I do not recommend this platform to anyone. They delete accounts without any explanation (they inform you violated their terms and conditions, but don't tell you which rule you violated exactly) and valid reason. Even if you follow rules and upload your own design they still delete your account. I contacted Teepublic (before writing this review) and it was not really helpful.
I ordered two shirts.
They were supposed to be screenprinted tees on men's 100% cotton shirts.
Shirts received were 50/50 cotton poly blend unisex, so they fit very closely but were stretchy, and the sleeves were too short. Both designs were crooked, and after one washing the design on one of them was peeling off.
Way too expensive for the flea market quality product I received. I raised my concerns with teepublic and was flatly ignored.
I will never purchase anything through them, and neither should you.
Cool designs, sure... but quality is what brings people back.
I guess that doesn't matter any more these days.
Be wary of them.
Wish I had read a few more reviews before taking my chance, I would have saved the 40.00 I spent on two incorrect, poorly made tee shirts.

Ordered a tee shirt back in May along with a few ladies. They received theirs very quickly but mid July I was still waiting, I figured being from Canada it was stuck at customs. I emailed the company told them what happened. No problem they sent me another one in record time! My only complaint is they are very small fitting. My second order I ordered bigger and it fits fine. Still haven't received my first tee I'm thinking it stuck at customs Thanks for great customer service

Ordered a t-shirt sized according to their suggestion. Actually went up a size. Was so disappointed when my order arrived (very fast) to find what looked like a child's size. Contacted them and they IMMEDIATELY responded. No need to send back t-shirt ordered, they were sending me the proper size at no charge. WOW Forgot to mention color, graphics and material of shirt were great. Looking forward to the replacement. Will definitely order from this company again

TERRIBLE. Slowest shipping ever. You can get delivery from China faster than TEEPUBLIC. At least a 2 week wait. They use the worst, SLOWEST shipping company ever... UPS MAIL INNOVATIONS. Never again.

This was supposed to be presents for my birthday from my fiance that I got to pick out. A bunch of cute anime shirts that looked great. I spent almost $100 and it's been over two weeks... they lost my package somewhere 6 days ago & can't tell me where it is and I won't be able to get any other information until the day after my birthday (which is still 5 days away). This is ridiculous and I would have just found the people online and bought the image myself to print out then this useless, money-grubbing, terrible customer service site.

After 3 weeks of sending emails to *******@teepublic.com and *******@teepublic.com, as suggested by the guy from Teepublic who wrote here, I did not get a single answer from them.
My outstanding artist earnings still have not been paid, despite what is written in the terms of their Services Agreement. Is therefore TeePublic a scam?
I will update this review if things change.
My Teepublic account has been suspended for violation of the terms. I acknowledge that a few of my designs might have been questionable because of some reference to existing copyrighted works. Nothing stolen in any case, just slight references, and the majority of my designs were totally original. However, I have always followed Teepublic instructions and never reuploaded those few designs that they noticed me had to remove.
The point is that, after the account suspension, they have not paid my outstanding artist earnings: about 250$. This despite what is written in item 8, section 3 of their terms and conditions on the termination of the Services Agreement. How come?
"8.2 TeePublic may give notice of termination of this Services Agreement to you in writing at any time.
8.3 After notice of termination in the manner described in either clause 8.1 or 8.2, you authorize us to complete any transactions in progress in relation to your products, which we will do on the terms of this Services Agreement. Termination of this Services Agreement will take effect once these transactions have been completed."
Ordered item mid May. Promised delivery June, it is Auguststill no item. No communication from their end. Simply go any other place.

I must say the prints are beautiful! Nice graphics! I work at a school and hope to be going back soon so I bought many of their masks. The mask itself is not good! Doesn't hug your face. Doesn't hug under your chin, your cheeks or around your nose. I'm sorry to say I had ordered some for co workers but feel bad that I'm not sure if I should give them to my co-works and that I spent WAY too much money on them. They are so cute but fit like junk.
Ordered a few face masks from them, they shipped about 5 to 7 days after the order was received and when I got them you can hardly breathe through the face masks(the cloth sucks into your mouth when you inhale), hence the one star review

Ordered a I am the Storm Hodgkins Lymphoma Warrior Magnet and t-shirt on 6/1/20. Two separate shipments - on 6/13/20 we received a notice that the package was delivered. It was not delivered to our address. Sent an e-mail to Tee Public with no response. UPS tracking info showed that it was "handed off" to the USPS. They have no idea where this package is and informed me to contact the sender. The t-shirt was shipped and was to be delivered by 9 p.m. on 6/25/20. No package again. No follow up. I have sent four e-mails to TeePublic as well as contacting the post office. TeePublic has yet to respond. This is the most disappointing service ever received from a company. This was a special birthday gift for someone that received the news they are in remission as of the beginning of June. Can't even describe the disappointment with this company.
I had an error with my transaction. I emailed them and send direct messages on Instagram. They got back to me under the next morning and fixed my issue. It only took them about 5 minutes. Id for sure buy from them again.
Bought 3 shirts, 2 are OK but print quality isn't great. One shirt has large brownish-red spots all over. Totally unwearable. Looks like someone drooled chocolate syrup or coffee all over themselves. I sent photos to customer service and got back this response that it was designed that way:"Thanks for sending over that photo. After checking with our art team, I can confirm that all elements of this print are an intentional part of the design, and your garment has printed as it appears on the product page here: https://www.teepublic.com/t-shirt/*******-gamera-movie-poster-tee
As this item has printed as it's displayed, we aren't able to replace it(any reprint will match the original).

However, artists retain all control of their work and if that element you are unhappy with is apart of the original design we can not take any action to remove or adjust that. Shipping said 10-15 days it took 3 weeks. No inside packaging at all, just thrown in an envelope without even washing instructions. Not of the best quality either. I ordered 2 of the leslie jordan masks and it will be my only order.

Iʼm leaving review like designer. Minus of Teepublic: 1. They have low margin of profit youʼll get. 2) they can delete your account any time they want. If you even ask them why did you delete my account they donʼt even answer. Donʼt waste your time with this company. I had more than 1000 designs and now all of them gone. Now i really regret that i wasted to so much time for getting so low profit margin and especially loosing my account. So i donʼt recommend it.

First of all, it took 2 months to receive my "order". Second of all, I only received ONE of the 3 shirts I ordered even though the parcel says there's 3 items. No, there was only one. Third of all, the quality of the print is AWFUL! So unbelievably disappointed and majorly pi**ed!

I received three shirts from them and two of the shirts are very poor quality Delta shirts. Delta Tshirts are what I expect when I buy $5 shirts from kids that are raising money for their AAU program. They're not shirts that I expect to pay $20 for. I'm very disappointed in what I received from them. They're definitely not a company that I would recommend to anyone. The moment I saw the shirt that I posted, I was instantly upset.

I ordered 2 shirts made by a close friend and after I ordered, they pulled her shirt. Then, replied that I would still get them a week later, sent me tracking that shows an error message. I checked with my order confirmation on the website and the same. I was never refunded. She was never paid as an artist and I never received my order. Very very unhappy. I waisted $52.00 during a pandemic. Unacceptable!

Answer: I, fortunately, did not have poor customer service. When I reached out to them for an exchange, I heard back in less than 24 hours and they generously offered for me to keep the original shirt (to give it away) and sent me the new one!
Answer: That wasn't my experience. It took 11 days to even ship out of the store.
Answer: They dont do returns, they dont do anything. I was sent the wrong order size too. It says 2xl i needed a 3xl but a 2x is the size of the XL i have. Its a joke.

Answer: I know it's too late now, but maybe this will help someone in the future. This info can be found under their FAQs section on their website: Where do your products ship from? Our apparel products will ship out of either Florida, Iowa, or Nevada. Stickers also ship from Iowa. Wall art ships from Wisconsin, while hard goods such as cases, notebooks and mugs will ship from Georgia.
Answer: Looks like they are trying to hide from all the trouble their poor business practices have made. Their Shirtmoney.com site (where they run their affiliate program has this phone number: 941-451-9441 Considering the FB page linked as the only other contact option comes up 404 not found, I suspect the number probably won't be good, either. Some of their domains obviously haven't been paid and are parked on a web host page right now. Their FB page for BlueBox is still up, though. You could also try there, but I don't know how responsive they are. https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoxtees I was in their affiliate program and trying to get a hold of someone when my payment was due and didn't get sent was about like pulling teeth. It's ridiculous to expect people to friend you on FB just to have contact for business purposes. Reputable business have, you know, professional email accounts and things like that for customer service.
