My husband & I LOVE TeePublic! I had just ordered him a shirt, then two days later they started a site-wide sale. I emailed Customer Service in the off-chance that they might pro-rate the sale price for my purchase, even though it had already shipped. They emailed me the following day, and had already adjusted the price and processed a refund to my card! So great! My husband had an issue last year with a screen print being off, and TeePublic sent him a replacement shirt within days. I 100% recommend TeePublic for all the awesome stuff you need.
I live in The Netherlands but like American T-shirts better then European ones. They have bigger sizes and the quality is usally better. And where else Am i going to buy Anti-Trump shirts:-). I hesistated to order because all items bought outside the EU are enormously taxed. I contacted Teepublic about this and they offered to refund the tax if i was taxed. At first i didn't really believe this promise but i was taxed and teepublic kept their promise.
The shirts are of good quality as expected and i am very happy with them. The only critism I have is that it took a very long time for the shirts to be send out but that is understandable in these covid times. I will definitely order there again:-)
I recently received my first order from TeePublic. I must say that the art work is beautiful and not the "run of the mill" prints usually seen on mass produced items. The staff really went out their way to correct a mistake I made in ordering and stayed in communication with me until the problem was solved. They are GREAT!
I have made a few purchases. Stickers and masks... Great quality items and price. Great customer service. Very please and will definitely come back for more items and will recommend...
What is with this company! I tried ordering t-shirts and the website just bombs out when trying to pay with Paypal. Ordering and mailing costs are all screwed up and keeps on trying to get me to put in credit card number. I have a paypal account with money to make purchases from websites like this. Got an automated reply from customer services and that was it, Now have read reviews and seeing all the problems customers have will go elsewhere. Its a shame that the artists are let down by bad website and Teepublic team.
Two weeks later. So I will update my previous review. Just could not get Paypal to work on this site. Customer Services could only manage one email per day. I am on UK time, not sure where they are. After three days of emails Customer Services manually input my order after I sent them many details. They then sent me a direct Paypal payment link confirmed my order and Yay! In pretty quick time I got the T-Shirts. I only persevered because it was my daughters birthday present. Nice T-Shirts. Helpful Customer services in the end.
I have ordered from TeePublic twice, once a number of years ago, and again at the time of this review. I was very pleased with the print and shirt quality of my first shirt; it has the TeePublic logo printed onto the inside collar (rather than an annoying tag), the cotton is a good quality, and the shirt and its logo is still in good shape after all this time with frequent wearings & washings. With my most recent order, I purchased for more shirts with similar logos. Unfortunately, I ended up ordering the wrong size, and prepared for a lengthy exchange process. Thankfully, a TeePublic rep responded to my request within 24 hours, and the situation was very easily and painlessly resolved. I am very grateful for their customer service. The only reason I do not give a perfect score, is because the quality of the newer shirts seems somewhat less than my first shirt. There is now an annoying tag rather than the much more comfortable print on the collar (the tags do not even say TeePublic on them), and the cotton on the shirts is much thinner than my older shirt. While some may prefer this, I think it may prove to be more fragile than my old shirt, and I'm wondering if the new material contributed to the sizing error.
The design and style choices are awesome. Unique t-shirts with great messages. I ordered about 10 large t-shirts, which ran a little small for a 100% cotton shirt. Customer service was super helpful and exchanging the shirts for a larger size was really easy.
My boys love their tees, vibrant colors, great graphics and good quality. Customer service is great too. I had ordered the wrong sizes and they sent me new ones for free and I didn't have to resend the other ones. No questions asked! Very good company! I would buy again. Thank you!
Purchased a terrific Bob Dylan well made Shirt, that could not be found anywhere else. It ran big in size, but, T. P. quickly resolved issue by sending a free replacement of pure accuracy. Perfect fit, unbeatable price. And, heavenly customer service! Outstanding Business. Thank You kindly.
Catalin is the best. Got a shirt I wasn't so excited about. Wasn't going to do anything about it. But it started bothering me. I emailed them. Within a few hours not only I got a response but my problem was solved. Have purchased several shirts and been happy with everyone. Will definitely be buying more. 10+ stars
I purchased a shirt from here initially and once it arrived I realised the fit was too small for me. I emailed customer service about a possible exchange for a bigger size, and within 2-3 hours I received a response informing me they would be happy to just send me a new one in my preferred size without the need for an exchange! It arrived yesterday and it's perfect. The print and colour are really vivid, and I would be more than happy to buy from TeePublic again.
They closed down my store with no warning what so ever, other than a vague terms and conditions page. I asked why and they never responded. On ANY of their "help" emails. They never replied once. No only did they close my store down, they apparently get to keep all my earnings too.

Let me start off by saying they messed up my order. Sent one shirt in the wrong color and another one I didn't even order. The silver lining of this is that the customer service was outstanding! I sent them a email and they responded within a day and corrected the order! I didn't have to send anything back or even deal with waiting on a refund! They told me to keep the wrong shirt and they sent me the missing shirt for free!
I ordered this for my 13 year old daughter. She is obsessed with It (the movie). She wanted a new hoodie for school. When she opened the package she squealed with happiness!
Fabric is comparable to the fabric of inexpensive printed T-shirts I've bought from Etsy or eBay stores. Print quality varies by artist; customers should keep in mind these shirts are printed on demand by individual artists. Because of those variances, it would be beneficial for TeePublic to display reviews on artists and/or their specific designs, because otherwise you have to trust the image you see on your screen will match the final product. I've had positive experiences in the past with TeePublic, but the color scheme on my most recent purchase didn't match the product page. The design is a fairly iconic image, easy to reference both on the web and irl, and the colors are just noticeably off. I put the shirt though the wash 4x and the colors have only slightly mellowed (still not a close match to the displayed color scheme). Customer service was really helpful and prompt and kind, and I suggested that maybe they should send the order to another TeePublic artist who offered the same design if they thought it might help (there are other such artists on the platform), but the order went back to the original artist who printed a new shirt in exactly the same color scheme. I kind of love the fact that TeePublic artists have such broad offerings, but I came to feel like I was flying blind. Shipping times: I believe my first TeePublic order was during the height of COVID, so that's a mulligan -- all shipping in this region was screwy. With this order I described above, the first shirt came in 13 business days, and the reprint came in three biz days.
I don't know why they use UPS Mail Innovations to ship. I ordered stuff 7/23. It's 8/11 and there's no hope in sight that I will receive these things any time soon. I've called UPS and they simply don't care. Why do I have to pay for shipping at all? I hope it gets here some day.

Ordered a shirt with a design I couldn't find anywhere else online. The shirt was delivered much sooner than expected, especially with the pandemic and current USPS delays.
I tried the shirt on and it was snug. I reached out to exchange for a size up and customer service responded in less than a day. They're sending a larger replacement shirt, free of charge!
Would shop here again and recommend.
I Ordered a Tank top ( I have two titles Mom & Mamaw) I wanted a 4x because I like my shirts lose, when I received the shirt it was 1x, I went to the site TeePublic and told them there was a mistake, someone responded right away apologizing for the mistake and don't worry about sending that shirt back, the second shirt showed up a few days later and it was the wrong size, I then contacted TeePublic again and let them know they had in fact sent the wrong size, I was getting a little
Agitated, but not TeePublic they again assured me
They would fix this situation to keep that shirt also and they would make it right and get me my shirt.
In just a few days the package came and it was exactly what I ordered, they worked diligently to make sure I (their customer) was happy and that is why I will always order any shirts, mugs from TeePublic they are my go to. Thanks Beverly Wright
Hello all here's my situation. I ordered 3 shirts, one was an LA Clippers shirt but one of the names of the players (Beverley) was spelled incorrectly. The shirts were all great aside from that. I love their shirt quality, they fit well so i order frequently there. When i originally emailed them about my shirt error I got a vague response essentially telling me it was not their fault and sorry nothing they can do. When I replied letting them know I didnt care about a refund but was just letting them know they had a misprint on a shirt, a different person replied and offered to send another shirt free of charge, any shirt on the site. They let me keep the other shirt as well. I'm very glad i was listened to by two additional reps after the first one kinda blew me off. It's simple stuff like that that will keep me coming back for life. Their staff recognized a simple solution fix and they fixed the issue. It will keep me as a customer, along with all of the fantasticly unique shirt designs. Its my favorite site to shop at and they almost lost me but got me back with solid service from a few employees addressing one issue. Feels good. Thanks guys!

Answer: I, fortunately, did not have poor customer service. When I reached out to them for an exchange, I heard back in less than 24 hours and they generously offered for me to keep the original shirt (to give it away) and sent me the new one!
Answer: That wasn't my experience. It took 11 days to even ship out of the store.
Answer: They dont do returns, they dont do anything. I was sent the wrong order size too. It says 2xl i needed a 3xl but a 2x is the size of the XL i have. Its a joke.

Answer: I know it's too late now, but maybe this will help someone in the future. This info can be found under their FAQs section on their website: Where do your products ship from? Our apparel products will ship out of either Florida, Iowa, or Nevada. Stickers also ship from Iowa. Wall art ships from Wisconsin, while hard goods such as cases, notebooks and mugs will ship from Georgia.
Answer: Looks like they are trying to hide from all the trouble their poor business practices have made. Their Shirtmoney.com site (where they run their affiliate program has this phone number: 941-451-9441 Considering the FB page linked as the only other contact option comes up 404 not found, I suspect the number probably won't be good, either. Some of their domains obviously haven't been paid and are parked on a web host page right now. Their FB page for BlueBox is still up, though. You could also try there, but I don't know how responsive they are. https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoxtees I was in their affiliate program and trying to get a hold of someone when my payment was due and didn't get sent was about like pulling teeth. It's ridiculous to expect people to friend you on FB just to have contact for business purposes. Reputable business have, you know, professional email accounts and things like that for customer service.
