I had been waiting for a couple months for my order, the issue was with the post office. I contacted TeePublic to let them know and they shipped my order again and got it to me quick! They also had responded to my email very quick too. Good customer service!
I ordered a Biden/Harris t shirt the day they announced and received my shirt within a week. Unfortunately the shirt was too small so I emailed to let them know. Catalin responded almost immediately and my exchange size was already on order. I am very happy with the quality of the shirt and the awesome customer service that I received.

Shirt I ordered arrived but too small. I wrote asking to return for a larger size. They responded almost immediately and new size on the way. Very positive attitude of the customer service rep as well.
I purchased an Oregon Trail "You have died of dysentery" t-shirt, because that's just awesome haha. Anyways, I measured myself and thought I purchased the correct size, but when it arrived, I realized I had ordered one size too small. I contacted the company and requested an exchange to the larger size, thinking I'd have to return the too small shirt. I was mistaken! They emailed me back, telling me that they had already sent the new size and that I should keep the small one and give it to someone else. Wow! Amazing customer service! I will definitely purchase from this company again!
I received a t-shirt and realized it was the wrong size. I reached out to them and they immediately sent the new one with the correct size free of charge.
Any time I have ever had a problem with the quality of any T-shirts that I have received from TeePublic, their customer service is always willing to fix my issue for me without so much as a second glance. Their customer service is PHENOMENAL, and I cannot stress that enough. I ordered 3 shirts, in which 2 of them weren't of the best quality and so I submitted a Product Quality Issue to their website. Within 6 hours, they had already submitted a reprint for both shirts at no extra cost and no extra questions. I have never been so amazed by customer service before, especially in these trying times that the world is going through.
I ordered 4 masks from this website on 7/28/2020. It shipped on 8/5/2020.
The tracking still shows as UPS waiting to get the items to ship. I contacted TeePublic and they assure that even though the tracking isn't working that it is on the way. They said if I didnt receive it by today they could reship. Well turns out i still haven't gotten it. I will not be accepting the reship. I will be getting a refund. Do not order from this site!
I ordered a shirt. I got size Medium. It was a little too small for me. TeePublic issued and exchange for me for a Large. No questions asked. Awesome customer service!
Products take much longer to arrive than promised. I received a product that looked different that what I ordered. They asked for pictures and when provided was told that the ‘art department said it looked fine'. No returns or replacement, but they offered me a 15% coupon only good on full price merchandise. Avoid this company!
I ordered a mask (RBG) approximately a month ago. It never came. I have tried to find the seller without any luck. Tracking number has been no help. Very disturbing. I should of read the reviews and see the site has only a 2.6 star. My bad

When I tried on my order, it was, unfortunately, the wrong size. However, I contacted their customer service and they were so quick to respond! They got the exchange ordered and shipped out to me, and instead of having me return the shirt that didn't fit, they asked me to donate it. Very impressed with the customer service here!
I love this website for the MILLIONS of designs that I can't find anywhere else, but they are the ones that I was looking for! Great service, fast, helpful and friendly! 110%
I ordered a face mask for a 70th birthday. The mask I ordered was supposed to say "Vintage 1950, The man, the myth, the Legend." The face mask I received has a picture of a car on it with the "Drifter" How is that a 70th birthday gift. I am currently fighting with Tee Public to make good on my order. Please do not support this site. A total waste of your time and money. It is too bad because supposedly they support local artists.

Submitted a order on July 31, recieved a package today. It was not even close to what I ordered. I ordered 2 tshirts and recieved 3 shirts that was not even close. The description on the slip did not even match what was in the package. Just not happy as the original order was a Birthday gift.

It is pretty sad to pay for merchandise and then never get the merchandise. Even after disputing with payment company, Teepublic has not responded. Makes me wonder...

I recently made two separate orders for t-shirts from TeePublic - one for my son of basenji's with masks on - my son is a healthcare worker with 2 basenji's and I knew he would really love this shirt. It came BEFORE the expected due date and I was totally thrilled and VERY pleased with the shirt. I also ordered a t-shirt for his wife - one with a boston with a mask on. It also was delivered BEFORE the due date. I ordered her a size M - and when I opened the pkg my heart sank because I knew it would be too small. I contacted TeePublic, explained my situation and got an immediate response that they had ordered me another shirt in a Large and that I should KEEP the size Medium and donate it or give it to someone. I was totally in shock! What a WONDERFUL policy - I TOTALLY recommend this company. Their shirts are great quality, nice size and color selections and even a good selection of T-shirt styles. You won't regret ordering one - I didn't and plan to order one for myself and my husband!
I am very impressed! The quick response in regards to a missing item in my order with this company, Excellent! I got immediate response and correction without a any problems. Absolutely wonderful experience with staff and the product is high quality! Definitely recommend!
I have to say tee public has restored my faith in customer service. I ordered a tee shirt for my husband because they had a Navy Aviation Ordenance tee shirt which are really hard to find. The color I picked was Heather red but when we received it the color was not what we expected and their customer service gladly immediately sent us a different color at no charge, and told us to keep the first shirt which we donated to a local VFW. This kind of service just doesn't happen anymore. We are a customer for life now. Everyone was over the top nice and ready to make us happy and they did! Thank you so much. GREAT COMPANY,

I created the designs myself. Didn't borrow anything from anyone. I contacted the support service, but did not receive an answer. Sadness.
Other PODs - never blocked me.

Answer: I, fortunately, did not have poor customer service. When I reached out to them for an exchange, I heard back in less than 24 hours and they generously offered for me to keep the original shirt (to give it away) and sent me the new one!
Answer: That wasn't my experience. It took 11 days to even ship out of the store.
Answer: They dont do returns, they dont do anything. I was sent the wrong order size too. It says 2xl i needed a 3xl but a 2x is the size of the XL i have. Its a joke.

Answer: I know it's too late now, but maybe this will help someone in the future. This info can be found under their FAQs section on their website: Where do your products ship from? Our apparel products will ship out of either Florida, Iowa, or Nevada. Stickers also ship from Iowa. Wall art ships from Wisconsin, while hard goods such as cases, notebooks and mugs will ship from Georgia.
Answer: Looks like they are trying to hide from all the trouble their poor business practices have made. Their Shirtmoney.com site (where they run their affiliate program has this phone number: 941-451-9441 Considering the FB page linked as the only other contact option comes up 404 not found, I suspect the number probably won't be good, either. Some of their domains obviously haven't been paid and are parked on a web host page right now. Their FB page for BlueBox is still up, though. You could also try there, but I don't know how responsive they are. https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoxtees I was in their affiliate program and trying to get a hold of someone when my payment was due and didn't get sent was about like pulling teeth. It's ridiculous to expect people to friend you on FB just to have contact for business purposes. Reputable business have, you know, professional email accounts and things like that for customer service.
