I ordered 4 shirts and paid $128, washed one before I wore it and the graphics cracked and it looks like an old shirt. I sent an Email about it and asked for a refund and no ones contacted me. Washed the other 3 and they did the same thing. I've sent 3 emails and then recieved a email from them saying my order has been cancelled? I already recieved them so how did I cancel it? I will definitly be spreading the word not to use this company.
I ordered a shirt for my son for $26. They charged me $97. They never sent me a response or confirmation on the order. They just took my money and left. I can't even get a contact number or response for this company for what they did.

The sizing for womans shirts is WAY off. 2x 18/20 was like a size medium. My 4yr old wears it as nightgown for a 28 dollar shirt Is ridiculous. Could not get email to go thru or phone number... very dissatisfied!

Arrived late even due to pandemic. Arrived broken. No bubble wrap. Color and print does not match photo displayed. Its a brown color not black. Lettering is blurry and hard to read clearly. Scuffs all over mug. I filed a claim with paypal due tonit being essentially lost in transit. Their tracking number is very useless.

I've been scammed. I ordered 1 tshirt on April 15th. Tracking says it made it to the US. Scheduled Delivery was for May 1-5. Today is the 15th. Still not here. Sent 3 emails. No response. No tshirt. Can't get my money back. I've been scammed. Do not buy ANYTHING from these people.

I actually had a lot of faith in the company at first as the communication with them was great. Every time I emailed I got a Reply. That is, until I asked for a refund. I HAVE NOT received my order therefore I should not be paying for it, however I emailed them 7 days ago and still have yet to get a response. I was told to reach back out to them on April 22nd to solve the issue of my missing package and I was more than gracious giving them until May 4th. I'm concerned and frustrated and do not know what else to do as the tracking # on my package does not even work and I cannot get a response from anyone!

My wife set up as a seller with this company and I liked a shirt and socks she designed so purchased them for our daughter. They were extremly quick to debit the money from my account but have not supplied the goods ordered and paid for. Three weeks after the money was taken out of my account I contacted them to find out what was happening, the response was that one of the items was at postage and the other hadn't been made yet. A couple of weeks later and no change in the status of the items mso I emailed them back a week and a half ago but they have not responded. My wife as the seller has tried to find out what is happening but they refuse to speak with her.

I ordered a woman's small. I am very petite and usually wear small or extra small. The shirt arrived finally after about 45 days. This shirt fits like a child's small. I could barely get it on. I want to return for a larger size or get a refund. What can I expect other than just a case number?

Purchased what I thought were stickers, and from the cost I assumed they would be of high quality. Shipping took over 2 weeks. What I got had no adhesive properties at all. After contacting customer support they resent my order of which I attempted to make sure I would be getting actual "stickers". After about 3 weeks I received the exact same non-adhesive "sticker". Since then I have been trying to reach support to return items for a refund. The only response I have gotten was when I go through a support link on website, i get the automatic reply that a representative will be getting back to me in 24 business hours which was a week ago. I will be contacting my credit company and filing a complaint with the FTC.
