that suddenly change to German, and an absolutely uselss FAQ section. Great concept, but no execution at all. They're either out of business, phony, or run by summer interns in another country.

Everything about this company was bad. I vouched for them having ordered in the past and had a decent experience, so i used them for my companies internal needs and ordered group shirts for the employees. We had gotten all of them except two. Turns out they had canceled the order without even telling me. I contacted their customer service and never heard back from anyone. I had to go to TWITTER to get them to respond and even then it was a "oh well" situation and they told me to re-order. I will not be using them again, ever. To top it all off, the quality was not that great as i feel it once was. The colors were all off and the decals were slapped on and not lined up that nice. Just beyond disappointed.

I bought a few decals from them, never received them. Contacted them, 15 email after, and them asking the same questions over & over never doing anything about it. I added them to my spam filter and disputed it with my credit-card! Stay away save yourself the headache. Bought the same decals on ebay for half the price took less then a week to get them

I ordered a shirt and it was sadly too small. I had thought the size was comparable to other online stores and was mistaken. They sent me the right shirt I ordered and it was entirely my error. I sent an email to see if I could return the product or get it refunded or exchanged and their response blew my mind. "They" apologized and offered to reprint and resend a shirt at no cost to me for a larger size of my choosing and then said that returning the shirt was not neccessary but I could donate it or give it away to someone who wanted or needed it. I was floored by this response as I am used to dealing uncaring and unfeeling customer service. I know I was the one at fault but the absolute human way they approached this issue was amazing and wonderful. Truly a great buisness.
Horrible customer service that answers ONLY by email MAYBE once per day. When you need marketing materials and profits are on the line, do not count on them to resolve anything in a timely manner. I had a VERY SIMPLE tech issue and they could not resolve it. I spent hours designing my shirts and then can't even post my store where others could by them. Would not recommend using them at all. I am sending back my shirts and requesting a full refund. In today's world, we don't have to put up with poor customer service. There's too much competition.

The support when things went wrong was amazing and very helpful. The staff on hand were supportive and friendly. They went out of their way to help.
Poor quality shirts; contacted them and they finally said to send back. I did. Months went by. Finally they asked for proof of mailing so I sent that. More time goes by. Finally filed dispute with Paypal and then they said they can't refund me because there is a dispute. What a joke! If you refund me the dispute goes away. Duh.

There was a mixup with my order and wrong one was sent. The support staff were excellent and speedy in getting me my correct order. T shirts are great. I would definitely recommend and will do so on my Facebook.
My pluchy Lucas the spider ran away and they could not find no more. After the responce mail they promissed me a new one. One week later it arrived at my door in belgium.
I'm really happy about my purchase on teespring's website. Unfortunatelly, I had a problem with the sizes, because I'm from Portugal and our sizes are different. However, I had the best service from a member of the Teespring's support. I don't know if I can say his name, maybe I won't, so I can protect his identity, but he was so polite and kind and also helped me with everything.

So disappointed by how crappy my items look. The graphic is kind of blurry with the colors bleeding into one another. To make matters worse, they over charged me for shipping and have refused to make it right. Their website clearly states that US shipping rates are $3.99 for the first item and $2 for each additional item. But they charged me $3.99 for each item. I emailed asking for them to correct this, and I got this lengthy explanation about how my items were all coming from different printing facilities (even they all came from the same "storefront" and had the same logo) so they have to charge me to ship each item separately. How is that my problem? They should honor the price on their website. And then to add insult to injury, two of my items showed up in the same bag, so clearly were not ship separately. What a fraud.

I ordered an shirt, had carefully looked at the size sheet, to get it right. Order took 6 weeks for a delivery notice, and then - when it did not arrive, I had to reach out to the company, to get an update. At NO time did they contact to, to say shipment would be delayed.
3 more weeks and the shirt finally came - I was EXCITED.
IT WAS THE WRONG SIZE...!
Four more weeks, to get the right size.
NO apology
NO discount - offering to not have ME pay for the 2nd shipment is NOT a discount

A friend and colleague ordered shirts through this company to promote and celebrate their first, and successful, book.
I was happy to order one for a dear, longtime friend who was interviewed for the book.
The order was placed on April 24. However, it was not produced and shipped for 3 weeks and not received until May 19.
Even worse, it was not only totally the wrong size (not close: 3XL instead of S), it wasn't the right shirt! Completely unrelated!
I complained with photos sent by my intended gift recipient. Yes they apologized for the errorS but not the delay.
And they said they would send the correct shirt as ordered. However it took another two weeks before they produced and sent the order to my friend.
Finally, on June 6, she received the correct shirt and right size. Yes she is pleased (thus two stars rather than one) but the errors and delays were unforgivable.
I will never do business with this company again and neither will the author who initiated the order.
