They promised that my order was shipped with a trackable number but it was not trackable. My order was lost and it takes the support a long time to answer my emails. They dont answer my questions but make up excuses. My order has been lost and they have my money and they haven't done anything about a refund. They seem to be ignoring me completely. I won't be ordering from them again

I have to admit the turn around time between order and delivery was impressive. HOWEVER, the Quality of the t-shirts is far less than expected. They are Haynes... very thin, very cheap t-shirts. The neck is way bigger than normal and gets worse when washed. The shirt lettering and design is OK but again is quite unimpressive after the first wash. In general I would suggest you spend your hard earned dollars somewhere else...

I put in my order Oct 12, the receipt email said the order went through and i will get my order on the 28th. 2 weeks after the status in the website turned from "printing" to "shipped" so i felt really good about the order. November came and still didn't get the item. So i decided to send an email asking/inquiring if there was a way to track it. 2 days after i got a response that they will look in to the order. A couple of days later i get another email, apparently my order was never shipped, wasn't even printed, because of a production delay, that they will reprocess the order as quickly as they can and then they will send me another email with the tracking when it's been shipped... 2 more weeks passed and nothing. I emailed support again, asking for an update... its been 4 days since that email was sent and nothing...
I get it, Pandemic, production problems, shipping issues. I know that Crap happens. I'm a small startup too. I get those too... but a little bit of communication goes a long way. If I never emailed them the first time. I doubt that they would've reached out to me to tell me they're having issues. That my order has not been made yet, that i was a staring at FAKE status. That is just Bad business right there. I really had high hopes with this company. And i really feel let down, ignored. Disappointed..

T-shirt color was nothing like the photo. It smelled and the label that was in the picture showed a National Parks logo. Turned out to be a regular Hanes t-shirt. The color and appearance wasn't even close to what was advertised.

Don't buy from them. Got the hoodie today, worst printing i've seen. Lack of color and spent a $53 for this hanes hoodie. Should have read reviews before I bought one. On the left is what they advertised.

I orded 2 items for £25 and was charged £25. However i only got an invoice for 1 item. When trying to resolve the issue i was only refunded half of what i paid and never recieved the 2nd item. They scammed me for £12.50 which may not be that much but during Covid-19 £12 can go along way. Scam retailer with really bad customer service be carefull if buying from UK as they may charge you for items which they dont end up sending you and will only refund what they feel.

I ordered a sweatshirt for my daughter, after 6 weeks I asked where it was, no reply. After 12 weeks i asked again. I was told, 1. It came from Denmark 2. It came from California. 3. they had already sent it.
4. They didn't know where it was 5. They never heard of me. 6. they had already sent it. 7. they had sent me a refund. 8. hey were going to send me a refund 9. They didn't know how to send a refund. 10,6 moths later I finally received a refund after I reported them to the better business bureau and every other agency I could think of..
The quality of the images on the shirts look like theyve been run thru the washing machine on the hottest temp no less then 125 times before they even arrive at your door. Then you wear it and by the 3rd wash you own a plain black or white or pink or blue shirt... there will be NO image left on your shirt by the 3rd wash. Absolute GARBAGE!

I already wrote a review a week ago, so I have an update from my process of buying shirts from this website. When I ordered 1 shirt, the website never show me the receipt, and instead of charge for 1 shirt, they charge for 4. There's no way to cancel the order from this website after they charged you. A few days later the packages arrived, but there's just 3 shirt instead of 4 and the printing quality was very bad. CONCLUDED, THEY TOOK MY MONEY FOR 4 SHIRTS INSTEAD OF 1, AND SHIPPED 3 SHIRT WITH A BAD PRINTING QUALITY. Please don't buy anything from this website, they can't be trusted.

I ordered 1 shirts and went to check out, but the page never showed me the preview, its after i finish check out. After that I paid and its show 4 shirts being ordered and now I couldn't cancel my order, I still can't get my money back.
On Saturday the 10th, I was logged in and placed and order for 6 sweatshirts. I was on the screen to pay. I used my Apple card which has been billed 258.12 As the order was processing, I received an error message, saying my order could not be completed. I then re-did it and had to pay for items one by one to get anything to go through. I ended up ordering 6. One was ordered paid for with my apple card. I used my debit card for my bank account for the remaining 5. Essentially I have been charged twice for each sweatshirt. Their accounting team claims to have reviewed transactions from that day and supposedly found nothing however, I have the charge on my credit card and then on my debit. I ordered a 6th sweatshirt that now shows it can't be produced and money will be refunded. So on this one I am be charged twice for something I will not even get 1 of. I have demanded to speak to a manage, that I wanted a phone call. 6 days later I got an e-mail. Here I am 4 days later and no response. I have provided them with all of the proof. I cannot get a further response out of these people. I am out 300. Plus. Never again will I order from this company.

I ordered two masks for a particular foundation through Teespring. Whoever printed the masks must not have been sure of the logo that had to be put on them. So, instead of getting clarification, the imbecile printed ‘Linked Image Not Found' across the front of both masks. I was angry and sent them a strongly worded email. They apologized and said they would send two new masks with the correct logo. The new masks arrived today. I bet you can't guess what was printed across the front.

Everything from set up to print to receiving has been a nightmare. My samples came, all off register. I ordered stickers, all had some weird shape. They are sending all new. Customers bought, and their shirts are also off in printing. Disaster. If you want to start or stay in business, avoid Teespring at all costs.

I ordered a MRE Steve1989 (Youtuber) t-shirt for my wife. The order was placed on September 30,2020 via PayPal with expedited shipping. The shirt never showed up and after it being several days past the expected delivery date, I began looking into the hold up... To my surprise, the order was shown as being "cancelled". I was never notified my order had been cancelled and (or) given a definitive reason as to "why" it was cancelled when I looked it up. As others mentioned, the customer service is lacking... No way to call, chat doesn't work, and only responds to emails... Several days later, someone responded saying the order was cancelled because the item was no longer available, AND my payment didn't go through. Well, in 2020, it isn't hard to verify payment(s). Per PayPal, and my bank account, TeeSpring charged me $34.85 on the 30th of September... Initially I was told to contact my bank regarding the issue as though the problem automatically fell on something other than them... Obviously, PayPal sent me right back to the merchant due to the payment already posting. Here it is the 12th of October and still no shirt and still no refund... I provided a screenshot showing I was charged and advised to be patient and wait... I get it, some things take time to resolve but when consumer actually provides PROOF they were charged, the business should promptly process a refund and that company can figure out the "why" it was cancelled on their own time and NOT hold my money while you figure out what went wrong in YOUR system... Another note, they stated the shirt wasn't available anymore but said shirt is STILL listed on their website as being available... So TeeSpring needs to give me what I ordered, or give me my money back! If anything changes, I will be sure to amend this review to reflect the outcome. Here is to hoping for a resolution...
