Hoodie I received from Teespring had a vague yellowish in color almost nonexistent printed logo on the front. I am shocked as a paying customer at the quality I received. I can't believe they charged $50 for this! Very disappointed... I better get my money back this company is not recommended ever.
First hoodie I bought was fine but the second was terrible, the fabric had changed. But the customer service was terrible they have been ignoring me for months, then when they got back sent me the same generic email & I had to upload photos again. This has been going on for months. I would no recommend. Paid all told £70.00 for one bad hoodie.

STAY AWAY from this company. I usually never post negative reviews but ROBERT who told me I should have received my order already (great customer service by the way, NOT!) never followed up after my email back to him. I am waiting over 3 months and was told to go to the post office maybe it's there? The last time I checked, the US is not a 3rd world country and when you give out your address and pay $49.00 for goods and shipping, it should come directly to your house. I guess I was wrong. Save your money. They charged my credit card right away, unlike a legit company like AMAZON who will charge only when your order is ready for shipment. I definitely received the run around which raised a red flag. Do not order from this company! Bad news all around!

Made a purchase on Teespring for a Coffee Mug, for some reason it deducted double the price from my bank account only to find out that they included a tee shirt in my order. I tried contacting by email (the only easy to reach out to the company). Teespring responded with in a day but played stupid saying that no additional orders were charged and shipped... while going back and forth for a few days... both items shipped days apart from each other. That's when I received the email apologizing for the inconvenience. I'm an avid online shopper... they lost my business that's for sure.

Had a store for my cardiac drawings and evert went fine. Opened a new store for the MT JeepHers and all the sudden my account was closed with no reason why. Emailed them moorland times in the matter and no response. So the money we raised for the group and the purifies I had from my very own dawning GONE! I will never do business with them again. All phone numbers listed for them are fake. And the last order I made took almost 3 months to get to me. SO NOT HAPPY!

This website Teespring is such a big scam, they have hold one of my account without any reason, I have put all my efforts and made a good sale on my Teespring account, in few weeks time i made a profit of around $300 and requested for payout. After payout request they have blocked my account and doesnt give a proper response when I ask them for a reason.
When doing sales for few weeks they haven't mentioned anything or guidelines, just 2 days after requesting payout they have blocked my account.
I request all seller to be aware with this scam website. I have got all proofs.

I did hear back from Teespring and I was able to pick another style shirt to replace the one I wasn't satisfied with. I didn't get a refund but rather a replacement. I'm hoping the new shirt fits better. The person I emailed with was very nice.

It has been over 2 months for them to send the product I ordered. They sent me tracking numbers for a courrier, they do have those numbers for my order. Contact postal services of Teespring, dont hzve the package.
After 6 weeks, I contacted Teespring 3 times. Got a response that it is not their responsibility and to check with my countries postal service, nothing with them either.

I ordered from teespring in May. Once the order was flagged as shipped I was given a tracking number but it doesn't correspond with any orders out for delivery with the carrier. I have emailed the support team twice over 2 weeks and only received an automated response. I paid over £50 for a hoodie that I haven't received and can't track and I cant get any kind of customer support. Its outrageous.

I ordered a sweatshirt and a sticker on May 19th. I got an email saying the expected arrival is between June 9th- June 13th. To this day it is July 1st and I have only received the sticker. I have tried contacting them multiple times only to get an automated message about COVID. When I try to track my package it takes me to a postal site from the Netherlands with the latest update being that it's at a shipper's warehouse on May 28th. I have not received my item nor have I been able to get a refund or any kind of response from a human being. Will never order from them again.

I paid $54.00 to receive a Gildan sweatshirt and the printing quality was not as bright as I thought it was going to be. It was very dull, like I already wore and washed the sweatshirt a few times. Not too happy about that.

I ordered two t-shirts and two sweat shirts on june 3rd over fifteen days to receive and I still have not received one t-shirt extremely poor quality screen print and one of the sweat shirt came with a big yellow stain on it and they are not worth the price. I am sure the print will wash off after a few washes I wished I would have researched before ordering.

Returning items is a nightmare. They don't give you any instruction or an address of where to send items back to. I have reached out to them a couple of times and I am still waiting for a response. I'm hoping to hear back from them before my return window closes. I will NEVER order from there again. I strongly suggest to people who are looking to purchase t-shirts to get them elsewhere.

I think that either this company is not legit or that they're doing something shady. I know that we are in this pandemic and alot of companies have adjust I placed an order last month and received an email showing estimated delivery 6/5-6/11 and today is 6/26, I sent an email to them about it and received an auto reply no real tracking number not American anyway. I have ordered stuff from Seoul and arrived within 2 weeks. Something is definitely wrong.
