Just received what will be my last order from Teepublic. The quality of the prints were just awful. Both were blurry and faint, one had part of the image cut off and missing. I have had other shirts from them of similar poor print quality. I work for a business that does DTG printing and I don't know how it is possible to produce such poor quality.
I rec'd my TeePublic tank in timely fashion. When it arrived it was a little bigger than I wanted so I emailed for an exchange, they were prompt in answering me and shipped a new one right away! I would def recommend and purchase from them again.
The hoodie that was sent to me had a slight size issue, they responded and corrected the issue in one day! My correct hoodie is on the way and I couldn't be happier. I will be a returning customer.
I'm pretty sure the pandemic will be over before I even get my masks I order well over a month ago... still not shipped. Go elsewhere

I loved my first shirt bought from these guys - flat, bright print on soft quality shirt. I then ordered five other shirts and all of them had issues. Two had smears on them from excess ink, one had inconsistencies in the coloring, one had actual holes and bubbles in it because they'd pressed on the ink design so thickly, and one had feathering around the edges. I don't know if this is a decrease in quality because of COVID or what, but such a waste of money. Avoid at all costs.

Ordered a total of 3 shirts the quality was top notched the artwork was amazing. Did have a mix up on one tee recieved wrong size but was takin care of in timely manner, customer service was excellent. Would strongly recommend to everyone who appreciates good quality products and great customer service.
Ordered the wrong size and requested an exchange. I was so worried what the price for shipping and handling would be to return it, but they sent me another shirt that was the correct size that I needed and told me I could keep the original one! I thought that was so amazing because it is rare for a company to do that AND not charge you for the exchange. This shirt is for a birthday gift so I wanted to ensure it was the correct size so it can be worn confidently. I will definitely be telling everyone about TeePublic! I can't wait to continue shopping here for more designs! I highly recommend to everyone!
By mistake I have raised to order and paid both amounts and after that I have cancelled one order *******. But still I haven't received any update from the customer care. I tried all my best to know about my both the orders. Please help me with this.

I ordered about a dozen shirts, ALL in the same size but when they arrived some shirts ran a bit smaller than others. So the ones that were a little snug, I reordered in the next size up, which was at least half. I used the exchange item forum they provide and in MINUTES, I got an e-mail explaining my order for the bigger sizes had been put in and to donate/use/give away the shirts that I already had; no need to send them back. I was ELATED with the response time, how fast they put the new order in and that I can donate or give away the shirts that already arrived. I appreciate that there are artists that are able to eat via TeePublic, the abundance of creativity on the site and the ability to express myself through the shirts. I am an automatic repeat customer and this will be where I look for graphic shirts in the future.
This statement is after my 3rd order with Tee Public. Their products are of amazing quality and colors. Heavy duty fabric for the price and launder fantastic. My first order I messed up and they made it right and had me donate my mistake to someone else and sent me what I intentionally wanted. The second order the kid I bought the shirt for didn't like it so Tee Public stepped in again to help. They are an awesome company and I will continue to keep shopping and sharing with Tee Public.

I ordered an XL tshirt as this is the size I always order. Upon receiving it I noticed it was smaller then your average XL. I emailed TeePublic to request an exchange and immediately received a response stating they had placed an order for the 2XL and to keep the original one as well. Superior customer service! The quality of the shirt seems to be great. Grandla is going to love it.
I have ordered 3 t-shirts and unfortunately 1 of them didn't arrive (was in a separate order) and 1 of those that arrived was defected.
TeePublic customer service resent me the defected one but it also didn't arrive.
I am pretty sure that delivery problems are on the DHL side, might be related to COVID, but I was impressed by the way Customer Support replies to my inquiries and resent me everything I needed to the updated address.
I am still waiting to get those, but I am very pleased with the provided level or service and understanding. Great job guys! No matter what, I am convened I will order again some time in the future
I ordered 3 different dog themed tees and all are well printed. Shirt weight is medium to med-light, true sizing (not skimpy or the super heavy weight type). Neck opening good, not chokingly tight as man or unisex sizing often s. Prices are fair, too. Will definitely be ordering again, but beware of shipping delays what with the delays going on at the USPS - we know why - fix this in November! When I needed to change a shirt size the next day, customer service was right on it.
I purchased 4 masks on July 11,2020 as I was preparing to go back to work. I figured it would take a few weeks as the shipping stated 15-25 days, but I am now sitting at 41 days (28 Business days) since my purchase and still nothing. There hasn't been an update on UPS, USPS or Canada Post since July 28th (23 days ago)and I doubt I will ever see this package. This was after I paid for the EXTRA Guaranteed delivery as well. Understand that COVID makes certain things more difficult, but this has been more than a month since I ordered and more than 3 weeks since I was last updated.

I purchased 4 WWII Veteran tee shirts for gifts. I ordered Large and XL which are the sizes I always buy in t-shirts. These were were small and tight, so order a larger size up if ordering. Also, the material was thin and not the type of cotton material I usually get when buying t-shirts for my husband. I was disappointed with the quality of the shirts, so I contacted customer service through email. They were very prompt in responding. All the emails we exchanged were positive. I didn't want to exchange for fear of having the same thing happen. I was given a refund for the entire amount I was charged. I could not have ask for better customer service during the entire process. Thank You Tee Public for excellent customer service!
I had ordered a t-shirt for my wife but I ordered the wrong size. A little wary of dealing with online companies I contacted customer service to see if I could possibly do an exchange. What a surprise when they said "No Problem!... we'll send you a new shirt, no need to send the old one back". I guess they deal with this a lot but they were prompt and extremely easy to deal with. I will definitely be ordering from them again.
I recently ordered and received 3 T-shirt's. They ran a little smaller than I expected. I reached out to customer service and was responded to almost immediately. The amazing people over at TeePublic apologized for the inconvenience and let me know that they'd already placed my new order and had it ready to send out. Will definitely be ordering again!
Ordered a custom tee shirt, size medium. It was too small for me, so I emailed about an exchange and they are sending me a large and letting me keep the medium. Saves me the hassle of shipping it back, couldn't be happier with my experience.
Answer: I, fortunately, did not have poor customer service. When I reached out to them for an exchange, I heard back in less than 24 hours and they generously offered for me to keep the original shirt (to give it away) and sent me the new one!

Answer: They dont do returns, they dont do anything. I was sent the wrong order size too. It says 2xl i needed a 3xl but a 2x is the size of the XL i have. Its a joke.

Answer: I know it's too late now, but maybe this will help someone in the future. This info can be found under their FAQs section on their website: Where do your products ship from? Our apparel products will ship out of either Florida, Iowa, or Nevada. Stickers also ship from Iowa. Wall art ships from Wisconsin, while hard goods such as cases, notebooks and mugs will ship from Georgia.
Answer: Looks like they are trying to hide from all the trouble their poor business practices have made. Their Shirtmoney.com site (where they run their affiliate program has this phone number: 941-451-9441 Considering the FB page linked as the only other contact option comes up 404 not found, I suspect the number probably won't be good, either. Some of their domains obviously haven't been paid and are parked on a web host page right now. Their FB page for BlueBox is still up, though. You could also try there, but I don't know how responsive they are. https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoxtees I was in their affiliate program and trying to get a hold of someone when my payment was due and didn't get sent was about like pulling teeth. It's ridiculous to expect people to friend you on FB just to have contact for business purposes. Reputable business have, you know, professional email accounts and things like that for customer service.
