Ordered 1 Tshirt May 13th and it is now June 15th and I still have yet to receive the shirt and at this point I feel like I never will. Places like Amazon can get an order for something like this and get it the Same week you ordered it in. I don't expect that speed but the shirt did not arrive in the time frame the website gave me which was June 1st - June 6th.
Update: it is now June 25th and my tshirt has still yet to arrive. Emailing the company only gives me automated responses. My tracking info says " The item is on transport to the country of destination ". But it's said that since June 12th.
Update: I have emailed this company around 8 or more times and they will not respond. The submit form on their website only sends an automated response. DO NOT BELIEVE all these fake 5 star reviews. They do not communicate with people!
Update: Teespring finally responded and said my order was lost and are sending me a replacement. "We have issued a replacement

Final Update: Finally I got my order on July 7th! Almost 2 months after I originally placed the order.
Bad printing and charged for free shipping! I recently placed my third order with Teespring. Two out of 3 orders were very bad quality. I let the first awful screen print slide (along with being charged for shipping AFTER free shipping code was applied). Most recent order was doubled, blurry AND I was again charged for shipping! Submitted a question per their process listed on order form. 3 weeks later and not a reply or resolution.
I will be asking my volunteer group to take all business elsewhere!

I ordered a t-shirt for my fiancees birthday two months ago and still did not receive it. Sent alot of emails with standard replies stating to check post office. Post office searched and they never received it. Now I was totally ripped off. Never Ever buy or deal with this company. No real customer support. No phone numbers. Just Bull$#*!. Do not buy anything.

Do not be fooled by the photos on this website. The product you receive looks nothing like the webpage. Although I didn't have any shipping mishaps, the shirt is poor quality, the screen print is the worst I have ever seen with all sorts of slanted lettering, and the white lettering looks more grey and worn in person. It's terrible and I paid $30. Save your money for a better company.

After my previous review, Teespring not only refunded my money promptly, but ordered and shipped out a new one. The reorder came in a timely manner. My daughter loves it, but I think the quality is just ok. It has held up in the wash. Then today the original sweatshirt came. It shipped from the UK (other sweatshirt came from stateside) with a postage date of 4/30. The sweatshirt material is different than the other one, but I think the screen printing looks more vibrant. When I went back to the original tracking information and it still shows that it's in transit. Now we have both sweatshirts and my daughter is happy.
I ordered a sweatshirt on April 18,2020. Received rather prompt notification that the order had shipped with an expected delivery date of May 15 - 18,2020. The FAQs said to contact customer service if we did not receive the order during the expected time frame. I sent an email on May 20,2020 and have not received a response. Tracking info has been the same since May 15th. I understand that there are delays due to the global pandemic, but I think 12 days is sufficient time to wait for a reply. In contrast, I contacted 5 Below customer service on a Saturday morning a few weeks ago because they didn't ship my entire order. I had a resolution in 4 hours. I cannot comment on quality of product. I will gladly update this review upon receipt of my order and if I receive a reply to my customer service inquiry from May 20.
If there was less than one, I would have chosen it! I recently purchased a T-Shirt from TEESPRING and I have to tell you that it SUCKS! My wife teased me because the Red looked pink and the silk screen work was shadowed. I just couldn't believe that they would ship such a poorly done product!
But, what is even WORSE, they do not respond! I attempted to reach them three times to No avail!
I noticed that a website "Pissedconsumer" was available and that was a BIG waste of time too!
I decided to go back to Pay Pay in hopes that they will, at the very least, get me my money back.

Absolute worst quality of print on a tshirt. What was received was nothing to what was online... 100% satisfaction is bs from this company no one from the company has responded at all had to contact bank for chargeback. DO NOT purchase from them!
I have been going back and forth via email. Beware! There is no phone communication available I emailed the company because I ordered a few different orders and they were quick to take my money. But the first order never arrived. After spending hundreds of dollars on merchandise, they (Deborah and the manager, Cindy) were NOT helpful at all. And then to say to send back the shirts from the first order in order to get a refund? Seriously, I now know why their ratings are so low. Very disappointed. I ordered the products to acknowledge public volunteers. I'm disheartened by the entire thing!

Ordered a tee shirt. When I opened package there were 2 small stains. Contacted costumer service. Received a case number. After about 2 weeks they replied thanking me for pics of stains. Their solution was to tell me how to get the stains out! They should have refunded me! I wouldn't recommend this site or ever make a purchase again.

I bought a shirt over a year ago, it was very nice, good quality, very soft comfortable t-shirt. 5 stars.
So I bought another shirt a month ago and somehow I got a Small when I ordered a Large, it looks like all their shirts default to small and you have to change it (I thought I did this but I maybe my screen refreshed). This is the stupidest thing I have ever seen, I order a LOT of t-shirts and I have never seen this. Every online store that I order from always forces you to choose a size with the words; "Choose a size" in the box. Why in the world would you have this default to the most unpopular shirt size in the world is another stupidity! I mean every time I see a cool shirt, or hoodie, or jersey on sale online it's because they only have it in "Small" or sometimes XXXLarge because nobody wants that size dude it don't fit. And at "check out" and even on the order receipt it just has an "S", totally not going to catch that right, why not write out the word LARGE so people can catch it? Anyway, I emailed them three times to which they completely ignored. So good product, bad order process, horrible customer service or should I say; THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! I wanted to personally thank Teespring for making my father's day possible. I had ordered a shirt late without any guarantee of making it here on Father's Day. Not only were they able to process print and ship my order within a day or so but it actually made it to me early which enabled me to present my gift to my father on Father's Day. Horrible customer service- ordered two items over two months ago. Received one about three weeks later. Still awaiting second item. Have sent two emails with automated response. Tracking number hasn't changed status sense April 20. Personal chat doesn't even work on site to inquire about the item. Ordered to get for Father's Day US two months in advance- can't blame this on COVID-19

Ordered the Carbon Fiber Onyx American Flag T-shirt and was so disappointed with what I received.
Site images show a detailed vibrant print but received something that looks like it was printed at home (Very poor print quality) with a knockoff Haynes shirt.

2 months later - still have not rec'd item. Sent me bogus tracking link from the Netherlands and the status of that tracking has not changed in a month. Numerous emails for assistance have either gone unanswered, or I get a boilerplate response, or I get an updated delivery expectation that comes and goes with nothing being delivered. Refuse to refund money. Complaint filed with Paypal.

I will say, that the quality of the shirts I have ordered has been good so far. As for the customer service, it is totally hit and miss. Sometimes they respond almost immediately and are very friendly. Other times, the problems are the customer's fault or they just out right seem to ignore you and not respond. I had a simple request to add a charity to a set of designs I was selling and it was three weeks, five emails and two on site messages before I received a response. When I did get a response, it was taken care of quickly. These were charities that I had added to merchandise before with no issue, so I knew they were approved and it should be fast. Still not sure why it took three weeks and so many tries to get a response. I will say that the person who responded, Aaron, has been excellent in taking care of my requests. I also sent another request a few days ago to the general email given to add charities, and again, they are unresponsive. Looks like I will have to email Aaron again.
I ordered a t-shirt from an IG personality and teespring was the company that was fulfilling the order. Order date was 4/29/2020. Today is 6/12/2020 and I have not received my t-shirt. I sent 4 emails to customer service and none were answered. I actually chatted with someone via FB messenger on 6/5 who said they would take care of everything. It doesn't appear that they did anything because I never received a confirming email or a tracking number. What I did receive is a whopping $5.99 refund which I just discovered on my bank statement. I received no email explaining this refund and I am still out $26.49. This shouldn't be that hard, COVID is getting blamed for this but eh, I don't think so, this is just pure bad business.

Thieves and scammers. Zero customer service. Take your money and you never receive your Order. They blame it on co-vid. Hmmm I've received all of my Amazon, EBay and Facebook marketplace orders. I also believe they write good reviews about themselves to counter all of the bad reviews. When you open a case they send you a useless form email that leads nowhere. Don't waste your time and money

I have ordered from teespring before to get merch for one of my favorite youtubers. I decided to do it again for another youtuber that I follow because her designs are adorable. I placed an order for two hoodies. When I got my confirmation email, it was for only one hoodie. I checked my bank account because I knew I had ordered 2, and lo and behold I was charged for 2. When I went back to look for the other one, it said it had already met it's goal and I was not able to purchase it. I sent an email to them (that no one ever responded to) inquiring why, if I was only getting one hoodie, I was charged for both. I am not the happiest of campers at the fact that their customer service hasn't responded to me in almost two weeks. For a company that charged me almost $75 and are only delivering on half the products I ordered, one would think that I should at least get a response. I understand that Covid can affect things, but with a mistake like that, someone should still respond.

I purchased 3 T-shirts over about 2 months ago. One was the correct size, one was the incorrect size and I'm still waiting for the 3rd one. I sent about 1 email a week (4 total) to the email that they have listed for their so called customer service. I was supposed to receive an email from them and never did. They advertise that they give you 30 days to make things right. Well, I've been trying to contact them since I received the incorrect size and never receiving another. They don't have a phone number either! Where's the customer service? Never again will I purchase from this company again and I recommend nobody else does either! DON'T BUY FROM THEM! YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!
