BEWARE! Ordered 3 t-shirts back on April 11th. The missing shirts were shipped on April 17th from the Netherlands. I received the shirt that was shipped on 4/18. Wrote to them. They assigned me a case #(#*******). Then NOTHING! No further notice. No follow up. I have heard nothing! I still DO NOT HAVE MY SHIRTS, BUT I PAID FOR THEM! Just want either the shirts reshipped or refund me. No phone so you can't speak with anyone. A bit rude in this day.

This was my first time ordering from this company, and it will most certainly be my last time. I ordered my husband's birthday gift on May 7, it said order printing for 3 weeks. I finally got an email saying my order will arrive today, May 30. We were so excited because my husband would be off work today to receive it. I went to go check tracking again and it says there's been a delay and it will be another 24-48 hours. That will pretty much be June, and it was ordered at the beginning of May. Almost a month for 1 measles tshirt? Wow... We had a family business for over 71 years. If we did this to our customers, we wouldn't have made it to 71 years! And we had a phone number! Why would teespring not have a phone number? Makes one wonder..

My email request to Teespring Customer Support was returned two weeks after it was sent. The email requested cancellation of an order. Teespring refused. The t-shirt was received and the logo was off-center. The shirt is unwearable. Bad customer service and a bad product. Shop elsewhere.

Submitted case numerous times but submitting takes me to a page written in German - no response. Absolutely a disgrace when companies operate in such BAD FAITH.

I am so disappointed with this company. I am an occupational therapist working on the front lines and I found a shirt that I really liked that symbolized this. I ordered it, but unfortunately it was the wrong size and the material was very rough. I have now sent 4 emails requesting for a return and refunding my $33, which I think is quite a bit to pay for one t-shirt that doesn't even fit! I tried to give them time to respond, giving it a few days between emails, but no luck. This company is a complete rip-off. I really wish I would have read the reviews first before purchasing. Poor quality and even worse customer service!

I ordered on April 11, here it is May 27 and still not shirt. After repeated attempts to contact this company they are now saying they will not refund MY MONEY. I paid for a shirt... I expect the shirt I ordered. This company is a total scam. If you look at reviews on here and also on Facebook... I WILL NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN and I will make sure that everyone knows not to order. They will take your $$ but not produce what you ordered.

My estimated delivery was originally May 14-15th (at the latest). Due to the pandemic it was changed to the 21st (at the latest). It is currently the 26 and my shirt still has not arrived. I understand the initial delay but if i had known that I wouldn't get my shirt for another month ( i ordered it the end of april) I wouldn't have bought the shirt in the first place. I tried contacting customer support but they never responded. Delays are fine but don't lie about when it's gonna get here, just tell me it won't be here until June and I could have save $30):<

Don't waste your money! Ordered a hoodie on 4-16-2020 still in the printing process. Do your reviews on this company. I filed a fraud claim with my bank in order to get my money back.

I ordered a hoodie for $38.99 USD, and the quality was nowhere near the price it cost. I'm disappointed in Teespring, I've ordered once before and didn't have this problem, but now I'm upset at how bad the quality of their printing has gotten. I'm going to be avoiding Teespring in the future and I'd suggest to avoid them because this is not good quality at all for such a high price. I hope Teespring will reply to my email regarding this unsatisfactory printing quality for my order.

I made a purchase on a shirt April 20th, 2020, it said my order would be here somewhere around may 7-12th due to covid 19 delays, wel it's already may 25th and I have not received anything and they won't reply to my emails or refund me my money. Don't waste your time with them they are just taking peoples money.

I wish I would have looked here before I ordered from this horrible company. I was attracted to the design on a T shirt so I ordered a few. As soon as I did I got charged twice for the same order. So I reached out to them via email and they have been ignoring my emails. Now I have to go to my bank and PayPal and file a dispute, which is such a hassle. All they had to do is give me back what is rightfully mine. STAY AWAY! SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE.
