I spent $30 on a t shirt for my birthday. It has gone missing in the mail, and after 5+ emails to try and track my order I have been completely ignored. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS CRAP. I am so furious that the people here have not had the courtesy to contact me, track my order, or offer to replace it. Disgusting.

Shirts were supposed to be here by April 28 and that date has come and gone! Tracking hasn't been updated in over a week and still have no idea where my order is! This doesn't bode well for this company and after reading reviews, which I should have done before ordering, I would never had used this company! Never again!

I ordered a jumper 6 weeks ago says it was shipped 5 and a half weeks ago... I have emailed asking for a refund 2 weeks ago with Absoutley no response I'm discussed in this service and I would not recommend it to anyone. I just want my jumper or my money back!

I ordered 1 sweatshirt a month ago it's been printing for a month now. If I don't receive my order in the next couple of days I'm never going to order from this place again.
I ordered Napster, to be delivered into Canada. Not fast printing nor mailing, but I blame issues around Covid 19 for slow delivery. Once the pkg entered Canada, there was no tracking (not good). But customer service always responded quickly to my emailed inquiries and even printed a 2nd poster when first didn't come as expected. I would order again.

I received an email that my order had shipped on 4/9/2020 and I still have not received it! I have emailed numerous times and no response. I received and email saying my order would arrive 4/16-4/20 total lie! Almost a whole with no response and no delivery! I mean it is just 1 tee shirt this should not take this long! I will never recommend them or order from here again!

I will never order a shirt or any of their products ever again and before anybody says what a jerk I am because COVID-19 is going on, tell me why other companies are able to run their online store and get their products shipped out on time and get what I ordered to me when they say it will arrive. I ordered a patriotic shirt from these people on April 4th and it was to be delivered to me on the 23rd. No shirt yet. They haven't reached out to tell me there might be a delay or ask if I want to cancel and get a refund. I tried throwing this, The Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule from the Federal Trade Commissions website, in their face but nothing. Actually I stepped back because I don't know enough about law and I didn't want them to think I was going to file a law suit and get one on myself from them. Look, basically I paid $34 for a shirt almost a month ago and still no shirt. The other reviews you read about these people, Teespring.com, are true. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

I ordered a sweatshirt for my daughter for her b-day and I know I ordered it late but it was supposed to show up only a week late. It has been another week past that and have not seen anything. The tracking shows it is sitting in a "sorting center" somewhere but it appears there is no way to move this along. I cannot find a phone # to call and I emailed a request for help to teespring but no response. Wish I had read the reviews before ordering, I would have known not to order from them. I really wonder if I will ever get the product I ordered?

Ordered a hoodie on 3/21 as an Easter gift. Estimated to arrive between 4/3 and 4/7. I kept checking on the status and it hadn't even gone to print. I used the online chat and they told me a new estimated delivery date of 4/15. After Easter, but with the pandemic, I'm an understanding person, so whatever. It's now 4/27 and I still don't have it. It supposedly shipped and arrived in the US six days ago. I used the online chat but they won't / can't tell me anything about where the item is or when it will be delivered. I haven't yet started the process of a refund from my credit card, but I'm about a week away from that. I understand the extenuating circumstances we're all living in, but I'm tired of lies upon lies.

I contacted Teesspring via chat after they missed their stated delivery window on my order and their rep promised me that it would be delivered by the end of the day. It wasn't so I contacted them again and asked them why the USPS site showed that they had not received the package from Teespring yet. They blamed it on the USPS site not being updated and again assured it would be delivered the following day. No surprise it was not. I have subsequently contacted Teespring an additional two times via their web form and they have not bothered to reply even though their site guarantees a 24-hour response. It appears they are either completely incompetent or just plain lying to their customers. Horrible customer service!

We tried to support this lame company and they claimed they shipped three weeks ago for one item the other hasn't even been campaigned whatever that means. I ordered it for my kid who love the item and has been on quarantine the emailed I have gotten are like ohhh it's late due to Cleo a and it's late for this and that. And then the second item isn't even included in that this is crap. And the dinasour to be ordered hahah I bet people don't get that for a year. If your going to make product make it don't be a waste of people's time and energy And unless my kids liked it honestly your $#*! isn't cute

Received a T shirt and it had a hole in it. Tried to get in contact and send it back but found there is no way to contact the company. Even though they have their return policies posted. Almost $50 you would think it would top quality.

I ordered a shirt, but then it wasn't delivered. I emailed them and within minutes, the very polite and helpful customer service assistant, Jeff, helped me with my problem. They suggested that my order may have been lost in the post, so promptly ordered me another one free of charge with rushed delivery! Very satisfied indeed!
